He figured that it wouldn't be long before he achieved the Absolute Peak Stages of the Early Starshire Rank!

Moreover, onsidering that the Jörmungandr was of a similar level of power, it wouldn't be much longer till he claimed this loot bag for himself…

It was with such aspirations that he resumed his attacks on the giant serpent, unleashing sword arc after sword arc before ultimately dying.

After which, he spawned in at the nearest Primordial Checkpointer and shot straight toward the serpent, allowing no respite for his rapidly growing body!

With this routine battle set in motion, time continued to pass for those inside the Astral Plane.

It was on this day, which started out like all the rest, that Azmodeus finally lobbed the slithery head right off the neck of the mighty guardian beast, rendering it in a state of helplessness.

Although such helplessness wouldn't last for long with the insane regeneration of Jörmungandr put into the equation, it still allowed enough time for Azmodeus to grab hold of its Essence Soul and extinguish it right then and there.

Of course, he had the option to make the battle a long and drawn-out one, but there was no longer a point…

After all, he acquired the necessary strength to overcome the Guardian Beast, and he could do so without much effort on his part.

This was all to say that he achieved the utmost peak of the Early Starshire Rank, making him the third strongest being in the Astral Plane!
