Joshua slowed down the playback speed, but he still could not see how Cynthia did it.
“What’s wrong?” Chyler watched as Joshua repeatedly rewound the video and asked.
Joshua’s gaze became deeper as he held Cynthia’s small playing card. “Make a copy of this footage for me.”
“Aren’t you getting a divorce from her?” Chyler did not move and instead locked the computer screen. “Why do you need this?
“Give it to me.”
“Chyler.”
Chyler could not understand what this man was up to..
“To get this footage, you have to help me find Ellora first.” Chyler felt a sense of urgency since he had searched for her for so long. “Your soon–to–be ex–wife took her away, and you have to retum her to me.”
“Give me the footage first, and I’ll have Yoel help you search,” Joshua said, unwilling to waste any more time with him.
“Joshua” Chyler sat in the chair, turned to face him, and said, “I trust you with other things, but you have to help me find her first. At the very least, let me know which city she’s in.”

“Nexuria is Cynthia’s territory.” Although Joshua did not want to think about it, the various things Cynthia had shown made him feel that her identity was definitely different. “Mitchell is also in Nexuria, and Ellora can only be there.”
“She doesn’t really like Nexuria,” Chyler said
Joshua analyzed and explained, “If it weren’t for what happened before, she might have gone to a city she liked. But after you took her to the hospital twice, she would only feel safe by Cynthia’s side.”
