Chapter 173: AI Alice Vs August Maijune 11

D-City Police station.

Aaron Saint held Maijune's hand as they watched Donald Jones and Selena argued among themselves endlessly. Liyah Myers walked hurriedly into the station and stopped by Maijune.

''August Maijune, how could you not tell me about something this big?'' Liyah said angrily.

''Big sis, calm down. Those two have been arrested already'' Maijune said.

''I will deal with you later on'' Liyah said and handed her bag over to Maijune before she rushed towards Donald Jones and Selena Adams who were sitting in front of the detective answering questions. Liyah picked a big book on the table of the detective and hit it hard on Donald Jones swearing ''you ingrate. How dare you try to sabotage my hard work? Are you even a human being? You piece of trash'' Aaron Saint rushed forward and took the book while Maijune held Liyah and pulled her away.

''Big sis, is alright. This is why I didn't want to inform you about this early'' Maijune said.

''Shut up. I am yet to settle scores with you'' Liyah shouted and Maijune pursed her lips and turned to look at Aaron Saint and the latter gave her a mocking smile. Maijune pointed her hand at him speechlessly. Why doesn't he do anything when she and Liyah get into a quarrel?

Donald Jones turned and looked at Liyah with a swollen face saying ''I wanted to get back at you for what your mother did''

''I am not my mother, you lunatic and get your facts right. My mother sent you to prison because you were wrong. You, scumbag, you fucking stole from her just like the way you planned to steal from me with this slut secretary of yours. You two are made for each other. A match made in heaven'' Liyah screamed at Donald Jones as Maijune held her body tightly so she wouldn't attack Donald Jones again.

''Officer, I will leave them to you'' Aaron Saint said as he held Liyah's hand.

''Liyah, is alright. Those two won't be getting out of jail for a long time. I will make sure of it'' Aaron Saint said as he and Maijune pulled Liyah out of the police station.

''How could that bastard do that to me?'' Liyah murmured as they walked outside.

Kash pulled over and got down. he and Julieta met Aaron Saint, Liyah and Maijune on the way coming outside.

''How did it go?'' Kash asked Aaron Saint.

''They are in police custody. I made sure they won't get out of there soon'' Aaron Saint said.

''Big sis, are you alright? You must have been startled?'' Julieta asked worriedly as she took Liyah's hand.

''I am fine but how could you two even think of dealing with something like this without informing me first? Do you know how I feel as someone older than you two?'' Liyah started scolding them.

''Please, don't be angry. We just didn't want you to be stressed out. See, we handled it well, right?'' Maijune said.

''You two devils will be the death of me. Let me see how you will bully me again when you go to school'' Liyah said and hugged Julieta and Maijune.

''We are not bullying you. This is our love for you. You have worked so hard to get this far. How could we sit back and watch someone take it all away?'' Maijune said.

''If anyone dares to bully you, then that person will have to pass through us first'' Julieta added.

''Aye, you two devils are so good I can't even stay mad at you, but don't ever do that again. You should concentrate on your college entrance exams and leave the people who want to harm us to the men, right?'' Liyah said and looked at Kash and Aaron Saint.

''Yes, leave them to us'' Aaron Saint said.

''You should go and get some rest'' Kash said.

''You will take Julieta home, right?'' Aaron Saint asked and looked at Kash.

''Yes, sure'' Kash said and looked at Julieta and she flushed. ''Let's go. Liyah, I will see you tomorrow before I leave'' Kash added.josei

''Sure. See you tomorrow. Send Julieta home and explain to Dr. Sam. He must be worried about her'' Liyah said and walked away to Aaron Saint's car. Maijune joined Liyah in the back seat and Aaron Saint got into the front seat and drove them away.

''Let's go'' Kash said to Julieta.

''Okay'' Julieta got into the car and they also left the station.

Kash pulled over in front of Julieta's house and they saw Dr. Sam standing by the gate worriedly,

''You father must be very worried. I will explain the situation to him but next time, you have to tell him where you are going and what you will be doing so that he won't worry about you all the time. You just got out of the hospital, don't always act impulsively'' Kash turned and said to Julieta and she nodded her head before they got down.

Dr. Sam walked towards them and asked worriedly ''Julieta, why did you leave the house without telling me? You even took the car. If I hadn't call August Maijune, I wouldn't have known what happened''

''Dad, I'm sorry. I won't do that again'' Julieta said and hugged her father.

''Dr. Sam, she was with me. I am sorry I didn't call to inform you. blame it on me'' Kash said to Dr. Sam.

''Dr. Kash, if she is with you, then, I am not worried because I know you very well. I hope she didn't impose on you?'' Dr. Sam asked.

''Not at all and please call me Kash, because I will be your son in law soon'' Kash said the last part of his words silently as he looked at the father and daughter pair in front of him.

''Julieta, go in and take a shower. I've asked the housekeeper to prepare you something hot to eat. I want to have a word with Dr. Kash alone'' Dr. Sam told Julieta. She looked up at Kash before going inside.

''Is there anything you want to discuss with me, Dr. Sam?'' Kash asked politely.

''Julieta is still a naïve girl despite her age because of the circumstances surround her disappearance. She still acts like a teenager, impulsive and doesn't know how to communicate her feelings to the other person very well. I hope that you will not mind her actions. Well, as you know, it might be too late but I still want to be the best parent for her. I know you and I know that you are a responsible person. Your family background is also impressive even more than our family. Julieta might act impulsive and not really understand her own feelings but as her father, I think I understand more than anyone else. I hope that you will not lead her astray if you don't intend to be serious with her. You… understand what I mean right?'' Dr. Sam asked and looked at Kash who had a smile on his face.

''I understand. I also want what's best for Julieta so I support everything that you say. I will be leaving for abroad to further specialise in my field. I will be back in a year and half's time. I will take responsibility for Julieta when I return and she is still single. I don't want to force her or make her choose between me and any other thing. Rest assured, I also want the best for her'' Kash told Dr. Sam sincerely.

''Julieta will be joining August Maijune to prepare for their college exams. She will be in school by the time you return'' Dr. Sam said.

''She told me and I couldn't have been any happier for her''

''Then, you go back home and prepare. You must have a lot of things to get ready for tomorrow''

''Sure, then, good night'' Kash said and got into his car, driving away.

The next day, Maijune woke up to the nonstop buzzing of her phone. She opened her eyes and checked the time. She picked the phone and answered it sleepily.

''Hello, Jules. What is it?'' Maijune asked.

''Maijune, I need your help. I'm outside. Come and open the door for me'' Julieta said and Maijune sat up on the bed at once.

''Jules, is 4:00AM'' Maijune said and frowned.

''I know, but I need your help. I helped you with big sister's issue, you have to help me'' Julieta said as she stood at the door, almost freezing.

''I'm coming'' Maijune got down and went to the hall. She opened the door and Julieta ran inside at once.

''Wow, is freezing outside'' Julieta said as she pulled Maijune towards Mai's lab.

''What do you want at this time? If is not very important, I will cripple you'' Maijune said.

''Is super important. Dr. Kash is leaving today at 11:00AM and I don't have anything to give him'' Julieta said as they sat on the chairs in the lab.

''What has you not having a gift for your crush got to do with me?'' Maijune asked as she yawned, sleep clearly still in her eyes.

''I want you to make a special perfume for me to give to him. That perfume will always remind him of me'' Julieta said and Maijune looked at her with a ridiculed expression ''what?'' Julieta asked.
