Vicky kept her head lowered, avoiding looking at him. However, she could clearly sense the chilling gaze he cast upon her.
Their footsteps faded as Sheila and Tyler gradually moved farther from her.
Taking a moment to calm her racing heart, Vicky took out her phone and sent a message to the mysterious man, wanting to let him know that she changed her mind.
She knew the extent of her capabilities and what she was truly worth.
