Chapter 469: Richter Snow - I Call Her Nira

Lying silently upon my couch, my elbows pressed against my thighs while I held my head that was clouded by thought.

Eroma, my uncle. Why had he betrayed me? Does he not realize the degree of sin that bastard Arsene committed? Is the concept of life so fleeting to him? My god, what the hell is the matter with him?

"Richter, stop it. I can see the fumes pouring from your head. Here have a glass," Larisa kindly offered, taking a seat beside me. "Your uncle, he is quite the character."

'hmph, that he is." I softly minced, "It's a shame he is now our enemy, although he was never relevant within the family. He is a joke."

Flicking my forehead, Larisa snorted, "A joke? Yet Tang Feng took him as his disciple. He is far from a joke. That man is hiding something, and we need to find out what."

"Oh, is someone still mad? Don't worry. It will not be long before Eroma is on his knees, begging me to stop. Did you get the reinforcements? Now that we know Arsene is here, we need to take him down quick before Greyson or Eroma can interfere."

"I am afraid it gets a bit more complicated than that. By Arsene's side, there are three chosen from Nox. According to the reports, the three of them are disciples of the Founders of Nox. We need to go at this carefully. Less we risk death. Not even my uncle nor your Master can stop them."

"Have you found where they are living? I find it hard to believe no one knows where Arsene lives." I said hopefully, staring at Larisa. I mean, she did find out there are chosen with Arsene.

"Afraid not. Yu Lan seems to be on Arsene's side. Any actions against him will be known by her. We need help. We have the resources but not the correct people.

Shaking my head, dismissively I sighed, "And that's where we find ourselves lost. Arsene cannot be tracked. It took you seven years just to remember his name. What makes you think the others will. Whatever black magic he is using is inhumanly strong. We are on our own."

"Then let I, your master help you." Master Drar mysteriously claimed, appearing in my room like a ghost, with his hands behind his back, "I know where Arsene is, but should you visit him, you are dead."

"Then what do you recommend?" Larisa urged.

Clapping his hands, a large swirling black vortex coiled into existence before my eyes. Stinging my flesh with her presence, a chill floated down my spine as a woman stepped out. She had long black hair, scarlet eyes, and a crimson dress, which enchanted her beauty even more.

She was beautiful, far prettier than anything I have ever seen. There was just something about her that had my heart thundering against my chest.

"This little peach is Deianira. Although I call her Nira. Nira darling, say hello." Master Drar expressed kindly.

"Greetings," Nira shyly whispered, bittering her delicate lips. She lowered her head. "I-I-its nice to meet you all."

'How is she supposed to help us?" Larisa asked, glaring into the meek Nira.

"Is the fact that she is not my first disciple not enough for you?" Master grimly crossed his arms, "Tell me, Larisa, would I ever give you something that would regress your hard work?"

Sending Larisa a sharp look, I bowed my head in her place, "Forgive her master." I uttered, falling to one knee, "She forgot her place."

Snorting, Master patted Nira's shoulder, "You may all use Nira as you please but do remember, she can be quite eccentric at times."

Eccentric? Why warn us about that? Most cultivators have their flaws.

"Oh, and before I forget. Richter, if you have the urge to bed this enchantress, I suggest you find your wife. Stay out of her pants." Master warned, vanishing before I could contest his words.

"I would never! You are the only one I can see." I howled in haste, turning my gaze to my sweet fiancee, glaring at Nira.

"I-I would never," Nira with her otherworldly beauty cried with wet eyes, "Please. Master told me, you are getting married, congrats!"

Mesmerized by her words sucking my soul away, I lowered my head in haste, with my heart pounding harder against my chest.

What the hell is going on with me?

"Anyway, Master told me where Arsene and Yura reside. Although he did say, we will need the help of Nox and maybe the angels."

Piercing Nira with her white-hot stare, Larisa snorted. It was all but obvious she was a little jealous.

Clearing my throat. I grew solemn, "Larisa, you help her settle in; I am going to... yeah."

Taking about my leave faster than I have ever done before, I felt I had wronged Larisa somehow, but I also knew there was no winning in this situation. A jealous woman is a crazy woman. Although I do hope they become friends.

Leaving our Redfox hotel, my first target was the Court of Nox. Now that Master had gained a head seat within the court, it was well within my right to ask for help. Sene and Yura, based upon the reports, are being hunted. Not to mention Arsene declared war on them.

Heading towards the Northern District, alone on foot, the skies began to darken, bringing a misty coolness to the amber skies.

"Hey, you? You Richter?" An odd, unfamiliar voice called as I turned to stare at a man in an aristocratic suit. Golden lining and silver metals could be seen upon his chest, signifying he was a soldier of sorts.

"The Name is Christofer, and I am here to kill you and your bother Arsene Snow!" He coldly said, flashing to my neck before I could even see what had happened.

Clenching my throat before I could grasp the situation, I was held high into the air, "You bloody Snows. All of you are bastards! Arsene killed my wife, and now I will kill you!!!"

Feeling his finger dig into my neck, I struggled not to scream as he glared. "I.. Hate... Ar... Arsene." I struggled to say as his grip began to loosen. "I wish to kill him. I wish to kill all the snows." I bitterly squealed with a bit of tears in my eyes, recalling the time in the House of Snow.

Releasing me, Christofer's eyes grew wide in shock as he backed away, looking down at his fingers as hot tears began to flow, "I-I-I forgive me. I didn't; I didn't mean to. It just., when Arsene tore her apart and when I saw you. I lost it."

Gasping for air, I cursed, knowing another had fallen for my little brother's bloodlust.

Glancing at the broken man shedding tears, I sighed a little moved at his heartbroken expression. I found a bitter smile as I hung my head low." Arsene will never say sorry. But I am different, so on behave of that Demon Arsene, I ask for your forgiveness."
