Chapter 51 Meet Shirley Smith again

Chapter 51 Meet Shirley Smith again

Kevin agreed to let Kelly return the money. She felt much more at ease. Moreover, she did not need to be his girlfriend, though she was willing.

They walked into the school together.

On the path beside the school gate, Shirley Smith, one of the school beauties, was talking to a boy.

"Jonson, you have to believe me. I have nothing to do with that Kevin Duke."

Jonson Hunter snorted. "Shirley Smith. I didn't expect that you would pursue me and secretly fool around with another guy."

"I didn't."

"It's said that Kevin is the most handsome boy in Class 5, Grade 3, so I don't believe you." Jonson said sarcastically.

Shirley said, "What are you talking about? If it weren't for what happened, I wouldn't have known that there was such a person in our school. Jonson, you care too much about your appearance. I don't care about it. You rank eighth in martial arts in the school, while Kevin Duke doesn't even know martial arts. I'm not mad. Why do I fool around with him?"

"But you once posted that you prefer handsome guys."

That's my old standard. Now I like strong ones. You are a master of martial arts, so your appearance is no longer important."

"I still don't believe you. You're so beautiful and you're from a rich family. You won't choose an ugly guy like me."

Shirley got impatient, Of course, she did not like this idiot. She was only following her father's orders to seduce Jonson and have him sign a contract, which sold him to her family.

Shirley said, "Who said you're ugly? You are very handsome. And Kevin Duke is ill—looking."

"Stop lying. I know that Kevin Duke is the hunk of Class 5."

At this moment, Kevin and Kelly happened to pass by and heard that.

Kevin asked Kelly, "What is a class hunk?"

Kelly chuckled and said, "It means that you are the most handsome person in the class." Kevin laughed, "I'm class hunk? So do you think I'm good—looking?"

Kelly blushed slightly and lowered her head. "You are not bad."

She didn't know why she blushed. "Who's there?" Jonson and Shirley noticed Kevin.

"You bastard." Shirley frowned when she saw him. She didn't like Kevin. Although he drank six bottles of liquor last Friday because of her, she was not moved at all.

Kevin chuckled and said, "Oh, Shirley. Why are you sneaking around with an old man?" Jonson was pissed off, "Old man?"

Kevin was puzzled. "Are you Shirley's father? I'm sorry. Please forgive me."

Kelly couldn't help but chuckled.

Jonson was so angry that he shouted at Kevin, "I'm not her father Are you blind?"

Kevin said, "Oh, you look older so I thought you were her father. I'm really sorry."

"What? Who the hell are you?" Jonson got mad.

Shirley said, "He is Kevin Duke. Didn't you suspect that I have an affair with him? Now that he's here, you can confront him."

Jonson stared at him and said, "So you are Kevin Smith."

Kevin smiled. "Yes. But you just said that I am the hunk of Class 5. I have to correct this. I'm now the hunk of Class 32 because I just transferred to Class 32." Kevin."

Kelly wanted to remind Kevin not to be so cocky. He was just the hunk of Class 5, because Class 32 already had Leo Jones as its class hunk.

Shirley sneered and said, "I'm a school beauty but I didn't brag about it. You kept calling yourself class hunk. How shameful! But you wouldn't have written me that love letter if you are afraid of losing face."

Kevin laughed, "It's already past. Why do you bring it up again?"

Shirley glanced at Kelly and said with contempt, "What? Now you are interested in Kelly Carter? You are self—aware this time to choose a common girl. I guessed you just had a meal together. Kevin, you are really good at hooking up with girls."

Kelly got anxious, "Mind your words!" Kevin said, "It's about you and me. Don't bother others, or I won't let you go easily. I don't care whether you are school beauty or not. As long as it's not my wife, there's no difference to me."

"Don't worry, we'll sort it out today. But first, Jonson wants to confront you."

Shirley turned to Jonson and said, "Just ask him."

Jonson looked coldly at Kevin, "Kevin Duke, tell me, why did you write the love letter to Shirley?"

Kevin smiled, "I won't tell you." Jonson roared. "What you said in the letter... Is it real?"

Kevin chuckled, "Well, maybe."

He did not know if the former Kevin had done anything with Shirley. Perhaps he did.

"Maybe?" Jonson turned to Shirley, "That's what you want me to know?"

She glared at Kevin, "Kevin Duke, you blotted my reputation. And now you refuse to tell the truth and even disdain me again."

Kevin said, "I am not distaining you. I really don't know whether we've done something or not."

Shirley raised her eyebrows and said in anger, "Well, as you won't tell the truth. I'll put an end to it today. You won't be able to disdain me anymore."

After saying that, Shirley kicked him...
