Chapter 77: The Trap 1

Rowena frowned as she listened to the person on the other side of the phone.

She threw the glass of wine in her hand on the floor angrily and said 'you failed? How could you fail at such a small matter? Listen, I don't care how you do it. I want you to go back and finish her off. The money and passport will be ready for you to leave the city afterwards. Make sure you do a clean job this time'.

Rowena hung up and frowned angrily. This was a simple job and he messed up. He claimed to be the best yet he failed and that girl survived.

She had planned everything meticulously even using that girl's family so that nothing could be traced back to her and couldn't bear for any failure.

Rowena wasn't someone who was obedient thus even though Josh Saint warned her to not do anything and stay low-key she still couldn't let go of the grudge in her heart. She wanted August Maijune to pay dearly for messing with her.

Only she knew the kind of suffering she had to endure while staying at that damned place for a year. If Josh Saint hadn't come for her, she was probably going to die there alone. That is why she couldn't just sit back and let August Maijune be happy after ruining her life.

Even Liyah was now living a good life even after she did everything to destroy her. This was simply too unfair and this time around, her plan was simple. Since, she couldn't have anything again, she was going to make sure that August Maijune wouldn't have it either.

The drug wasn't easy to attain. She had paid someone a huge sum of money and the person sent it to her. The drug was highly potent and could make a normal person insane. She just didn't want August to be insane, she could still be treated.

What she wanted was to turn her into a complete vegetable. Someone who couldn't use her brain and will forever be in the hospital. That was the best revenge that was going to make her feel relieved. But, that fool still failed after she paid him so much money.

This time, Rowena decided to be there when he went into the hospital. She wanted to watch and see how August Maijune fell from grace to grass. That satisfaction only was enough to let her finally let go off her grievances. She didn't care about anything else but the revenge in her mind.

Rowena saw the doorknob turning and turned away coldly. That was Josh Saint coming in and he was only there for one thing. He wanted a release. After taking her in, she had become his sex toy.

Rowena wondered if all he thought about was sex. He loved it too much. He could come two to three times in a day for it. She was practically like a whore whose purpose was to provide with good sex. He wasn't also never gentle with her. He didn't wait for her to get ready before he pounced on her.

Josh entered and saw the broken pieces of glass and wine splatted on the floor and asked 'what is all this, Rowena?'

'My hand slipped. I will clean it up immediately'.

Rowena said turning towards the kitchen. Josh caught her hand and pulled her to himself saying 'later, clean it up later. I'm hungry now'.

Josh kissed Rowena before she could say another word.

He forcefully torn the clothes covering her body apart leaving her bare and naked. He smiled looking at her beautiful breasts saying 'I can never get enough of these cuties here'. He sucked on one and squeezed the other applying force making Rowena weak.

After two long hours of satisfying Josh, Rowena crawled out of the bed weakly and went into the bathroom. One day, she was going to kill that man on the bed. Rowena freshened up and put on clean clothes.

It was almost 20:00PM when she finished and was about to leave. She looked at the man sleeping on the bed before going out with a frown on her face.

KASH FAMILY HOSPITAL.

The hospital was busy as usual and normal. There wasn't anything suspicious going on so no one suspected anything.

The new nurse at the counter who previously spoke to Rowena and almost leaked August's information out was at the desk with two other nurses and the senior nurse.

She kept checking her phone as she chatted with her colleagues. As if she was waiting for a call.

It is said that when people are nervous they make a lot of mistakes and those mistakes always give them away. As she kept checking her phone, she failed to notice the eyes of the senior nurse fixated on her.

The new nurse's phone suddenly buzzed and she checked it immediately seeing a new message. She opened the message which read 'I'm around' and closed the phone. She didn't know her phone was hacked and all her messages were tracked.

The nurse turned and looked towards the senior nurse who looked away fast before she turned. After making sure the senior nurse wasn't looking she took the injection and medicine plate on the table and walked to her saying 'is time for Miss Maijune's injection and medicine. Should I go and administer to her?'

The senior nurse nodded her head and acted as if nothing was wrong and said 'do you even need to tell me. Go ahead, I'm having a headache'.

With that, the nurse went out of the counter but she didn't go straight to the ward, she first walked to the stairs and met the man in black. They both went into the changing room and the man changed into a nurse scrub and followed her.

They both were unaware of the invisible eyes following them and walked away normally. It was already late at night, so all the patients in the hall were now in their rooms and the emergency room was full with patients so the doctors and nurses were having a handful at that time.

The hallway was empty as usual, so the two people in nurse scrubs didn't notice anything unusual. When they got to the door of the private room, the soldier immediately moved and gave them way and they entered.
