Ashlyn gazed at the hotel entrance through the car window. Then, she stepped out of the car with Lucas and Spencer.

As the three of them entered the lobby on the first floor, she pulled her clothes tighter around her. The weather in Jadeborough was cold indeed.

“You guys go ahead. I'm waiting for a friend to come.”

“A friend?” Lucas raised an eyebrow at her. Why haven't I heard that she has friends here?

“Mm-hmm. We've known each other for many years. I'm just picking up something. Send me the room number, and I'll head up by myself later.” She did not want to provide more details. Everyone in Mysterious yet Majestic kept their identities a secret, and she would not go so far as to break the rules.

Seeing that she was reluctant to elaborate further, he did not press her. He texted her the room number, then turned around to leave with Spencer.

Spencer glanced curiously at Ashlyn as she sat in the lobby's lounge area. “Ms. Berry always seems to be acquainted with some very peculiar people.”

While speaking, he saw a tall man push the door open and walk in. The man's handsome face was simply breathtaking.

He stopped in his tracks. “D*mn! If Jonathan Quickton is considered the cream of the crop among idols,

then Chester Elsher is definitely the best of the best among actors! What the heck! Is this really happening? What is he doing here?”

“He's just a celebrity,” Lucas responded, implying there was no need to overreact.

“No, but... Doesn't he always travel with a swarm of bodyguards or get hounded by paparazzi?” What Spencer found peculiar was that Chester was wearing a plain tracksuit that day and entering the hotel lobby alone. Could he be here to have a secret affair with some rumored love interest?

As wild guesses ran through his mind, he saw Chester stride into the lobby, looking around as though searching for someone.

Suddenly, a strange thought occurred to him. Could it be that the person he's looking for is Ms. Berry... No, that's impossible. How could she have any connections with a top-tier actor? Even if she does, she would've supported Chester long ago instead of fawning over that idol, Jonathan. After all, not only is Chester handsome, but he's also a talented actor. I heard he's a popular contender for this year's Best Actor award.

He decided not to leave and stood there, watching to see what Chester was up to.

After entering the hotel lobby, Chester looked around for a while. However, he saw no sign of the bubbly little boy or adorable young lad he had imagined.

All he saw was a woman sitting cross-legged on a couch in the lounge area, engrossed in her phone. She wore a cool and aloof expression, and even her casual posture exuded an inexplicably domineering air.

That person definitely isn't Zero. Zero is a young boy, the beloved little brother of our organization. Did I come to the wrong hotel?

After some thought, he took out his phone and sent Zero a WhatsApp message.

Chester: I'm here, but I don't see you.

“Oh, here I am,” a cool, pleasant female voice said behind him.

He stiffened. Then, he turned his head toward the couch not far behind him, moving as though in slow motion.

The woman happened to raise her head, and her strikingly beautiful face caught his gaze.

She was gorgeous with a fair complexion, her beauty surpassing that of many female celebrities in the entertainment industry. Combined with the icy, domineering aura she exuded from her entire being, she looked utterly stunning.

Chester's throat went dry, and he felt as though he was in a daze. Is she Zero? There's no way, right?

After a long pause, he licked his lips and asked, “Are you talking to me?”

Ashlyn shot him a look as though he were a fool. “Is there anyone else here?”

He was rendered speechless. Who's going to tell me what's going on? Didn't they say the person would be a young lad? Didn't they say the person was the beloved little brother of the organization? How did that person turn into such a beautiful woman? And not just any woman, but a very famous

beauty at that.

He had always thought he was Mysterious yet Majestic's most famous member. However, looking at Ashlyn, he felt he was nowhere near as impressive as her.
