Chapter 203 - Hidden Leaf Sect
"Ah, wait for me."

Ye Ming followed Xiao Fang as he ran through the forest.
"Why are you following me?" He asked.
"You know my secret. How do I know you aren’t going to report me to the Elders?"
"You don’t."
"That’s not very reassuring."
"Perhaps, but I did tell you my secret though, isn’t that enough?"
"That’s hardly a secret. My secret could get me kicked out of the sect. Yours will only elevate your status in it."
"It’s not as simple as that."
"I don’t care. I don’t trust you with my secret."
Xiao Fang sighed.
"Look, even if I decide to report you to the Elders there’s nothing you could do to stop me. You have no reason to believe what I say, and I don’t plan to prove it anymore than I already have. All you can do is trust me."
Xiao Fang was about to continue running, but then stopped when he suddenly had an idea.
"Actually, there is one thing you can do."
Ye Ming looked up at him with eager eyes, ready to do anything he asked.
"What would you like me to do?"

Standing outside of the Guild Requirement Center, Xiao Fang turned to Ye Ming then asked.
"Have you decided?"
Ye Ming’s brows were knitted as if she was in deep thought. What Xiao Fang had offered her was a solution to her dilemma, but there were also some risks.
"This isn’t an easy decision to make, I need more time to think about it," she replied.
Xiao Fang had asked her to join his guild. If she accepts his invitation, then it would be in his best interest to keep her secret safe. Furthermore, she’d not only receive a monthly allowance, but also a place to train in secret. The only downside was the added public exposure she’d get for being in a guild.
Although this all sounded good, she still preferred to get rid of him so that there was no chance that her secret could get out. But first, she wanted to know what his strengths and weaknesses were, and strike him when he least expected it.
’Perhaps the best way to do that is by joining his guild,’ she thought.
"Take all the time you need, but the way I see it, you only have three options here. You can either trust me, join me, or kill me. You clearly won’t trust me, so if you don’t join me then I can only assume that you plan to kill me. If that’s the case then maybe I should report you to the Elders right now."
Xiao Fang’s words made Ye Ming panic.
"No, don’t! I’ll join your guild, but you must promise me an isolated place in the woods to train, and I would like to discuss my monthly allowances too," she replied.
"I can give you a place in the woods to train. As for your allowance, we can discuss it after you’ve proven your worth."
Xiao Fang tossed her a ’Nameless’ guild nameplate then took out his black guild recruitment stone. After hovering it over her glowing spirit mark, her name appeared on the stone just under Su Yun’s.
[ Ye Ming - Phoenix Class - Rank 43 ]
’So, she’s ranked 43rd on the trial pod test. Not bad,’ Xiao Fang thought.
However, considering how cautious of a person she was, he assumed that she must’ve placed herself 43rd intentionally to disguise herself as an average Phoenix-Class disciple.
’I’ll have to test her battle power when I get the chance.’
"Ye Ming, is that your real name?"
"Yes, it is."
"Do you mind telling me where you’re from?"
"I come from a small sect in the Guidao province. My father is a servant to the Patriarch of that sect," she replied convincingly.
Not to mention the fact that she wouldn’t be hiding her identity if she was from a small sect, he could tell that she was lying just by listening to her heartbeat. Xiao Fang was convinced that she was the daughter of a very powerful patriarch of a prominent sect.
"Guidao, huh. Then you’re from one of the eastern provinces, right?"
"N-no, Guidao is in the west."
"Ah, that’s right. My mistake."
’She lied again,’ he thought, but this time he became a bit suspicious of her.
There were only 2 provinces in the east, one of which was ruled over by the Chaos sect.
"You had me worried there. For a moment I thought you were from the Chaos sect," Xiao Fang’s eyes shined dangerously from behind his blindfold.
"Haha, of course not, I’m definitely not from that terrible sect."
Xiao Fang’s heart began to settle because he could tell that she was telling the truth.
’If she’s not from the Chaos sect then that only leaves the Hidden Leaf sect,’ Xiao Fang thought.
It was a small province, but ranked 6th in the country. They specialized in wielding spirit knives to fight, but they were also very quick and nimble people. The number of spirit knives they could control and the destructive power behind each spirit knife was reflective of how high their spirit and body cultivation realms were.
As far as rumors go, they were all highly trained assassins and they were often recruited by the Chaos sect to do their dirty work for them. It was no wonder why she was trying to hide where she was from, that sect didn’t exactly have a very good reputation.
"Well then. Welcome to the guild, Ye Ming. You can find your room number on the back of your nameplate and you can move in whenever you like. The other guild member won’t be back till later tonight, so I’ll introduce you to them when I return. Till then, go make yourself feel at home."
Xiao Fang started walking towards the Guild Requirement Center, but this time Ye Ming didn’t follow. She watched as he left then looked down at the guild nameplate after he was gone.
’Nameless guild... what a strange name for a guild,’ she thought.
...
After returning to the guild house, Ye Ming took a step inside then was hit by a large wave of overwhelming Natural Qi. She was amazed. She knew guild houses contained a large amount of Natural Qi in them, but if she knew it was this strong then she might’ve been less hesitant to accept Xiao Fang’s invitation.
It only took her a few seconds to get used to it, then she proceeded inside. The first place she went was to her room to unpack her knives to hide them around her room. She had never killed anyone before, but all her training had led her to prepare her for it. Once she was done, she decided to go explore the rest of the guild house.
She found the training rooms, the lab, the kitchen, and the lounge, but the room that impressed her the most was the bath place. It took up the entire bottom level.
There were several different baths and showers, as well as a few private rooms. The whole place was pearly white, but there were also elegant creatures decorated on the ceiling. Best of all, the entire level was as humid as a sauna, and it made her want to sit back and relax somewhere.
Ye Ming had only been in the guild house for less than 10 minutes, but she already found her paradise.
She grabbed a towel then let her robes slide off of her beautiful body. Now completely naked, she walked over to the closest pool to her then curiously dipped her pretty feet in to test the water. She didn’t know why, but the moment she felt its warmth she suddenly felt a pleasurable sensation going up her body. The temperature was just right. She finally let down her hair then slowly went into the pool.
Ye Ming was an incredibly beautiful girl, especially with her hair down. Should any man be lucky enough to walk in on her, they would instantly get one of the strongest erections in their life.
"Mymm~" she moaned as she slipped into the pool.
"Killing him can wait. I can get used to this."
