This was not only due to the Star Stones but also because of the teachings of the 'Supreme Crimson Elder' who lived on Fallen Immortal Mountain. Additionally, it was also because of the 'Crimson Witch' who passed on the teachings of the Supreme Crimson Elder.

Azmodeus had long since been offered the position of Sect Master. But he immediately declined, as that sounded like something more along the lines of what one of his Clones (Slaves) should be working toward.
