"That's even more unlikely.When my mom was healthy, she took me for checkups annually.So why wouldn't she know if I weren't her child? Besides, I've still got the ultrasound image from her maternity checkup when she was pregnant with me; I'm definitely her child."

Trevor fell silent.

He paused and asked, "By the way, have you bought a house yet?"
