Chapter 204 204. Titan.
This was because both Director Han's company and Fidelity Bank had a close relationship with Ned Baratheon's companies.
And Kevin needed to have his own business before he would be eligible to receive an invitation to the auction.
However, since both the director and the manager wanted him to start a business, it meant that both of them were considering adding his name to the list of potential suitors worthy of receiving an invitation.
"Okay, I would like to open an account with this bank."
"Splendid," The bank manager smiled and immediately produced the form. Once Kevin was done filling in the required details, the bank manager looked at him and asked.
"What name would you like your company to be called?"
Kevin smiled and replied. "Titan. I want it to be called Titan Investment Company."
The bank manager nodded and filled in the final details.
Kevin told the bank manager to keep the existence of his company a secret. He didn't want anyone to know about his company until he was ready to reveal it to the world.
The bank manager swore to keep it a secret but Kevin didn't give much credence to his words.
Regardless, he deposited all of his money into his business account before he left the bank.
Kevin was glad that he was finally done with this. Now, he would be able to begin the next stage of his plan. He still had about two weeks before the auction began and he was going to use this little period to introduce himself to the world in a fearsome way, the likes of which the world had never seen before.
Kevin swore to himself that he was going to not only reacquire his father's company but also claim Ned Baratheon's company as his own.
But for now, he had a lot to do and Kevin couldn't wait to get started.
___
In the stock trading company, director Han and a large number of his employees stood while staring at a television screen.
Everyone was present and they were having a debate on how much money the newly discovered guru was going to make in two weeks.
Was he going to do the impossible once again by earning another five million dollars like he did the last time or was he going to beat that record?
Everyone wondered to themselves in awe.
The situation had become so heated that Director Han had to set up a betting poll and make everyone place their bets on how much they believed he would earn.
Director Han and the staff members monitored the screen where Kevin's numbers had been shown every day for two weeks like a bunch of cops monitoring a wanted criminal.
3 million
5 million
The numbers kept rising in such a manner and the people in the room became even more frenzied by the second.
Wasn't this man becoming better by the minute??
In three days, he made another 5 million, beating his previous record of two weeks with eleven days to go.
Chaos swept through the room and people began changing bets, increasing the amount they believed he might make at the end of the fourteenth day.
Four days later,
25 million
Even director Han himself felt like this was overkill. Kevin was able to make 25 million in a week?
If someone had told him that such a thing was possible a week ago, he definitely wouldn't have believed it if he hadn't witnessed it with his own eyes.
On the night of the final day, the office was really quiet as everyone watched the number continue increasing on the screen.
The drop of a pin would have been heard if it were to fall on the floor at the moment.
That was how quiet the office currently was.
40 million
45 million
50 million
Director Han stood directly in front of the screen, alternatively staring at his watch as the final minutes were about to be reached.
11:50
11:55
"It's risen to 55 million ....!!!"
A staff member in the room shouted before another staff knocked the back of his head using a paperweight.
Everyone had their eyes on the screen, so there was no need for him to shout it out.
Director Han held his breath as his watch struck 12:00 and he looked up at the screen.
$60 million
Director Han shook his head in disbelief.
'He actually made 5 million within five minutes,' director Han thought to himself and the sound of someone clapping behind him made everyone else join in.
Before long, everyone began screaming and clapping.
It was as though they had just witnessed a miracle. Everyone still found it hard to believe that Kevin made 60 million in two weeks.
It was a new record that succeeded in beating the highest world record.

Kevin leaned back into his chair as a sigh of relief escaped his lips. He was completely oblivious to the chaos his actions had just caused in the trading company.
After all, the only thing on his mind was getting a really good rest.
He looked at his laptop screen and stared at the amount he had earned so far which caused a smile to spread on his face once again.
"Sixty million dollars," He muttered to himself.
This wasn't a small amount of money.
In fact, most companies could not see this kind of money in a year, yet, Kevin was able to make it in two weeks!!
He turned off his laptop and went straight to bed before closing his eyes to sleep.
___
The next morning, Kevin groggily woke up. He groaned a little as he rose up slowly from his bed and into a sitting position.
He stood up while yawning and walked towards his bathroom to brush his teeth and take a bath.
Right after he was done, Kevin walked out of the bathroom and heard his phone ringing. He sighed, knowing that it would either be the banker or director Han.
Director Han had called Kevin again a few days ago and both of them had discussed in length about how Kevin should start his own business.
