Chapter 1484 - Third Group II

Chapter 1484: Third Group II

BAM!

Ellen Flew back and barely able to stop herself from the five meters away from the forcefield, Rachel and Jonathan had taken out the big guns, and now they want to finish the fight as soon as possible.

While they are dealing with Elina just fine, Elijah is just as troublesome as before. Since the battle started, he did not launch even a single attack; he is just dodging them very closely, at centimeter distance sometimes.

His speed is unbelievable, despite being attacked by the two' Monsters.' Not a single attack was able to touch him, which is incredible.

I could see the grace he is moved when he dodged the attack; his control over his Physical Body and Energy is amazing; he is barely wasting any energy when he moved while having total control over his surrounding.

I suspect he uses some skill like 'Sensory Field,' and its range is about five meters, as only when the attacked entered his five meters range does he move.

I am quite excited watching the battle; it is the first time seeing the 'Monsters' revealing their strength, and I have to say, they did not disappoint me at all.

Every move of them shook the arena; if Elina had not been good, she would have been crushed within a second, not lasted several minutes.

Suddenly, Rachel and Jonathan launched an attack, and instead of attacking both Elijah and Elina like they always did, it only attacked Elina, and this attack of them is far more powerful than all the attacks they have launched before.

BANG!

Both of the attacks crashed across Elina's shield and sent her crashing at the forcefield; she tried to stop the momentum, but the attack's power is too great, and the distance between her and forceful was too small for her to do anything.

While she crashed on the forcefield, the shield she is using held on, though it is flickering as it was about to run out of power, its ability to hold against monsters' powerful attacks is a big thing.

Elina slid out of the forcefield with a bloodied mouth and crushed expectation; seeing her like that, I couldn't help but feel sad. Though I know it will happen when I saw the members of her group, I still couldn't help but feel sad about it.

Now, only three remained in the arena, both Rachel, Jonathan, and Elijah. Rachel and Jonathan are looking at Elijah smiling face intensely; earlier, when they attacked Elina, he had a chance to launch the attack on them, but he did not; he just watched them.

"Jonathan, why don't you help me defeat Rachel? It will be a lot quicker than both of you trying to defeat me, and I don't think you can defeat me before three hours are over," Elijah asked directly while still having a soft smile on his face.

His words may sound arrogant, but they are true; his speed is amazing, and this might not be his peak speed; there is a very high chance that he might be hiding a lot more strength or he is using his highest strength and taking a gamble by making the offer.

It's so frustrating to predict his strength with his perfect control and so little intelligence about him, till last year he was an average member of his organization. The chance in his occurred when six months ago, he went to the new ruin his organization had discovered.

Coming out from it, his strength had changed; even them he was above average, he never showed the strength of the monster.

Seconds ticked, as Rachel and Elijah waited for the Jonathan decision, as he did not directly decline in.

"Ok, I accept your offer," He said and moved toward Rachel and attacked her; at the same time, Elijah appeared behind her and swung his sword at her neck.

Jonathan's decision was not surprising to both Elina and the crowd; such things have happened any time, something like it had happened in the last Championship and Championship before that and championship before that.

The participants' main focus is to win; it did not matter what way you use; all of it will consider it as strategy, and Jonathan did nothing wrong.

Their alliance depended on benefits, and since working with Elijah gives him a greater chance of winning, he will do it even knowing that Elijah will become a bigger thorn for him in the next round.

Even knowing that he had no choice but to accept it; if he did not, then Rachel would, and even if she did not accept the offer and they continued fighting till three hours which is allowed time, and after that, all three will be disqualified.

There is no tie in the championship; either you win or lose and tie means losing, which no participants are willing to accept, and for that, it is in Jonathan's best interest to work with Elijah and defeat Rachel.

Rachel quickly moved away before attacks of both of them could touch her, but as she did, another round of attacks came, and they are more powerful than the last.

Clang Clang Clang!

Even Elijah begins to send very fine strings of energy, which are very fast that Rachel barely can defend, not to forget the powerful attacks coming from Jonathan.

All she could do is defend or run away; the attacks of her opponents are so fast, especially of Elijah, that she is finding no time to attack.

Fuck!

Suddenly, Rachel scremed out as one of the fine string of energy laugh by Elijah struck her shoulder, drawing out a spurt of blood before the would head, but that is just starting.

Spurt BAM BAM

After the first hit, she begins to hit by more attacks, not only of Elijah but also from Jonathan that; within five minutes, she became bloody and battered, but despite her state, she kept fighting without losing a shred of confidence in herself.

"Got You!"

Few more minutes passed when suddenly she stopped and called back her sword with a sigh. Elijah appeared behind her with his sword on her next; he did it speed, which shocked the participant's area.

The speed alone made everyone sitting in the participant's area consider him the greatest threat after Jill St Palen, who is the host of legendary Inheritance.
