Chapter 157

Chapter 157 Who the hell was this guy? All of themy’s men were Laken out before he could even blink He trembled as he looked at his men on the ground. Every single one of them was either unconscious and bleeding or howling in agony from their broken bones. None of them could even stand. Remy turned to look at Wilbur shakily. “B-Bro, let’s talk about this. I can give you all the money you want.” Wilbur chuckled. He dragged a stool over and sat down across Remy. He took out his cigarettes and lit one of them, taking a long drag and blowing the smoke on Remy’s face “I like money. I’d say I’m a huge fan of it. How are you going to get me the money, though?” Wilbur frowned. Remy said at one, “Just tell me how much you want, and the money’s yours! 0-Or we can work together, and you can talor however big of a cut you like. We’d be honored to be under your protection. I’m sure we’ll be raking in billions within the year without even batting an eye” “Is it that easy?” Wilbur said, unconvinced. Remy nodded vigorously. “You’ve got to believe me. This business is a cash cow that never runs out of milk. I swear!”

“You motherf*cker.” All of a sudden, Wilbur kicked Henry hard in the chest. Blood sprayed out of Hemy’s mouth as he was sent flying, colliding against the cement wall hard before sliding to the ground. His chest had practically caved in, and he was on his last breath. “I said I liked money, but I’d be having nightmares making money like this,” Wilbur said coldly. Remy’s face was covered in blood, and his chest heaved up and down, unable to even utter a single word. Wilbur sneered. He walked outside and pushed one of the doors open. There was a man and woman inside, completely bare as they put on a show. They were oblivious to Wilbur’s appearance.

From the look on their faces, it was obvious that they had been drugged. They were oblivious to the rest of the world. Wilbur sighed. He closed the door and continued locking through the other rooms. At last, he found Indra, curled into a corner in her birthday suit. The room was completely empty and cold. Indra’s face was wrought with terror and fatigue, trembling as she curled into a ball. She screamed when Wilbur opened the door, burying her face further into the camer “Don’t worry. You’re alright now.” Wilbur took his T-shirt off and threw it at Indra. Indra grabbed the shirt and covered her budy before she looked shakily at Wilbur, Wilbur similed. “Remember me? I’m the guy frun the train.” Indra racked her brain, pausing before she gasped again. Wilbur harried to say, “Now, now, don’t worry. I’m not on Remy’s side. He’s been beaten up. The police will be here soon and you’re all going to be fine.” Indra was still trembling. She curled into a corner. She was clearly traumatized and could not hear a word Wilber was saying. Wilbur sighed. The girl was overwhelmed with termer. Of course she would be, having something like this happen to her fresh nut of school. But she was out of danger now, and Wilbur returned to the photo studio. He rummaged for his phone and made a call to Elsa. He got straight to the point. “Chief Janae, I’ve got something good for you. Bring a team, the bigger the better. Even better if 2/2 they’re women. I’ve found a crime den, and everything here is now under control. I’ll send you the location right now.” He hung up the phone and dropped his location pin to Elsa through text. He then found a few more pieces of clothing and tossed them at Indra before returning to Remy.

By then, Remy could finally talk. He lay on the ground as he begged, “Please, please let me go. I’ve got over a billion dollars. I can give you everything. Please please…”
