“Yes,” Celeste immediately became serious when they got down to business, “According to Shawn, the house my grandfather left my mother hasn’t been transferred I remember it was mentioned in my grandfather’s will. Shawn shouldn’t have a claim over this house. But my mom once mortgaged this
house for a bank loan, which they paid off together So I’m not too sure I wanted to know whether I can still claim this house.”
“If there was a will, then the ownership of the house would be pretty clear The loan they paid off together also benefited them both, so this shouldn’t affect the ownership of the house. And I’ve looked over the information you sent me. It seems like the house was self–built, with land ownership and property rights. If this is the case, Shawn can’t legally handle the sale of this land. That’s not allowed”
Celeste was thrilled. “So you mean I have a good chance of getting the house back?”
