Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 50 Suddenly Rich

Chapter 50 Suddenly Rich

Kent started with the 'Desperate Saintess' quest, in which he was tasked with observing just how desperate Saintess Selene was. Naturally, he completed the quest with flying colors.

As a reward, he received yet another mind-boggling item: a Spirit Stone Roller Card. It was a one-time-use item, functioning similarly to the Bingo card.

[Spirit Stone Roller Card]

[Grade: Legendary]

[Uses:]

- Activate the card to randomly generate a multiplier grid of boxes. Each box contains a certain number of Spirit Stones.

- The Spirit Stones harvested after activation will be multiplied according to the total value obtained when forming a complete line—vertical, horizontal, or diagonal.

<Looks like a good item I have here. Tower, how do I activate it?> Kent asked, pulling out a sleek card from his tower storage.

[Just insert your spiritual energy into the card, and it will activate. You will be presented with between 36 to 1,000 boxes. Depending on your mental strength and ability to handle complex computations, you can earn nothing or millions.]

<Oh, so it depends on mental strength. In that case, add my remaining points to my Mind attribute,> Kent said decisively.

[Points added.]

Kent felt a rush as his mind expanded, clarity and focus sharpening like never before. Adding 220 points to his Mental Strength made it his strongest attribute, unlocking potential he had never imagined.

"Then here goes nothing," Kent muttered as he channeled his Spirit Qi into the card.

Immediately, hundreds of glowing boxes appeared in his mind, arranged in a vast grid. Each box shimmered with faint numbers, their values hidden until chosen.

[You have been granted 900 boxes. Choose carefully, as each selection impacts your final result.]

Kent studied the grid, and his enhanced mental strength allowed him to process multiple possibilities at once. He tapped the first box. It lit up, revealing x5.

"Not bad," Kent said, smirking. He quickly selected a few more boxes. x10, x50, and x2 followed.

The Tower chimed.

[You have formed a partial line. Keep going to complete it for maximum rewards.]

Kent focused. His mind raced as he calculated the optimal path to form a diagonal line. Box after box lit up with multipliers: x20, x100, x15.

[Line nearly complete. Choose wisely.]

He inhaled deeply, his mind sharpening. He tapped the final box at the corner of the grid. It glowed golden, revealing x500.

[Congratulations! You have completed a diagonal line with a total multiplier of x702.]

The grid vanished, and an overwhelming wave of energy surged into Kent.

[Reward calculation in progress...]

Moments later, a radiant pile of Spirit Stones materialized before him.

[You have earned 7,020,000 Spirit Stones.]

Kent stared at the massive reward, a grin spreading across his face. "Now that's what I call a jackpot!"

The Spirit Stone Roller Card disintegrated as its purpose was fulfilled.

Kent grinned as he retrieved yet another card—the Spirit Stones Multiplier Bingo Card. The card can be used once a day for 30 days. However, if he were to go all out now, it would be exhausted within seconds.

He knew that once he became an Alchemy Master, he would need immense wealth to purchase rare ingredients. So he wants to make the best out of it.

"Vexthra has done so much for me already, and she's still doing more," Kent thought, his expression turning serious. "The least I can do is complete the task she gave me in the best way possible."

Determined, he vowed silently, 'I'll become an alchemy genius and take down the God of Alchemy, no matter how long it takes.'

Shimmering faintly in his hand, the Bingo card seemed to sense his resolve. Without hesitation, Kent channeled his Spirit Qi into it.

A dazzling grid of numbers projected into the air before him. The multipliers shifted and spun as the system calculated.

[Spirit Stones Multiplier Bingo Card Activated.]

[You have been granted 1,200 boxes. Select carefully to maximize your rewards.]

Kent's lips curled into a confident smirk. "Let's see what you've got for me."

The grid shimmered, displaying rows and columns of glowing boxes. Each box pulsed faintly, holding hidden multipliers ranging from x2 to x2. Kent rubbed his hands together.

"Time to make these Spirit Stones work harder for me," he said with a grin.

He tapped the first box. It lit up, revealing x5. His current Spirit Stones multiplied instantly.

[Total: 35,100,000 Spirit Stones.]

"Not bad," Kent said, his confidence growing. He quickly selected another box. It glowed golden and revealed x10.

[Total: 351,000,000 Spirit Stones.]

Kent whistled. "This card is paying off!"

He took a deep breath and carefully studied the grid. He avoided random taps, using his sharp mind to predict patterns. He picked a box near the center. It revealed x3.

[Total: 1,053,000,000 Spirit Stones.]

His excitement grew, but he steadied himself. There were more boxes to choose from, and the higher multipliers were still hidden. He tapped a box on the top row. It burst with radiant light: x20.

[Total: 21,060,000,000 Spirit Stones.]

Kent clenched his fists in triumph. "This is insane!"

The grid shimmered faintly, signaling that only a few more selections were left. Kent focused on maximizing his gains. His next pick revealed x8, pushing his total even higher.

[Total: 168,480,000,000 Spirit Stones.]

With his final choice, Kent aimed for a corner box. It glowed brighter than any of the others, revealing x15.

[Total: 2,527,200,000,000 Spirit Stones.]

The Bingo grid faded, and the Spirit Stones surged into his storage space. Kent stared at the staggering amount, his heart pounding.

<Is this real> He asked the tower.

[100% master. This is now your Money]

"With this much wealth, I can buy the rarest alchemical ingredients and fund my journey to the top," he said, his voice filled with determination.

The card crumbled to dust, its power completely spent. He had used all available slots, considering he never lost, no matter how poor his luck was. He won 2.5 Trillion spirit stones.

So, even though Alchemy is expensive, for now, he is sorted. He wouldn't have to worry about money for the time being.

<Time to upgrade the Teleport skill. I need that for quick movement. My sword skills are already powerful, and I can upgrade the rest later.>

[The master has 6,100 skill upgrade points, so he can upgrade the Teleport skill from S rank to SSS rank, which would cost 5,000 points.]

<Tower, don't you have a bingo card for point multipliers?> Kent asked, green evident in his eyes.

[There is such a card, but the master doesn't qualify to obtain it.] The tower replied.

<How do I qualify?> Kent asked.

[The master must do something grand, something that will make his name travel far and be on the lips of everyone. Something that would cement the master's position as a powerhouse in this world.]

<I see. I guess I have to start spreading my wings,> Kent sighed.

[The master now has enough wealth to raise his alchemy level. The master can use Alchemy to accomplish this.]

<That I would, buddy. I will make a name for myself, and when I am done, every living being in the world and beyond will know my name,> Kent vowed, clenching his fist as he looked at Lilian, smiling as she continued to converse with Vexthra.

Clearly, she was having a good time with her.

<Alright, tower, let's upgrade the Teleport skill and see if we can do something to the other skills too.>
