I like them big, do you?

Chapter 116: The Pyromaniacs Team

Chapter 116: The Pyromaniac's Team

"We have confirmed more than forty players in the Dark Matter Kingdom event!" A mellifluous voice rang out in many streams and TV stations.

She started a new program about an event called Dark Matter Kingdom Event.

People from Earth called this event as such due to its start.

It began with worthy players finding the rune and building their own troops.

If one got asked about troops, they would associate them with an army.

And the army usually belonged to the country!

Thus, it was a kingdom-building event!

"We would like to thank every player that has helped us confirm! Please, check their streams below!" Miss Mirabelle was her name.

She drew viewers' attention with each move and voice. It was as if she was built for her job!

Her friend, and one of the commentators, brought up an excellent topic to talk about, "How about we talk about the top one from each continent?"

"That's a good idea, Pokkun! That's the first international event! We must name the best players from each continent!" Miss Mirabelle clapped her hands and revealed the information about the first continent.

The Northern West Continent!

"It's Miss Yvonne! Definitely!" Pokkun said with slightly blushed cheeks.

Yvonne was the woman who was also highly appreciated by the existence behind the event. She didn't hide her profile, nor could she, as her face was well-known in her home and abroad.

To make things easier, Yvonne started streaming.

She only streamed her battles, though!

Everyone was fascinated with her as she hadn't lost yet.

Miss Mirabelle wasn't biased, and she commented, "It's weird how she hasn't met anyone from the top tier. It's as if someone is helping her get as much dark matter before meeting players on her level.

I hope that this is really not the case!" Miss Mirabelle tilted her head and pondered loudly.

Her words left many viewers thinking, but her friend was not one of those people.

Pokkun inhaled deeply, "I am sure we will see Miss Yvonne fighting them soon. Let's head over to another continent!"

A short video of Yvonne's prowess flashed to everyone's eyes.

No one doubted her position. If someone did, they no longer keep those thoughts after seeing the video.

In that video, Yvonne was simply unapproachable!

"Southern West... That's Mr. Bart! Martial Arts Master from real life, and the pursuer of pure physical power in the game world! He's a forty-six years old master respected by the whole Martial Arts Community! He's definitely someone who will go beyond the first phase!" Pokkun quickly explained so that others would focus on Mr. Bart.

They went through each continent, calling out names after names.

The community commented on live, and no one disagreed with them.

At last, it was time to talk about the big unknown.

Middle Continent.

"The pyromaniac?" Pokkun asked in a whisper.

There were good players other than him, such as Lioness, but no one felt like putting them above Reylin.

His troops were small, but each was unique and strong on its own.

He had also never lost, despite fighting many players that the commentators had talked about with!

Of course, Yvonne was an exception for some reason.

"Of course, it's pyromaniac! He never lost! Do you need something else?" Miss Mirabelle snapped as if she was the pyromaniac herself.

Chat was with her, and many people pointed fingers at Pokkun!

He blushed and said, "It was stupid of me!"

After he apologized, Pokkun heard the exciting news in his ear, "Camila is facing the pyromaniac right now! Check her stream!"

-

The Pyromaniac's Team.

Commander - Rey Flames Lin.

Front line: Alyona, Lich, and Wolf King.

Back line: Dark Gnome, Flame Waifu.

"Camila... You just got fucked yesterday by my girlfriend, and now you are about to face me... How many times have I killed you already?" Reylin chuckled.

He talked to a lady behind her powerful army.

She was Camila from the North Eastern Continent!

Origins mattered not, and what made her Reylin's enemy was her element.

Camila was a water mage.

Of course, she wasn't just a regular water mage, as she had pioneered a few original skills already. She was similar to Reylin and other players who had learned skills on their own... All those players were more than worthy, be it affinity or strong willpower.

Reylin also suspected she was in contact with one of the ascended.

He had a feeling based on his black nickname and how Camila reacted to him.

Their first clash was more chaotic than with others. It looked like Camila had dropped all reason and quests to just kill him.

"Yesterday is already a past. An experience I've studied and used against your Lioness," Camila said with a serious expression, "This time, I won. If you want to return to comfort her, then I can send you back to Earth real fast."

"No need. I know the door," Reylin sneered.

Camila smiled back at him, "I will win today!"

Reylin didn't answer her as her troops began spreading water bubbles around the forest.

He instantly noticed the difference!

Camila had been using water bubbles at an average temperature all this time. However, the water bubbles popping around them exuded steam!

They were hot, and Reylin inwardly said, 'Fire against fire?' He didn't expect that scenario, but his team reacted first.

On the frontline, Lich raised his staff.

That staff was one of the items Reylin had bought for him.

