I Became A System

Chapter 69 - Self-Talking

Chapter 69 - Self-Talking

Those scums! They dare to defile Ellena's body?! That's the least I would be lenient to! Even the impossible!

Just talking about their lust makes me puke. Their eyes are enough for me to punish them, however, I tried to endure it to make a greater result. In that way, he'll be punished, not just by me, but by the executives of this place.

I just hope that those executives don't be lenient with that scum.

Although others left the room, it wasn't bad. At least, they know their place even they tried to touch Ellena's clothes in an inch.

After few minutes, I noticed that she finally woke up. Though I bombarded her with a lenient scold, I'm still happy that she was safe.

"What?! We are at Phlabian City? How long was I out?!" She freaked out.

"At least 3 days." I nonchalantly said.

As I expected, she was baffled by it. Didn't expected to be out for days? It's understandable since it was her first time being drained from extreme usage of stamina.

Though there are different ways of draining, when it comes to extreme movements and using abilities at the same time, eventually the user will drain their stamina.

Energy is the most important in this world. Despite being ranked by the temple from lowest to highest, having great stamina is akin to using ability with less restrain.

Cooldowns are important for users not to drain their stamina. However, Ellena achieved to overpower that limiter. Perhaps it's her profound usage of her stamina. Her proficiency with her different abilities must have helped her to overcome that limiter.

"How did I… anyways… I hope you're not angry anymore."

"Don't mind it. It wasn't that bad, I've kicked many balls at that moment."

Perplexed by what I just said, she couldn't help but raise her eyebrow. I just released a snicker to her cute face. I can't blame her, I don't want to dirty her mind with what happened in the past 3 days.

I just noticed that the apprentice at the side was perplexed by Ellena. Perhaps she does not know the gossips about Ellena having an invisible pet which is not true, she might think that she's getting crazy.

She was hesitant for a moment, but when she gathered confidence, she finally talks to interrupt Ellena's sentence.

"Aaron, I'm curious of what happened –!"

"Uhm… excuse me…?" The apprentice called out.

Ellena almost fell off her bed, though she did not, the reaction of being surprised by that was obvious.

Sighs… that draining must have declined her senses. She didn't notice her when she was just standing at her side.

"There's a person!" Ellena exclaimed.

I know what she was surprised about. It wasn't about the sudden talk, but the secret she was hiding – me.

"Yes… Miss Patient, you are already awake. Can I leave you for a second? I'm going to report this to the young master." She said in a relaxed tone.

I can't say that she was just not ignoring it. I can feel that she was thinking of Ellena's 'self-talking. But thinking of Ellena's background, since their young master was seeking for her, she might not try to offend her by mentioning she must have hit her head in something. Some people are sensitive to those topics, even those who aren't ignorant of their situation are still sensitive.

However, Ellena's different. She isn't crazy.

"S-sorry. Don't you mind not mentioning what just happened earlier? I was just talking to myself."

The apprentice raised her eyebrow.

"Yes, Miss." She answered.

"Then, can I come with you? My clothes are not mine." Ellena said.

She was observing her clothes which seem to be the standard hospital gown of this world.

It was just a robe but less thick than normal garments; meant for comfortability despite being created not from cotton.

"Uhm… I don't think you can. You still need to rest. Even though you woke up from the anticipated date, you still need to regain your strength." The apprentice explained.

"I see… I understand. Then what should I call you?"

"I am Luna. That's my name."

"Okay, Luna. I am Ellena. Thanks for taking care of me." Ellena smiled brightly, almost charming the apprentice with her peerless beauty.

Not to be bragging, my girl is beautiful.

The apprentice hesitated to respond that her lips were twitching. And in a moment, she finally opened her mouth and said, "Okay Miss Ellena."

What a professional. I guess she was thinking of really not offending Ellena since she's just an apprentice. Even though Ellena's garments earlier show quality, it is common for adventurers to must have a nice quality of outfit and it makes the judgment for status quite messy.

Much less for rouge fighters which are sometimes hired for mercenaries, they can't be simply judged from their outfit. There are sometimes not the best-looking outfit, but the top-notching quality existed.

So I guess… You shouldn't become arrogant or judge people. Like her, she's professional and not changing her attitude in front of her patient. I can just imagine that maybe she'll be acting like this if the patient wears ragged clothes.

"Please wait here. I will report this to the young master." Then she left the room, leaving us both inside.

I just rested on Ellena's side, while she was adjusting her position, leaning on the wall.

"So what do you expect their young master is?" I asked, breaking the silence in the room.

"I don't know. Maybe he's kind since he didn't leave me." She said.

"Be thankful that he was something worse."

"I'm sorry… I already repented. But if I imagine what type of person he is… Maybe a righteous one like what you said." She answered.

"Ho… Why do you think so? You agree with my words, right? Can I listen to your reason?"

"It's because when I felt his aura when he assisted me from falling, he was gentle. I barely see people's aura, but he was standing out."

So it was like that… Perhaps Ellena is starting to know how to properly judge. Must be from the Moonlight Tribe mistake. Since she didn't see through him, it must have greatly impacted her, resulting in improvement in her sense of people.

I guess no one can expect that kind of improvement. Even I was surprised. And also maybe after remembering the aura of that demon and the goblin general, she must have learned greatly from it.

"Great judgment. I can't wait for another development Ellena. We are facing the whole world slowly." I complimented her.

She just smiled, "You can say that. I already know that you're checking every change in my personality."

The room was filled with silence and a moment later, the door opened, appearing a tall handsome young man.

He smiled after entering the faced Ellena who was sitting comfortably on the bed.

"It's great that you're awake.." He said before sitting down on a chair.
