Chapter 3176 Final Battle I

Chapter 3176 Final Battle I

?

"Fuck, we all are going to die!" curse the woman behind me as we stopped. Quite a few people are panicking. Heleu and I are not one of them.

There are still some people here who have not fought the Grimms. They might have fought individually, but not in thousands. To those, the sight of half a million Grimms would look quite scary.

It is quite scary, that heart started to beat wildly.

Five miles in front of us is the army of Grimms; there are half a million Grimms standing in the neat lines in front of the two lakes.

Behind them, over the ground between the two lakes, is the exit.

Over a week ago, we had it in our control, before Grimms took it in their assault and now, we are going to fight to the death to take it.

We only have one day for it, as by tomorrow evening, the doors of the runes will close.

I looked at the bright shining moon and took a deep breath.

The battle is going to be far more dangerous than the one I had fought a few days ago. There are ten times more numbers and they are more powerful. Strength will not be enough for me to survive, I will need a little luck too.

A minute passed, and we continued to stare at each other without speaking anything, but every person was ready.

We have been ready to fight since the moment we left the hills at dawn.

"ATTACK!'

Adros roared at the third minute; the moment we heard it, we shouted and rang toward the Grimms with our aura blazing.

"ATTACK!"

Ordered the Aqua Scaled Lizardman, and the Grimms moved. Each of their steps would be like an earthquake that will shake the hearts of natives and their blazing aura, which became one that had stopped many in their tracks.

Burst 90%.

I did not hold back and activated the burst at 90%. It will only be for a few minutes before I will be forced to use every bit of my power.

My sword appeared in my hand, and I poured the power inside it, while my soul sense swept ahead toward the Grimms. Like in the last battle, I am going to focus on the Grimms with the bloodline.

I had used quite a lot of resources; I had to grow to trade. I will need to grow back some of them.

Most importantly, I will focus on the spatial seed. Even if I need to use every bit of strengthening energy to grow it; I will do it.

The seed is too important for me to not do it.

My soul sense had reached them, and within a second, I have found a hundred Grimms with the bloodline. They are rare, but with such a number, there are a lot of them; many of which I am no match.

A few Peak-Primary III, I had sensed, had enough power to kill me within seconds.

It is a harrowing reality, the one I will be facing. It is why; I had said, I will need the luck to survive; strength alone is not enough.

"If we survived today. We are going to party for days!" said Heleu beside me as his weapon begin to glow in power. "Sure. I hope you will kill enough spawns to pay for it," I replied, to which he smiled, before leaping toward the Grimm.

We have reached the Grimms.

"Die human!" said the Apeman as it came down from above, bringing its huge ax down at me.

Puch!

I did not move till the ax was an inch away from my head and when I did; I appeared directly in front of the Grimm, before piercing my sword inside its chest.

It had happened so fast that by the time it had realized. It was too late.

A moment later, it appeared in my core. The Apeman is no normal Grimm, but one with a bloodline. It was powerful, but it had underestimated me by not using all its power.

It was understood too late.

The moment it disappeared; I moved toward the different prey.

The last battle had wiped away all the rust my combat style had against the Grimms. Now, I am once again working on maximum efficiency. With little luck, I will not only survive but will also have a great harvest.

Hun!

I had taken a few steps when I saw something and immediately moved left, and appeared behind the chest of the Werewolf before piercing my sword inside.

"Thank you," said the bloodied lion beastman. It had been a few seconds, and he already got injuries to such a state. The chances of his survival are quite low, considering he is just an Early-Primary-III.

I nodded and disappeared with a prayer that he will survive. No matter the grim, the chances are.

A few seconds later, I killed another Grimm, and then another, and another, before finally reaching my prey. Those three were not easy; I had to take a long injury on my stomach to kill it.

Now, with five Grimms in my storage. I begin to fight against a powerful Grimm. My target.

"Harder, human. If you keep fighting like this, it wouldn't take me long to kill you." said the Grimm. It is from the tribe that is quite common in my world, and I have personally fought hundreds of their members.

Alabaster Snakeman.

CLANNNG CLANNNG CLANNNG

It is attacking me intentionally, with its thin sword dancing like the wind. Carving one slash after another across my body.

Each is filled with very strong poison energy.

Burst 100%.

I activated the full power of the burst. There is no choice. Either that or get carved like meat.

Even with using the full power, my condition had only stabilized for a second, before it started using its full power and I once again begin to get carved up like an animal.

eaglesnov?1,?o? Hun!

I could have nothing more than a defense while wishing I had my strings. With them, dealing with such a bastard wouldn't be a problem for me. I wouldn't have needed to think hard, to find a way to deal with it.

Here, even escaping isn't a choice.

If I did, some other Grimm would come at me. So, in a way, this Alabaster Snakeman is kind of a shield to me, as long as I keep fighting, I will be fine.

It is powerful, and that is without question, but it can be killed. I will do it. It might take a little longer, but I will do it.

Buzz!

Soon, the core buzzed, and strengthening energy came out. It took longer than it takes usually, all because of four other Grimms. Those bastards are without a bloodline, thankfully they at least have a storage and left essence rose.

My clone immediately fed to the necrotic tree and divided the growth energy.

Half of it went to the trees and the new seeds I had placed, while the other half went to the spatial seed. Which had been planted in the best soul and the fertilizer made of the precious resources.
