Reborn Another Chance To Leave U By Hazel Ramirez Chapter 458

Chapter 458 End This

The little fellow shook his head for a while and then nodded. Reina could not figure out what he was thinking and continued to talk to him about the delicacies of America.

Reina did not have any takeout at noon. Charles brought cookies over today. Reina chatted while eating. Soon, she was full.

Charles played in the room for the whole afternoon. It was not until dusk that Jaylon asked someone to send him back.

After Jaylon entered the ward, Reina immediately put away the smile on her face. She lay down on the bed and found a novel to listen to.

Jaylon did not disturb her and quietly sat to the side to deal with business.

Charles was sent home by Jaylon’s people.

Argus thought about it for the entire night and still could not let go of Reina, so he decided to give it a try with her.

He called Reina this morning and wanted to ask which hospital she was in, but

Reina never answered his call. He couldn’t get through. Today, he was absent-minded when he was working.

On the boat, he heard that Charles seemed to have been taken out by Jaylon’s people today, so he went to Charles’ house to wait for Charles.

As soon as the little guy came back, Argus pulled him and asked, “Do you know which hospital Reina is in?”

Charles said honestly, “I know.”

Argus quickly asked, “What’s the name of that hospital?”

“I agreed with Reina that I can’t tell you about this.”

“Ten lollipops.”

“But…” Charles hesitated.

“Twenty lollipops.”

“Reina won’t let me.”

“Thirty.”

Charles was silent. He walked to the side, found a piece of paper and a pen, wrote something on it, and then threw it on the sofa opposite him.

“Oh, I think I dropped something.”

“The secret of me and Reina is written on it.”

Argus saw what he meant and walked over to pick up the paper. Sure enough, the location of Reina’s Hospital was written on it.

He threw the paper into the trash can, turned around, and walked out.

“Argus, lollipops.” Charles ran to stop him.

Argus took the little fellow’s hand away and tried to persuade him, “I have something urgent to attend to. I’ll come back tomorrow to give it to you.”

After saying that, he strode away.

Charles pouted.

Despicable man.

Reina had already closed the audiobook app and was about to go to sleep.

When she heard that there seemed to be someone calling her name outside, she sat up from the bed.

“I think I heard Argus’s voice.”

Jaylon also heard it.He closed the computer and got up to go out to check.

Reina said, “Don’t hurt him. Let him in.”

She was too clear on how short-tempered Jaylon was.

Argus was just an ordinary guy. Now that he came, Jaylon might even kill him.

“Am I so evil in your eyes?” Jaylon frowned.

He did do some bad things in the past, but those were the people who had conflicts with him in business.

Argus did not provoke him, so he would not hurt him.

“Do you think you are a noble guy?” Reina asked.

“You know what you have done before.”

In the few months she followed Jaylon, she had seen how he dealt with his competitors.

The business world was like a battlefield. She didn’t feel that there was anything wrong with his methods. After all, it was his business and his opponents could resist.

But if he dealt with the ordinary people she knew, they might be ruined for the rest of her life.

Jaylon looked at her for a few seconds and walked out of the ward.

Argus was less than 15 feet to the right of the door when he was stopped by Trenton and the others.

When Trenton saw Jaylon come out, he shouted respectfully, “Jaylon.”

“Let go of him and let him in.” Jaylon raised his hand.

“Yes.”

The two men holding Argus immediately let him go.

Argus tidied up his messy clothes and looked at Jaylon with his clear blue eyes. “Reina asked you to invite me in?”

From Jaylon’s point of view, Argus’s question was like showing off how important he was to Reina.

Jaylon did not answer and turned back to the ward.

If it weren’t because Reina might go crazy like she did yesterday morning,

Jaylon wanted to throw Argus out of the corridor.

When he entered the ward, Argus saw the small red pimples on Reina’s face and asked, “Haven’t you recovered from your allergy?”

Reina said, “Tomorrow should be fine. Today, I’m much better than yesterday.”

Argus asked about her situation for the past two days and wanted to continue the topic with Reina about last night. However, because Jaylon was here, he never found a chance to speak.

Argus could not hide his thoughts. Seeing that he was always looking at Jaylon,

Reina guessed Argus’ thoughts. She said to Jaylon, “You go out. I have something to say to Argus.”

“If you have something to say, say it in front of me.” Jaylon did not move. Reina fell silent. She lifted the quilt and got off the bed.

She didn’t have much strength. The moment her feet touched the ground, she almost fell.

Jaylon’s eyelids jumped and he wanted to go over and help her.

Before he could touch Reina, Argus had already walked over and grabbed

Reina’s shoulder, letting her stand against him. He asked with concern, “Are you alright?”

“Why did you suddenly get out of bed?” Jaylon’s gaze fell on Argus, who was holding her hand.

Reina said expressionlessly, “Since Mr. Malpas refuses to leave, then Argus and I will go out.”

Her tone and eyes were like sharp thorns, stabbing into his heart.

Therefore, he couldn’t stay anymore.

Now Reina was emotional, so he did not dare to provoke her.

“You lie back in bed. I’ll go out.”

After saying that, he left without looking back.

Reina lay back on the bed and Argus said, “Reina, I thought it through last night. I still like you.

“For you, I am willing to accept the child in your belly.”

If Argus had given her this answer last night, Reina might have been able to convince herself to forget about this little thing this time and get along with him like before, waiting to get married.

But his hesitation last night made her realize that he could not accept her child from the bottom of his heart.

This was not his child after all.

“Argus, you don’t have to force yourself. I know you can’t accept him, and I don’t want to force you with a child.

“Let’s end our relationship.”

Argus didn’t expect Reina to not give him any room for negotiation. He was disappointed and painful. “Reina, my strange behavior two days ago was only because the appearance of Jaylon disrupted our peaceful life. I have thought it through now and decided to keep going with you. “I am willing to try to accept this child. Why can’t you give me another chance?”
