"Lady Yui, seal your bloodline, and no matter what happened, don't unseal it no matter the pain you feel," I warned Lady Yui. "Don't worry, Grandmaster; I have sealed my bloodline very tightly," I said and flew above the bone block before sitting on the circle.
"Lord Yazdi, you can enter the pool," I said to Lord Yazdi, who was standing beside the clay pool filled with luminescent water. The clay pool is made of clay from a luminescent pool, with a powerful sealing formation, the same one I used in the spatial clay storage ball I had made yesterday.
"Yes," he nodded and stepped into the pool till he was completely submerged. The silvery runes covering him lit up faintly as they began to filter the luminescent energy going inside Lord Yazdi.
An hour passed, and now the bones of Lady Yui had broken the dust and the melding; while Lord Yazdi is at the last few cycles, he will be finished within a few minutes with the obvious advancements.
Everything seemed to be working fine, which made me feel quite relieved; I was a little worried about the bone block, but it was working fine without any problem. Her bones have already turned to dust, and now they are melding slowly with each cycle; she will need two hours more before the block reforges her bones.
"Lord Yazdi, come out," I said as all his injuries of the latest cycle healed; he had gotten all the benefits of the luminescent energy any further, and it will begin to attack him detrimentally.
A few seconds later, he came out of the pool with a big smile on his face. "The luminescent pool is really painful, but it is worth it," he said softly as he gripped his hands before he turned me to me. "Thank you, Grandmaster; this increse in strength would really help me a lot," he thanked and looked at Lady Yui, involved in bone demon.
"These bone shackles looked quite scary," he said, to which I shook my head. "They are not; they are just to bind one tightly as possible, so they would not be able to make the slightest movements," I replied.
A minute later, he left; there were still two hours before Lady Yui finished, so there was no need for him to stay. Two hours would be enough for him to get some work done and check on the group of Masters and Grandmasters, who were harvesting the resources not far from here.
Ashlyn and Nero are both out on their own missions; after finding the stones in storage yesterday, I wanted to know whether the Grimms are looking for these things or not, and if they are looking for them, then what are its uses?
Time passed, and soon two hours passed, and lord Yazdi returned; looking at her scans, Lady Yui would be finished up in a few minutes.
It was seven minutes before the binds of the bone demon began to unfurl from the Lady Yui before seeping back to the bone block.
"How was it?" I asked as she opened her eyes, "Painful, but the advancement I have got is pretty shocking," she said as she looked at her hands. Yes, the advancement she had gone to is quite shocking; this will help in projecting more power.
"Though, the balance between my bones and skin had broken as you had said it would," she said, and I could sense the worry in her eyes.
"Don't worry, we have this pool for that," I said and threw the pearl at her; she caught it and pressed it to her forehead, where it had melted and begun to spread across her body. A minute later, she had a blue layer and silvery runes across her skin.
She walked toward the pool and sat inside it, completely submerged.
"Lord Yazdi, please," I said, motioning toward the bone block. "There is no cooldown in the artifact?" He asked, "We will find out," I replied with smile. I have no idea if there is any cooldown time. I hope it does not; it will slow down things.
He flew up and sat down; the block did not react; the block would not be activated for a minute, so I focused on Lady Yui, who had luminescent energies entering inside her, and when I saw her bones barely reacting to the energy, I couldn't help but take a sigh of relief.
I had feared that her bones would turn ravenous toward the luminescent energy, which would have been bad considering they had already broken the balance, but it was not the case.
The bones would only turn ravenous when they come across strengthening energy or something like it.
A minute passed by, and a smile appeared on my face as the bone block had activated. It did not seem like there was any cooldown period in the artifact, which is good news.
"Congratulations, Lady Yui, I don't think with the current strength, any High-Grandmaster could defeat you," I said as she walked out of the pool.
Her body is now in complete balance, and her flesh has been strengthened so that now, it will assist rather than impede the bones from projecting their full power, as it should be.
Her strength has now slightly above the absolute limit of most Grandmasters, and it could be said she had reached the absolute limit, as improving now will be extremly difficult, near impossible, unless, of course, she creates the core.
"I did not think I would be able to reach the absolute limit so quickly," she said ecstatically. To that, I shook my head.
"You are far from reaching the absolute limit, Lady Yui; unless you create a core, you shouldn't believe you have reached the absolute limit," I said, and a surprise couldn't help but appear on her face before she was able to calm her emotions.
"Do you think I could create the core at this stage?" she asked, "Absolutely, your chances increased even more after the experiences you had in this ruin," I said, and a big smile appeared on her face. "I will work harder for your expectations then, Grandmaster," she said, and I smiled at that.
Two hours later, Lord Yazdi finished; his face had a smile that didn't seem to disappear; the advancement he got made him very happy and made him cheerful. He needed it after the dangerous battle he had fought against the Grimm Monsters.
It was evening, and I was standing in front of the teleportation gate; I was not leaving; it was lady Yui who was leaving.
With her power reaching the peak of the High-Grandmaster class, there is no reason for her to stay; she would be useful in other places.
"I will hand this over to the council then," she said, and the storage bracelet disappeared before walking into the teleportation gate.
That storage I have given him contained bone block and the luminescent water of all three levels I collected yesterday. She will give that council, who will hand it to Grandmistress Charline, with the instructions I have left; she will handle them fine.
I have sent those things because, with them in the hands of Grandmistress, it will benefit more people than in my hands since I will be here in this ruin for another weak.
Though I have handed the bone block and luminescent water, I did not hand over the bloodline strengthening well. That thing is too dangerous with the way how it compels the bloodlines; it will be safest in my hands.
