Chapter 2983 Rhaek I
Chapter 2983 Rhaek I
'Died, Blood Videttes died.' It repeated the words in its mind while still not being able to believe them.
It had not thought that anyone besides it could kill it, even it would need to kill, put great effort into killing them, but Zaar, who it thought could kill without much effort given a chance, had killed them.
Everything had been lost, now with three dying; the confidence of the other Videttes has collapsed, and they are trying to run away.
It, too, was in quite a trouble, besieged by nine humans, all peak Grand Lord, trying to kill it.
"Hahahahah…."
He started laughing suddenly as he released all his power, every bit of it; he held nothing back.
The humans stopped attacking as they looked at its crazed laugh and rumbling aura.
"You filthy human, I was being merciful to you, bringing death to you by my hand, but now you have lost the opportunity,"
"Soon, you all will face the fury of the Grimm race, and the fury had no mercy like me," It said shouted and launched its most powerful attack at the weakest person to break the encirclement and run away.
….
My expression turned serious as I heard the words of Rhaek; they are not the biggest danger; there is even bigger, something horrifying.
The danger is something so powerful that we might be killed by a single breath of it.
I shook my head of those thoughts; we will face that danger when the times come. Now, it is time to kill the Grimms that are present on the battlefield.
Buzz!
The formation I released buzzed and stepped into it and the next second, I appeared on the battlefield, where Supreme Commander with others fighting the Blood Videttes.
I did not move toward it. Instead, I released my seed, activated another formation, and appeared on a different battlefield, where Rai was fighting against another Blood Vidette.
As such, I moved from one battlefield after another, releasing the seed before moving to another battlefield, and soon, I am the fifth battlefield where the last Blood Videttes were fighting against Lady Vivian.
After I released my seed, I stepped into the formation, and a moment later, I appeared on the battlefield where the most powerful energies were coming.
The place where nine humans are fighting against Rhaek.
The bastard is very good, it has bloodline as well as Grand Art, and it uses its power with extreme efficiency to defend against the powerful assault as it tries to break the encirclement to run away.
The humans are good, too; despite its power, they are keeping it in a tight encirclement.
I moved toward the battle; I needed to teleport far away due to the battle's shockwaves breaking the space far and wide.
I will need at least a minute to reach the battle; by that time, the harvest should begin. The mysterious tree is extremely excited, its branches and leaves shaking wildly as it waits for the essence of videttes.
The runes are spreading inside them as they struggle; their power is insane, but after so consuming so much strengthening essence, my core is able to contain them without any problem.
The strengthening energy was still flowing through my body, and more will flow, as three videttes are not only Grimms present in my core.
There are six more if I had waited half a minute and let the harvest begin; there would have been only three, but now the runes will need to spread inside all the Grimms before the harvest could begin.
I should have really waited, as more streams of strengthening energy would have helped me a lot against the enemy; I am moving to face.
The bastard had been the most powerful being in the world for centuries, and seeing the way it was fighting, it more than deserved that title.
The combination of the most powerful bloodline and the most powerful offensive art is no joke. Just fighting the battles is sending shivers down my spine, but it also burns the fighting spirit in my heart.
I flew with all my strength, tearing through all shockwaves that were coming toward me one after another.
Finally, I reached the battlefield, there were barely ten miles of distance between us, and I was crossing it at an extremely fast speed.
It caught my gaze and looked at me with such hate that it chilled my heart, but even it did not stop me.
'Michael, be careful, Rhaek is very powerful, and you are the one it hates the most,' said Matron, who is fighting against Rhaek with Jill, Ellen, and Kevin, while others formed a circle in support, attacking whenever they get a chance.
I reached the circle and passed by Rachel, who had the most beautiful wings.
I entered the circle, and my sword appeared in my hand; my enemy had been waiting for me as dangerous power gathered in its clawed fist.
"Fist of Nine Burning Suns!" it said and took a swing at me; seeing the speed of the fist coming toward me, my eyes couldn't help but widen up.
The power and speed of this first were terrifying, and it hit me; not even hair on my body would remain.
I also swung the sword, harnessing power from all three boosts, leaving not a single speck behind.
CLANNNNG!
My first clashed against my sword, and I felt an immense shock coursing through my body while powerful energies assaulted me.
Step Step Step
I begin to take a step back, while at the same time, Kevin appears behind Rhaek with his monkey on his shoulder and attacks with the blade that is dark as night, but it reacted quickly.
Its claw clashed against the blade when the monkey's eyes flashed, and something amazing happened; more than half of the power of the attack had disappeared, but Rhaek was no normal powerhouse.
Before he could take advantage of what he did, three fiery fists with terrifying auras materialized and moved toward Kevin, seeing that he had disappeared before they could crash into him.
"You puny humans are not powerful enough kill me," he said, but he wasn't even finished when a flaming black sword and holy lance came at Grimm.
I also stabilized myself taking three steps back, and moved toward the Rhaek again; there was no need to give it even a second of rest.
We will continue to assault it till there is nothing of had remained of it; it also understood that, as it tried to get away from every gap it could find, there is always someone who will stop.
CLANNNNG CLANNNNG CLANNNNG
Attack after attack clashed against it, most of the time, it would use the offense against the offense, but it would also bring out its defensive method when it is necessary.
It is a very versatile powerhouse, using every kind of method to its maximum advantage, and I hate to admit it, but I am not good at it, despite crafting every move for my advantage.
It had centuries of experience, and while it is not even a decade since I began the practice, the difference is huge.
Still, I am confident that I would have been able to cross the distance of these abilities, and a decade would have been more than enough for me, but I do not have a decade.
That does not mean I could not kill it. I may not be as efficient as it, but I have enough methods to kill it ten times, and I will do it.