Reylin made him through the first option, and that was the lich who saw the legendary skill first.

Flames of similar scarlet color flared within his skull, "Magic and Presence Detection! Flame Wave!"

The first skill was an invisible skill meant to keep surroundings in check. Another one conjured a scarlet flame wave that swept through the ground!

It was a domineering wave that would devour and kill many players around level forty instantaneously!

Alas, Lich's flame eyes flickered, "Master... Those water bubbles will be a problem."

"I know," Reylin replied.

The water bubbles sucked Lich's flames.

It didn't look like there was a limit to their power, and their sucking force was as fast as Lich's casting power. In other words, the flame wave disappeared in less than thirty seconds!

Water bubbles became bright scarlet orbs.

Those orbs floated like they were at a festival, making the scene beautifully for the viewers.

Camila's hand rose, and she popped them one by one!

She then put her hands on her waist and raised her chin up, "It works too well!"

Camila giggled, then stretched out her beautiful body.

Sports weren't foreign to her, and she had a very flexible body. She could stretch herself like a rubber, and her life experience brought her a lot of victories in the Faynom World.

Indeed, Camila was a mage, but she flowed.

She flowed like water, similarly to Reylin and his flame dance!

Water coiled around her, and a few bubbles teamed up with their master as she was about to pounce at Reylin's army.

Reylin sneered, "Keep her army busy. I know you can do it."

"Yes, Master!" Reylin's troops replied.

His body lit up in flames, and he turned his eyes to the Flame Waifu.

It was the creation made through the second option. She was a woman Reylin sculpted while designing a fire embodiment.

She was looking opposite of Yvonne with a few similarities to Lioness.

Flame Waifu always floated behind him as she had her arms wrapped around Reylin's neck. She was his support and lady whose flames were based on Emilia and her skills. She healed through flames and supported her master!

Flame Waifu wasn't perfect, though.

She possessed dark flames since she was made out of dark matter.

Alas, that wasn't a problem.

Be it troops, kingdom, or whatever would soon come out as phase two, players believed they would control the origin.

No one wanted to have a dark matter kingdom as that reward would make them enemies of the world.

A few players at most would accept the challenge.

Of course, if the kingdom was hidden, it wasn't that much of a problem.

Regardless, players believed that changing the elements or taming them wouldn't be a problem. As such, their relationship with NPCs would stay the same.

Reylin was one of those people.

His Flame Waifu and troops would become even better existences!

Flame Waifu shared the same thoughts.

Although her flame skills conjured normal fire, she knew her master didn't consider her ideal! She yearned for the future where she would be the perfect existence in her master's eyes!

Behind him, she pouted, then looked at Camila coming closer.

"Don't let her kill you," Reylin said while waiting for his opponent.

Flame Waifu nodded, "Yes, Master." Her form changed from a voluptuous woman to a long snake.

Both Camila and Reylin had their elements coiling around them right now!

Camila sped up and flew past Lich's barrier.

She landed before Reylin and let out three kicks in rapid succession.

Although she stood in one place, she bent her body so that those kicks came from three directions.

Reylin didn't know what kind of style it was and how she could stretch herself like that, but he had long since managed to adapt to her speed and style.

He blocked all of those with flames howling after every kick!

Her water extended toward Reylin to beat him!

It failed as Reylin's Flame Waifu drew a flame barrier!

Water bubbles popped and sucked the barrier, though.

Flame Waifu hissed in her form, "Bitch!"

"Haha! I've finally managed to make even that annoying woman boil in anger! The progress I like! The progress I will win through!" Camila roared in ecstasy!

Reylin just smiled widely at her and began dancing with her!

That was a close combat battle that no one could match in the arena.

Camila was flexible and flowed elegantly like water.

Reylin crazily spread his flames around, and he didn't give a crap about elegance whatsoever. He laughed and continued to punch forward with flames following his every move!

Both were crazy, but one was silent while the other was the loudest!

From afar, Alyona looked at Camila.

She had that much free pass due to her overwhelming strength and experience.

Fighting against an army with the Wolf King by her side was already familiar to her.

Still, her strength was far from overwhelming.

She had never wounded Camila, and her sword failed to even scratch the water mage!

Alyona bit her lips, feeling worse than ever.

That woman progressed, and she kept bringing more challenges to her master.

What about Alyona? Her progress was acceptable, but that was all.

She actually contributed her strength growth to the system, just leveling up. She hadn't progressed on her own, and that hurt her.

Although those feelings were still foreign to her, Alyona found them unbearable.

Those feelings kept building up and soon sprouted within her...

Alyona saw a memory of someone else!

That person looked like her, but she was a human!

The same race as her master.

The connection between creation and real existence was born!

It was one-sided.
