Kenji was known for his nasty temper, and Wilbur might be getting into trouble after stelling a nerve on him like that.
Just then, Kenji sneered and took a sip of tea.
The shop owner harried to the middle of the room to call out, “Mister Kenji Lilith has just purchased this rock at a price of eight hundred thousand dollars!”
The crowd broke out into applause.

Yet Kenji himself remained on his chair leisurely, as if he hardly cared about this.
He glanced around, looking at Wilbur.
Wilbur paid him no mind. He was starting to understand the kind of person Kenji was.
Wilbur was already planning to leave.
Yet just then, he spotted a few rocks next to the artificial pond in the backyard.
He channeled his spirit energy and looked into the rocks. One of them quickly caught his attention.
The rock was only about the size of a small bowl, but it was definitely high in spirit energy density.
In fact, it was a lot more valuable than the rock he had just been bidding on against Kenji.

As everyone talked amongst themselves, the shop owner handed a piece of jade around the size of a fist to Kenji with a smile, Congratulations, Mister Lilith! This is an excellent piece of white jade.”
Kenji took the piece of jade. He glanced at it for a while, then tossed it right onto the table.
The crowd cheered politely.
Everyone knew that Kenji had made a huge loss. The jade was worth a little over 100 thousand dollars at most. But they knew better than to say that and merely congratulated Kenji.
Just then, Wilbur pointed at the rock near the pond before saying to the shop owner, “Sir, how much for that one?” The crowd tumed around in surprise.
