Chapter 2073: Red Demon Locust Orcs -Final

"Shiver in the deaths of your solitude." The replica Shiva that emerged from the ice block said as the ice domes, tunnels and even part of the ice wall were all bound to her will. The winds that brought the Locust Orcs to this place had become cold with her presence as the icicles punctured through the bodies of several demons.

And that was not the end of those icicles as the icicles extended as intricate as a spider web, freezing any Locust Orcs that came too close to each other. Some attempted to help them to get out of it but it looks like the more they tried to help, the more they were fated to be frozen with their comrades.

The Rifle Mages and Commando Mages were all in awe with Jin's use of magic as it was the first time they saw their King utilised such a grand scale attack. At some point, they were a little jealous that they only had skills that could effectively kill their enemies.

"Jealous? In awe?" Jin sent through the magical network channel which connected him with the rest of the Rifle Mages. "That is exactly how every other citizen in Ress felt when they saw the battle you all had fought against the Rank Ex-F Demonic Rock Giant. Do you think they are able to achieve what you all have done? After all you people had gone through to obtain such a power?"

"No, Sir!" All the Rifle Mages shouted in unison.

"Then do you think I got these powers through mere luck?" Jin lied through his mouth. He did get some of these through a turn of fate but the following words were true. "I worked hard to get the shit that I had, and if you think that your bullets are not strong enough, then train! Train until you get them right. Shoot efficiently! Shoot with power!

Shoot with minimal effort but maximum strength! Do that and you might even be able to create something like this through that one shot!" Jin said, giving them the challenge of their lives.

But what he never expected was that one of the Star Foxes listened to his words and took up his rifle. With a shot out, the magic within the bullet manifested into a huge ice spear that spiraled through the swarm of Locust Orcs while scattering icicles through it.

"Heh. Looks like my Ice Magic still works rather brilliantly even through a bullet." The Star Fox said and Jin noticed that he was one of the Ice Mages that had been imprisoned because of his capability to freeze an entire village with a snap of a finger. "To think that I barely use less than a fraction of my magic to cast it out with just the bullet. Your Majesty! Your words are inspiring!"

"Just do not break formation and friendly fire against your own comrades," Jin said and suddenly all of the Star Foxes wished to do the same. There were urges from the Rifle Mages and the Commando Mages but they knew that they were under strict orders to use only penetrative, scatter, or explosive shots unless given the order of free reign or they were in a one to one fight.

And as expected the chains on the Star Foxes got even stronger that they were unable to release their powers unexpectedly. Of course, Jin would like them to go rampage but this was a group fight, not an individual fight.

But those ice spears that all of the Star Foxes conjured did assist the replica Shiva even stopping the Locust Orcs. Still, after Jin took control of the Star Foxes, he coordinated the three different groups to ensure that the Locust Orcs were eliminated.

After half an hour of shouting and the use of hundreds of bullets, the Orc threat was finally quelled and the isolation barrier was still standing.

Jin then released the isolation barrier and saw the Pandarians were still preparing for the battle. "Honoured Guest." Elder Bai was at the front of the group of Pandarians while it was the same for Jin who had Rifle Mages all behind him, standing on guard.

Even though they knew that the objective was to save the village, the fact that the Pandarians were not dropping their weapons gave them a certain pause that they should not loosen their guard against them.

"Elder Bai. Apologies for the intervention." Jin said as he bowed half way to apologise.

"The Locust Orcs would be back. They are just the scouts and the heavy hitters, the Dune Shell Orcs would be coming next. Only when they are back down then the Hell Elite Orcs will come in. That is what the dying Crane Messenger said before his life expired."

"So… you guys are going to risk your lives to stay in this village rather than moving away? You already saw the numbers, you all have no match against them." Jin said and the Elder Pandarian nodded his head.

"Beneath this village lies the sacred summoning altar of the Bamboo God. The God had nourished us and sheltered us. There is no way we are able to abandon the Bamboo God's last altar to these orcs."

"What kind of Dungeon did I get into? It felt like I myself is going through a dungeon instance made by me…" Jin said to himself as he wished that he could have used this opportunity to earn money instead. Especially when this felt like a raid instance of its own.

At the same time, he remembered that there was no way he could close the portal unless he defeated the Boss honcho of the dungeon portal. If things do not go well, this place might be an outbreak that Ress could not afford to handle.

"CM-4." Jin called out the leader and he came forward. "Looks like our objective of this dungeon had changed. We might had gone into a unique but unknown tier of Rank EX dungeon. Protect the Pandarians and get scouts to look into the extent of this particular dungeon."

"Your Majesty, from the sound of it, it will be a longer fight than we expected. Our resources might not be sufficient." No.4 replied and Jin nodded his head.

"Yeah. It looks like we need to raid our stash of playthings that was meant for the demons in our world."
