''Wait, I am still yet to check on your body. I told you, your body belongs to me until you are all fit'' Kash said and pulled her back on the chair.

''My body belongs to me, okay?'' Alice said. She wondered why his words were always so ambiguous.

''You can do that later on, Julieta, you can go if you have something to do'' Aaron Saint said and Alice felt relieved and left immediately.

Kash watched Alice go inside and he turned to Aaron Saint and asked.

''She is really the daughter of Dr. Sam? The psychiatrist my co-doctor recommended?''

''Yes. Why? Does it limit your chances of flirting with her?'' Aaron Saint asked with cocked eyebrows as if daring Kash to deny it.

''Flirting? I wasn't flirting with her''. Kash said looking away.

''Is good that you flirted with her. Leo and I were starting to think you had a different sexual orientation. We were worried that you will be attracted to one of us'' Aaron Saint said jokingly.

''What? How dare you two even think of me that way? I am not like that. I love women, okay?'' Kash was livid and felt wronged.

''Well, is good to know'' Aaron Saint said.

''Wow, I can't believe this. I take offense to that, Aaron'' josei

''Okay, I apologise. Happy now?''

''Yes. If I knew you thought of me that way, I wouldn't have even come here in the first place. I am leaving now. I have a surgery this morning'' Kash said standing up.

''You came to check on the ladies. You should do that before going, friend'' Aaron Saint said pushing Kash back on the chair.

Kash begrudgingly went to checked on Mai and Alice before leaving. At the door, he turned and looked at Alice who looked away immediately their eyes met. Alice blushed and picked the remote pretending to be searching for channels.

Aaron Saint kissed Mai and left with Kash. Soon, Liyah also arrived at the villa to meet the girls asking them to go shopping with her.

''Shopping?'' Mai and Alice asked in unison.

''Yes. We won a million-dollar last night, we should do something with it. Is been a while since we went shopping. Julieta doesn't even have clothes of her own. We should get her a few outfits'' Liyah said.

''I really don't need a lot of clothing. The ones I wear from Mai's wardrobe is enough for me'' Alice said.

''That won't do. You are a little taller than Mai. You have a slenderer figure. You need clothes to accentuate your figure more. That way you will get a boyfriend soon. Though that won't be necessary because I heard someone already has eyes on you'' Liyah said teasingly.

''Huh?'' Alice was confused.

''Then, let's go shopping. Let's finish the money before we return home'' Mai said enthusiastically.

''Okay, then let's go shopping'' Alice agreed.

DNIS HEADQUARTERS.

QUESTIONING ROOM.

Carlos Ryan finished with the documents and went with Leo Martins and Aaron Saint to the DNIS office where Mimi Garcia was sent. She was in the questioning room when they arrived, so the team leader asked them to watch the recording of the questioning session. The DNIS wanted information on the AI Alice, so they were going to question Mimi Garcia thoroughly before they handed her over to Carlos Ryan.

Aaron Saint, Leo Martins and Carlos Ryan stood behind the glass window watching the screen of the recording that was taking place inside the questioning room.

The head of internal criminal affairs sat across Mimi Garcia who was handcuffed. The man looked at Mimi Garcia and asked ''Miss Mimi Garcia. You have quite a profile. Your crimes are a lot. I wonder which one we should begin with''

Mimi Garcia chuckled sarcastically and looked at him condescendingly before saying ''why don't you just give me a sentence already? I am getting tired of attending questioning already''

''You don't seem to realise the degree of your crimes, right? Do you think is going to end with you going to prison?'' the team leader asked and she chuckled.

''You already know about my crimes and I don't even have a lawyer. So why don't we get this over with already?' Mimi Garcia said.

''So, you admit to your crimes of murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, misuse of government resources, illegal operation and manufacturing of banned drugs'' the team leader asked.

''Yes, I admit to all of them. But, it was fun. I don't regret doing all that. I even killed my own father. What else couldn't I do?''

''You don't regret doing what you did?''

