Chapter 4241 Storm

"Best of luck, Prime Hyrinth," said Carter while I waved my hand and walked away with him.

"He seemed like a character," I said with a smile. "He is," replied Prime Carter, with a small smile appearing on his face.

I may be smiling outside, but I am dead serious inside.

That man didn't give me a good feeling. He had raised my hair more than Carter did when I had first met him.

He is an Initial Prime, and what I saw and sensed proved the same thing, but I am going to be careful of him. More than Carter.

Soon, another hour passed. We didn't come across anyone, just two monsters.

"If we keep moving around like this. I don't think we are going to find him," I said to Carter.

"The caves are vast, but they are interconnected. There is a good chance that we might come across him. If we kept walking," he replied.

*The chances seem slim, but it isn't like we have a better choice," I said.

The caves are vast, and there are many dangers in them. It had been only a few hours, and we were only in the outer layer of this place.

There is much more in these comes. Things that others haven't seen yet.

Another hour passed, and we moved through the tens of caves and into the cavern. It does not come under anything interesting.

Still, I remained alert for anything. This place may look calm, but it is extremely dangerous, and I don't want to lose my being careless.

A few minutes passed when I sensed something. I focused more without making any changes.

More than a minute later, I had stopped.

"Can you sense it?" I asked. He didn't reply, but I felt his soul sense getting stronger. "No," he replied a few seconds later.

It is extremely faint. I don't know what it is, but it is happening, and its power seems to be increasing slowly.

I had just thought that when suddenly. The speed of change increased by tens of times. It was when I realized what I had sensed, and it made my eyes widen in fear. He, too, had finally sensed it, and horror appeared on his face.

"Storm!" he said, and we both burst with our full power and moved.

The storm was different from the tides I had experienced before in other places.

Here, there is flood of energy from outside the caves.

A storm is created because of the reaction between the energy. They begin to vibrate before they start to collide with each other, releasing extremely powerful energies.

Even in this cave, where the energies aren't as dense as the places really deep.

The storm is powerful enough to kill people of our power. The only way to survive this is to escape the area.

It could be small, as limited to a single cave, or as big as one, enveloping a large area that we could never be able to outrun.

"We need to get out of here!" he said, and I could see him spreading his soul sense far and wide.

He used the power of laws in that and also covered himself with him.

He is also slowly gaining speed on him. Still, he seemed surprised by the speed I had burst out with.

I am not holding back on the speed. It is a freaking storm; I need to get out of its range.

We pushed ourselves faster and faster as the energy vibrated at a greater and greater frequency.

Seconds passed, and Carter took a turn and disappeared from the view. I could still sense his position clearly, but he was getting further every second.

I pushed myself harder and released the soul waves at an even higher frequency. These are specially designed soul waves. They could move through the caves. Turn at turns and even divide themselves at intersections.

The flood of data is coming at every moment, and my clones are parsing through it all.

Ten of my clones are doing that.

There is no need to hold back. I will need everything; I have to survive this storm. Which soon is going to be extremely dangerous.

I had been expecting storms. Saw the signs it had left behind but didn't expect to

come across one so soon.

The energies are vibrating faster and faster. It won't take them long before they crash against each other and create a storm.

"Turn,' said my clone, and I did.

Separating from Carter. I had been following him as he was moving through the best spot, but now my clones have spotted even better.

I trust them a thousand times more than Carter.

There seemed to be no difference, but there was a small, which might change things in the long run.

So, I chose a different route from Carter and soon lost him.

I pushed myself even harder. Went as far as I could and even readied the blood burning. I have to survive; I need to survive.

Hun!

Seconds passed when something. I had been fearing what would happen.

The energy had reached the peak vibration and began to crash against each other.

I felt a new energy, and it had horrified me.

My armor, which I had weaved with all my strings, began to feel strain almost immediacy. My clones began to make changes to deal with it, but it had only slowed down.

I got relief for a few seconds, and I pushed myself harder, sending my soul waves as far as I could.

Passing through the caves and cavern without stopping for a moment.

Soon, my advantage begins to wear off, and the energy begins to seep deeper into my armor. Breaking through the crushing formations is enough to stop the most.

When they were about to reach me, a thin layer of mixture covered my skin.

Something like this saved me the last time when I found myself in a condition like this, and I hope. It will save me this time, too.

Though, unlike the last time. I am not stopping at one place.

That would be a suicide, as this storm is different from the tide I had experienced in the past.
