Chapter 4210 Party
"Welcome, Prime Arys," greeted the Wolf Beastwoman. Her name is Harlana Korz.
"Thank you, Prime Korz," I replied and entered the hall, feeling the eyes of everyone on
me.
It isn't big, and there aren't many people. There are only sixty-two, and only four of them are Primes with the rest being Sky Sovereigns.
These Sky Sovereigns are their descended personal students and talented members of the organization.
"Everywhere, this is Prime Arys. He will be us for some while," introduced Carter as he appeared beside me.
"Prime Arys," the Sky Sovereign greeted.
I nodded and walked with him toward the fifth prime in the room toward the woman with wings, who looked to be in her early twenties.
The woman is beautiful and tall, with curved horns on her head and light green wings at the back. The wings are beautiful and look like, they are made of glass.
She is also a High-Prime like Carter and interestingly, she feels more powerful than him.
I am pretty sure, that she is more powerful than him. At least without a law.
As for whether she has a law, I don't know. The information I have didn't mention her having power of law, but there is a good chance that she might.
Law's hard to detect.
"Prime Kanxin, this is Prime Arys," Carter introduced.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Prime Arys. Governor had talked a lot of things about you," said the woman, Glancing at the runes floating around me for a fraction of a moment. "All good things, I hope?" I asked.
"Some are," she replied and grinned, while Carter beside me faded away.
"How are you liking our city so far?" she asked. "Great. It reminds me of the one, I had managed for a few years," I replied.
"Though it was much smaller than this," I added.
"I am sure you must have done a good job managing it," she said, and the smile on my face turned mirthless. "No, the enemies destroyed it," I replied, with a smile disappearing from my face.
It's a lie, but not a complete one.
There is some kernel of truth in it; they are the kind of lies that are much harder to catch.
There was silence for a few seconds as we watched the people mingle around us, before she turned to me, with her expressions serious.
"What are your plans in our world?" she asked. "Quite a heavy question," I replied, but she kept looking at me.
"Right now, rest, break a seal or two before finding out a way to my world."
"If I don't find the direct route, there is another place I have in mind, but I haven't made up my mind about it yet," I replied after nearly a minute of silence.
There was a surprise in her eyes before her eyes turned to the runes around my body. "These runes are layered?" she asked.
To that, I grinned. She kept looking, but this time, there was only silence for her.
I have to keep things interesting, but not reveal it all.
"What method are you trying to remove them?" she asked after some silence.
'She does not give up, I thought.
"Knowledge," I replied.
I had planned everything when I chose this route. Including the method I was going to use to solve them. The best and safest is the knowledge.
People will believe me by showing what I did inside the realm.
"Have you tried the law to break them?" she asked. "They are sealed," I replied with a sigh of regret, and here to there is some truth.
My laws aren't sealed, but I can't use them. If I could use them, I would have been much safer.
"Have many layers have you broken up?" she asked and once more, I remained silent.
I might not answer the question, but I like her spirit. She is the youngest and most talented among the Prime and has a blood relation with the Carter.
The information says that she is the one with the greatest chance of breaching Silver Prime.
I wish I could see her. It would be interesting to see what is inside her.
I really want to do it, and the new seeds are even ready, but it's too risky. She is powerful. There are also a couple of Primes in here, including Carter.
Not to mention the powerful security formation surrounding the organization.
It's really powerful and keeps track of every change that is happening around.
In the Tor, I wasn't able to feel its core formation this clearly, but now with the breakthrough and understanding I could.
It made me want to go inside it.
That would be terrible. I even controlled myself from doing that with the second layer formation, which is much weaker than the first layer.
I am a guest here. It wouldn't look good. If I tried to tinker with it.
Still, I am going to do it, but not now. Later, when I have more confidence in my abilities. Unlike seeding, getting caught her will only sour relation with them.
It won't make them suspect anything about my real identity.
"Prime Arys, let me introduce you to our best and brightest," said Prime Kurov; the four-armed man.
"Sure," I replied, and a few seconds later.
Sky Sovereigns came to me to introduce themselves.
This time, I didn't hold back and scanned them. I did it with good enough control, that
they couldn't sense it, but the man beside me could.
This isn't as good for seeding, but it will have to do with satisfying my urges in the
short term.
I met them all and mingled around till only Primes remained.
"Arys, aside from the intention of introducing you to the Primes and important members of the organization. There was another reason, I had called you," said Carter.
"I hope, it's interesting," I said.
"You will like it. It's your kind of challenge," said the man and led me out of the hall.
