Chapter 212: An Absurd Ending and The Desired Skill (3)
On the other hand, Mujahid and the others were busy fighting against the remaining Ice Demons that had not been eliminated by the Arch Lich.
“Haaaaap!”
Booom!
“Kwuuooooh…!”
An Ice Demon was hit by Mujahid’s mana-condensed fists and had its bones shattered. Mujahid and the others had reduced the nearly one hundred Ice Demons by half, and the remaining ones suddenly lost their strength for some reason after Asus was defeated.
The remaining fifty Ice Demons that lost their strength were no longer a match for Mujahid, and they were so weak that even Balrog could defeat them by himself now.
[Bwahahaha! Bring it on, maggots!]
Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!?
Balrog swung his fiery spear and killed the Ice Demons one after another. Then, around thirty minutes passed before Mujahid slammed his fist through an Ice Demon’s skull, bringing an end to the battle. The intense battle that raged on for hours was finally over, and the Hunters emerged victorious. Victory was always sweet as nectar.
“W-We won!”
“Waaaaah!”
[Bwahahaha!]
[Yahoo!]
The Hunters, regardless of whether they were Korean or Egyptian, raised their arms triumphantly and celebrated their victory. Han-Yeol might have been the one that defeated the boss monster, but they could not help but feel triumphant as the one hundred Ice Demons were not an easy opponent for them.
Mujahid tried his best to carry the battle, but he could not do everything by himself. On top of that, the fact that Mavros and the Arch Lich left the battle halfway made things difficult for him. To be frank, the fact that there was only one injured and no casualty was definitely a miracle, and this was more than enough to make the Hunters celebrate their victories together, whether they were acquainted or not.
Everyone was drunk on the drug called Victory, except for Mujahid. He immediately analyzed the situation before running over to Han-Yeol.
“Hyung-nim.”
“Great work today, Mujahid. I was able to fight one on one against the boss monster today because you took on the Ice Demons. Ah, I did fight alongside Mavros and the Arch Lich, so it wasn’t a real one-on-one,” Han-Yeol said before tapping him on the shoulder.
Han-Yeol was the one that garnered the biggest victory today, but it was not strange at all to say that Mujahid was the one that worked the hardest.
“Ah, not at all. We were able to live to see another day thanks to you killing the boss monster, hyung-nim.”
“Yeah, both of us worked hard then.”
“Hyung-nim…”
“Haha! Let’s go!”
“Yes, hyung-nim!”

The Cheolwon hunting ground was a mess now, thanks to the huge crater formed, but that did not matter to Han-Yeol and his party. They set up camp on a mountain a short distance away from the flatlands where the battle occurred, and Han-Yeol used his Demon Eyes to scout their surroundings while flying with Mavros, just in case there were any threats remaining.
He confirmed that all of the monsters were killed, and it was only after he gave the confirmation that the Porters got to work and started dismembering the corpses strewn on the battlefield.
[Hey! We need more equipment here!]
[We need more people here!]
However, there was a problem. They were severely lacking in manpower and equipment to dismember and collect the corpses of the Yetis, Ice Trolls, Ice Goblins, Snowmen, and the one hundred Ice Demons that Asus had summoned.
They only had one and a half worth of tractor truck space remaining, but there were still more than three hundred corpses strewn on the floor that ten Porters had to process. They had already given the Special S raid party’s share, but there were still too many monster corpses and mana stones to process. In fact, they even lacked the special containers used to store mana stones.
“Hey, Mujahid… I think someone needs to go outside,” Han-Yeol said.
“Yes? Oh, okay, hyung-nim,” Mujahid replied.
He immediately understood that they needed to do something right away, as he was thinking about the same thing as well.
“I will go and come back,” Mujahid said.
“You will?” Han-Yeol tilted his head in confusion.
Han-Yeol initially mentioned it to Mujahid so that they could delegate someone with the task, but he did not expect him to volunteer without even consulting him.
“Hmm… I won’t stop you if you want to go, but why are you volunteering?” Han-Yeol asked.
It was quite a hassle to go all the way out just to come back, and that was why Han-Yeol was thinking of making the Egyptian Hunters draw lots among themselves.
“It will be better if one of us goes, and I think it will be better for you to be here and guard this place instead of me and Furion in case monsters appear. Don’t you think so, hyung-nim?”
“Ah, well… I guess you’re right…”
Furion might not be able to fly, but it was an extremely agile four-legged monster. The monsters in this hunting ground were all two-legged, so they were much slower than Furion. It was impossible for two-legged creatures to be faster than the four-legged ones in the first place, and this was proven in numerous battles where Furion was much faster than them.
“Also, I won’t have any problems going since none of the monsters will be able to catch up to Furion,” Mujahid said with a shrug.
Then, he hopped on top of Furion and said, “Just come and meet us at the southwest entrance of the hunting ground three hours later. I might be able to leave without any problems, but I will definitely need your help on the way back.”
It was a piece of cake for Mujahid to leave the hunting ground, but it was a stretch for him to escort a whole group of support crew alone. It would have been a different story if there was a highway in the hunting ground where the trucks could run at 100km/h, but the terrain here was quite mountainous and the roads were covered in thick snow, so it was not going to be easy for the tractor trucks to outmaneuver the monsters.