''Mmm, it was fun. I had a lot of people fooled for so long. If only I just got the blood and body parts of that monster. I would have been so powerful. Even people like you would have bowed to me'' Mimi Garcia looked scary as she said those words. She had completely lost her mind. Anyways, her admittance to those crimes were already recorded. She was undoubtedly going to pay a heavy price for her crimes.

The people watching from the monitor even felt chills. She was like a different person all together. indeed, no one could judge a book by its cover.

''I will hand her over to you from here? This kind or person is scary'' the chief of criminal unit affairs said and turned to look at Carlos Ryan.

''Be rest assured. Mimi Garcia is going to pay for her crimes fully when we arrive in Blue Town'' Carlos Ryan told the chief.

"The corps are ready to depart for Blue Town. They are waiting for your instructions'' Leo Martins told Carlos Ryan.

''I will set off right away. Aaron Saint, protect my sister. Tell her I promise to return after dealing with Mimi Garcia and the people who separated us. I know you are a good man, so please protect her. I will leave her to you'' Carlos Ryan said solemnly to Aaron Saint and the latter nodded his head.

''Don't worry. I will protect August Maijune with my life. We will visit you in Blue Town soon'' Aaron Saint assured Carlos Ryan.

Soon news of Mimi Garcia's crimes filled the screens of many televisions. A lot of people could wrap their heads around it because her public image was pure, contrary to the news and evidence that was now available.

MILITARY PRISONS.

PRISON ROOM NUMBER 00099.

Mandy Myers watched the news that was broadcasting. It was about the news about the death of the governor and the arrest of Mimi Garcia.

The news shocked and shook Mandy Myers as she watched. The broom in her hands fell to the ground and she leaned on the metallic bars to sturdy herself.

A sudden realisation dawned on her. She wasn't the queen behind the chess piece. She was just one of the pawns. The real queen was the one laughing like a lunatic on the screen. Mandy Myers touched her heart as the pain threatened to break her into pieces. It was almost a month since she gave here. No one had come to visit her. The other prisoners were all toughened criminals. They didn't even care that she was an elder and made her do all the dirty work. She worked every day from cleaning the kitchens to scrubbing the dirty and unsanitary bathrooms and toilets. Some even stole the little food she got from the kitchen staff that pitied her.

Life was really unpredictable. She used to stand at the top of the world. Commanding and meddling into people's lives anyhow she wanted but here she was paying for the crimes she committed.

The day soon flew and it was almost evening when the ladies returned from their shopping spree. Liyah stopped at her apartment while Mai and Alice went to Saint villa. They entered the house and saw a man seated in the hall. Mai recognised the man. He looked quite nervous. Dr. Sam stood up the moment he saw Alice and looked at her with a teary gaze.

Alice looked at him and felt that he looked familiar. Mai held her hand and they went to the hall and met Aaron Saint with the man.

Dr. Sam looked at his daughter. He almost thought everything Aaron Saint had told him was a lie until now that he was seeing her. The daughter he thought was dead was now standing in front of him.

''Julieta'' Dr. Sam finally mentioned the girl's name.

''D…dad?'' Alice said.

It was a teary reunion as the father and daughter pair hugged each other and wept. Mai stood by Aaron's side as they watched them.

Dr. Sam hugged Alice and wept like a child as he spoke.

''Julieta, my child. I missed you so much. I didn't think you were alive''

''I missed you too. I thought you didn't want me anymore''

''Silly child. How is that even possible?''

Mai served them a glass of juice each as they sat.

''August Maijune. Thank you so much. Mr. Saint told me everything you had to go through before finding Julieta. I owe you my daughter's life'' Dr. Sam said honestly.

''Then, can I ask you to do something as a payment for the debt?'' Mai asked. Aaron and Alice looked at her.

''Yes, go ahead'' Dr. Sam said.

''I stopped attending therapy. Do you have the confidence to treat me?'' Mai asked seriously.

''Yes. I have absolute confidence, August Maijune''
