Chapter 4217 Mad
CLANNG CLANNG CLANNG!
Four foreigners clashed against me. My shields.
There are only three shields, but they are handling four of them fine.
There would have been more shields if I had not been using the projection armor. I could use the strings for more shields, but I decided not to do that.
The protection of my body is more important than the protection around me.
Seconds passed when suddenly the foreign froze and disappeared.
Three shields turned to the three, which were now coming at me even more aggressively than before.
The brain is angry at me. I could feel it.
Soon, another one disappeared, and then another. Leaving only one.
The growth energy kept streaming out of the seedling and moving into the plants. There are a couple of streams of it, and all of them are targeting important trees. At the same time, the bees are targeting them. They have gone to the overdrive. I had prepared for this moment and injected them with a special substance I had crafted. There will be a side effect of it, but I could deal with that later.
It is a great opportunity for the bees, and it is why I slowed the speed of growth energy by spreading it into more plants.
There are a massive number of trees in my core. I am going to need a large number of these foreign, but I don't want them.
Their power is increasing with every attack. I don't think I will be able to handle the numbers I need.
It is why, even now, I am not stopping. I am walking while my shields dance to protect me and my strings wrapped around them.
Finally, the last one disappeared, and I increased my speed.
Hun!
A minute passed, and I had prepared myself when I had sensed something and nearly froze. A moment later, I moved faseter, seeing what was happening.
I had sensed the battle at the edge of my soul sense.
It was less than five miles away, but I didn't sense it. If it had been outside, I would have sensed it hundreds of miles away.
This mist is one massive sponge that would use any energy immediately as it came. Making it very hard to sense another person, even if they are only a few seconds away.
There, I saw Mid-Prime fighting against nine foreigners.
He wasn't present when we arrived, but I know him. Know of him from the information. He is one of the two Primes that got sucked off the cloud.
He should have been careful. Because now he is paying the price for his recklessness.
He is bloody and seems to be on his last leg. If he kept fighting like this, they would finish him off before the end of the minute.
"Me and my bleeding heart!" I said with a sigh before leaping into the battle.
Puch!
They sensed me and turned, but before they could reach me, I reached them with my sword, piercing through their hearts.
Fatally injuring them, but not killing them, before they disappear.
My seed had given me a lot of information. I could injure them the way it will make people see their life energy disappearing without killing them.
I only need to keep them alive for a few seconds.
As long as they reached the roots. They won't die until the roots suck them try. The roots have a peculiar ability to keep their food alive till they suck it off fully.
Puch Puch!
I appeared above the second one and then the third one before the fourth.
Pachack!
The first one is very close to the man. I decapitated. My heart pained when I did that, as I was going to lose a lot of growth energy, but it needed to be done.
I can't kill all the same way.
Thankfully, I chose the weakest one to do that. Losing the lowest amount of growth energy.
Puch Puch Puch!
I killed some more before only two strongest had remained.
They are as strong as the ones I had fought before coming here and now, using every bit of knowledge they have about me to fight against me.
Puch Puch!
Though it didn't save them, I killed both of them before sending them to my core.
I should have spent a few more seconds to put on the show, but seeing the large group of them fighting time.
I know they won't wait for others to die. They will come, nonetheless. So, it's better to finish them as soon as possible.
"Are you fine?" I asked the man.
He is a Brown Ant Beastman named Ivas.
He is covered in a carapace, which is cracked to the inch, but healing slowly. It is what
that saved him.
"Yes, barely," he replied with a nervous smile.
"Thank you for saving me. If you had been a few seconds later, it would have been the
end of me," he thanked and drank the bottle of potion.
I nodded and walked ahead. Only to see him following me.
"I am going toward the center. It's going to be very dangerous there," I said to him.
A hesitation appeared on his face, and he nearly stopped but followed.
"It is still better than being on my own. I heard from the Primes from my organization that you are good. A little mad, they said, but powerful," he replied, making me
surprised.
'Mad?' I asked.
I didn't do anything that would make them call me mad.
"Still, I would advise you to think carefully. We are inside the domain of foreign beings,
and the center is going to be dangerous."
"Where I will prioritize my safety," I said. Stating things clearly.
Though this time, he didn't seem surprised.
"It will still be better than being on my own," he repeated the answer.
This time, I only shrugged in reply and kept walking. However, I needed to slow down
a few seconds later as I sensed the foreign coming toward me.
There are six of them. All of them are powerful.