That was the reason that Mujahid asked for help later on, just in case the support crew he was escorting were suddenly ambushed by monsters.
“Alright, I’ll send Mavros to you three hours later,” Han-Yeol replied.
“Oh, that would do. As expected of hyung-nim! You’re quite smart! Hahaha!”
Mujahid started buttering Han-Yeol up again, and Han-Yeol was already used to his unprince-like demeanor.
“Furion!”
“Kyaong!”
Tak!
Furion was grooming itself underneath a tree before it suddenly stood up and rushed over at Mujahid’s call. Then, he mounted his monster pet and ran off into the distance.
Meanwhile, the Special S raid party members were trembling in excitement while Han-Yeol and Mujahid were contemplating how to bring the additional support crew to process what they hunted.
“Wow!”
“D-Did we really hunt all of these…?”
“Awesome!”
They hunted more monsters than they did in their entire lives after awakening today. Well, most of these monsters were killed by Han-Yeol and Mujahid, but the ten S Rank Hunters killed quite a fair share too.
They might be a bit lacking compared to Mujahid’s personal raid party or the Horus raid party, but they had one good thing about them. They knew their level and were not greedy over what was not theirs, and this allowed them to survive until now. Well, some might consider this to be a weakness since they would be easy to take advantage of, but this was something crucial for a weak raid party to survive in the world of Hunters.
The Special S raid party had already agreed among themselves not to get greedy and prioritize their survival over anything else, and that had worked out quite well for them.
Tak!
“Hiiiik!”?Kwon Yoon-Ho shrieked in horror when someone suddenly tapped his shoulder.
“Huh? Why are you so startled?” Han-Yeol asked in disbelief.
He could not believe that an S Rank Hunter would shriek like this in the first place.
‘These guys are quite the oddballs… How can they fight so well yet be so timid at the same time…?’?he could not understand these Hunters.
There were a lot of weak raid parties out there, but the Special S raid party considered themselves to be weak as well. In fact, they were right in their own assessment as they were indeed weak when compared to other raid parties possessing S Rank Hunters hunting in the same hunting grounds.
Not only that, they were quite few in numbers, so they had to rely on their teamwork most of the time.
Their teamwork was the backbone of their raid party, so they dedicated a day or two every week to meet at a training facility on the outskirts of Seoul to test out numerous combinations they could make in battle. There were times when they would train for an entire week or even a month just to perfect their teamwork and chemistry to make up for their weakness.
“Ah, I apologize… Haha… I get easily startled, so…” Kwon Yoon-Ho said while awkwardly scratching his head.
“Sure, I came by to tell you guys that you did great today,” Han-Yeol said.
“Thank you!”
“Thank you, oppa!”
“Thank you very much, hyung-nim!”
The Special S raid party members bowed and thanked Han-Yeol.
Han-Yeol’s conscience was a bit pricked since he hid the boss monster loot from them, but he decided to think that giving them the chance to experience such a hunt was already more than enough for them.
“Hey, Yoon-Ho… About your dimensional space skill,” Han-Yeol said.
“Yes, Han-Yeol Hunter-nim?”
“How much can you fit inside it?”
“Hmm… I never got the chance to fill it to the brim, so I am not sure myself…”
“Just give me a rough estimate if you’re not sure.”
“Ah… I think… probably around two five-ton trucks? Yes, I think that is a good estimate.”
In other words, Kwon Yoon-Ho could fit the same amount as a ten-ton truck in his dimensional space.
“Is that so?”
“Yes, that was the most I managed to fill up so far, and the factory workers told me that they needed two five-ton trucks to transport the monster corpses.”
Han-Yeol thought that Kwon Yoon-Ho’s dimensional space skill was quite decent.
“You guys didn’t bring any trucks or Porters with you, right?”
“Yes, you are correct, Han-Yeol Hunter-nim.”
The Special S raid party was composed of only ten S Rank Hunters and no other support crew. They decided to forgo hiring any Porters thanks to Kwon Yoon-Ho’s peculiar ability.
It could be said that they were an extremely efficient and mobile raid party because of Kwon Yoon-Ho’s ability. However, there was a disadvantage to this as they were only able to hunt as much as Kwon Yoon-Ho’s dimensional space could store. Their mobility and efficiency certainly gave them an extra layer of security in the hunting ground, but that also meant that they could not hunt as much as they wanted to.
This also meant that they have only been hunting on the outskirts of the hunting grounds and never ventured deeper, which was one of the main reasons why they were considered weak in the first place.
Han-Yeol was able to analyze the Special S raid party from what he had seen so far.
“Alright, I’m not going to tally what you killed and not, so… Take as much as your dimensional space can hold,” Han-Yeol said with a smirk.
“WOW!”
“Jackpot!”
“C-Can we really do that?”
The Special S raid party members were shocked, but all of them looked extremely happy at the same time.
“No problem,” Han-Yeol nonchalantly replied with a shrug.
“T-Thank you!”
The Special S raid party members bowed toward him once again with their eyes sparkling.
Han-Yeol felt a bit burdened by their gazes oozing with respect, and the fact that the men were looking at him with near infatuation in their eyes did not help at all.
“T-This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!”
“Go! Go choose the expensive ones!”
“Roger!”
