Chapter 127: Getting Rid of the Guards
Chapter 127: Getting Rid of the Guards
The 'ClassiTop Meeting Event' is something organized by almost every country in this world, and it is an event where the most powerful and popular classifiers of that very same country gather in a huge meeting/gathering to discuss with one another about their whereabouts.
Some use this opportunity to flex on their peers, others to get new connections, some for help with specific rifts or problems, and a few others just to put their children together as they believe that the 'elite' can only be with the 'elite'.
All information about this event is completely confidential, and the only thing the outside world knows is that the top 100 classifiers of their country are gathering to discuss on how to protect the world better.
Of course, this was a massive lie, but it was also incredible publicity for them all.
So now, all over Fellarburg, all those that were invited had received an invitation to that event, and they sure as hell wouldn't miss it, some of them even bringing their children with them.
Stark stepped out of the taxi, his eyes scanning the surroundings of the Campbell Institute.
The prestigious building loomed before him, its towering structure exuding an air of power and secrecy.
It was mostly dark with a dome-like structure, it was standing out from the other surrounding buildings, and there was a park around it, one where people could roam freely.
Stark's eyes burned with determination as he entered the park and began to head toward the entrance.
'Yawn~' he was already mentally and physically ready to get inside, after all it had been around thirty minutes since the event started.
At the entrance stood two guards, the two talking with one another.
They were the only protection this place had as why would they bother having more guards when some of the most powerful people in the country were there?
But this didn't mean they were weak.
[Guard A, level 129]
[Guard B, level 131]
He didn't even feel the need to check their names or skills to be honest since he didn't have a single intention to face them fairly.
'Spatial Inventory,' he mumbled before taking out three [Crystal Stun Potions] from it.
But that wasn't all…
'Clone Frenzy,' Stark went to sit on a nearby bench, then summoned his clone.
His aura began to pulse as it created a perfect replica of himself, much like it did every time.
The clone looked back at Stark, a wide smile on its face, it seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
'Focus…'
Stark closed his eyes, then focused the aura around his body before sending it to his eyes.
He had already done it once before, but it was still a weird feeling overall as it wasn't a perk he used often.
He sent that same aura from his eyes to the clone's, and then… once he opened them back, he found himself in the clone's position, able to control it.
The only other time he had done that (and when he unlocked that ability basically) was when those 'Domination Association' people were trying to ambush him inside his hotel room, but it was a fairly useful skill in other situations as well.
But before doing any of that, he looked behind toward the bench to check out his real body and…
'Holy…' if someone passed by they would surely believe he was dead, there was no light in his eyes and no life force at all around him, 'Let's be quick then…'
~STEP, STEP, STEP~
The clone took the three [Crystal Stun Potions] from the real Stark's hands and began to walk toward the entrance of the giant dome-like structure with the two guards at the entrance.
Of course, as said before, Stark had absolutely no plan to fight them head on as he would probably lose, but it didn't mean he couldn't use cheap tricks.
Too busy talking and laughing with one another, they didn't notice the other Stark approaching before he was extremely close.
'Pretty reckless for guards…' he thought.
But the moment he entered a 10 meters radius from them… they suddenly turned their eyes at him, ones that were filled with caution and aura.
They weren't as weak as Stark thought, and looked like they had the power to stop him if it came to it.
"Hello?" the fake Stark spoke.
"Get out of here kid, this is private property!" both of them suddenly pulled out their weapons, which were two swords, so Stark guessed they were from the [Warrior] class.
Nonetheless he kept walking toward them, trying to seem as friendly as possible, only stopping a few meters away from them.
"HEY, WE SAID DON'T APPROACH!" they took a step toward him and activated their auras, seemingly ready to slash if he came any closer.
"Hey, what is this place," but he just pointed at the giant black dome behind them.
But seems like they weren't having any of it as they both approached Stark, their bodies only a meter away from his now.
"We're seriously gonna kick your ass, get out of here!"
"You didn't answer my question," but Stark, who was still wearing the bunny-mask, smiled, "I just want to know then I'll leave."
The two guards (which Stark didn't even bother to check the names of) looked at one another for a few seconds before slightly turning toward the dome and pointing at it with their thumb from behind.
"It's a secret, kiddo, so don't bother us-" but turning their backs to Stark, even if it was only slightly for a single second, was their mistake.
~THROW~
He aimed at the floor in the middle of the radius between him and the guards, and threw all three [Crystal Stun Potions].
…
[Guard A stunned!]
[Guard B stunned!]
[YOU are stunned!]
…
Of course, it meant that the clone would also receive the effects of the potion since it wasn't immune to it, but it was fine since it was all part of Stark's plan.
"THE FUCK?!"
"THAT FUCKER!"
The two guards were cursing, able to move their mouths but their bodies standing idle.
And then…
"Come back to me…" Stark deactivated the clone's perk, transferring back his vision to himself, and able to move his original body again.
But the first thing he did at the very moment was…
"AURA SMASH… MERGE!" he used the new perk of [Aura Smash] and merged all three crimson fists into a single one, which radiated an intense aura, powerful enough to overwhelm even these classic warriors standing right in front of him.
Even Stark had a hard time controlling this power yet though as he was forced to hold his right hand's wrist with his left one to be able to focus on the attack, otherwise it would explode in his face (yes, it happened inside the memories museum).
The aura around his right hand grew more and more though, and after less than three seconds…
~FWISH, BOOM~
He managed to launch the giant crimson fist at intense speed toward the guards.
'Come back to me…' he repeated, but this time it was to make his clone's figure seep back into his body as he had left it in front of the guards.
And the moment the clone disappeared… the guards were finally able to see the giant fist, as big as them in terms of height, rushing in their direction.
"Ah shit…" they both said, accepting their fate.
~BOOOOOM~
The fist exploded between the two guards, and they were each sent far away in opposite directions.
"-73523! -78472!" the fist's strength was incredible, although both the guards were wearing highly protective armor and had a large pool of HP.
[Guard A is knocked out]
[Guard B is knocked out]
This didn't kill them as they had equipment and armor to withstand the attack, but they still received it in the face, meaning they couldn't stay conscious after that.
It was fine for Stark though as he began to walk toward the entrance door and opened it.
'First part of the plan completed…'
