Chapter 981 Void Of Oblivion Makes Its Move Part 2
"Soli, my dear disciple…." The leader of the elder council spoke as he looked at the young woman who was currently practicing her sword technique.
"Master?" The girl slowed her swings down until she came to a stop. She was not out of breath at all or even sweating as she turned and looked at the elder walking over to her with a smile.
"Soli, I need you to go to a mundane world and kill a certain person. I can not leave the void of oblivion, or some people might try to take advantage of me being missing to cause trouble. So I leave this task to you, Soli, the Princess of the Sword. Your target is the strongest person of the ascended realm of this seven layered world." The elder replied with a smile.
"If it is to kill someone from the mundane world, Master, I will do it quickly and return quickly," Soli replied. She did not see any issues with killing some mortal person. She trusted her master so much that she would not even think to question why she was killing some mortal.
"Soli…. Be careful. Never take your opponent lightly." The leader of the elder council still was a bit wary of the old man's comments before he left. But he still thought it was more of him boasting than anything. But he still felt slightly worried.
"Don't worry, Master. I will never let my guard down." Soli replied as she bowed her head to her master and turned to walk away, but she paused her steps as she said: "Master, I will be off now."
"Mmmm…. Good luck…."

Soli left her courtyard that was within the great Nooblian Empire and made her way to the Transdimensional Portal Array. It was a place within the Void of Oblivion that connected many multiverses together to what was considered mundane worlds. "Princess Soli, are you heading out?" A young man asked as he walked over to Soli.
Soli was a beautiful girl with silver hair and silver eyes. She gave off an aurora of sharpness as if she was a sword herself. Because she was a cold beauty, she had many admirers and many men who wished to court her, but all have failed. So when she saw the young man running over to her, she couldn't help but wrinkle her brow. "What does my leaving have to do with you?"
"Princess Soli, no need to act so defensive. I am only curious. I was heading out myself to see what the mundane worlds look like, so I was wondering if I could tag along with you. I promise not to hang around you too much. I just wanted to take a peek for myself." In truth, this young man did not plan to leave her side but to get her to at least let him follow. He had to say as much.
"I have no time for sightseeing. I am on a mission given to me by my master. If you wish to follow, you can, but if you get in the way of my mission, I will kill you myself. Even if you are Elder Gilson's disciple, I do not care. I do not see what is so good about your flame arts. I can cut through them and kill you with a single swing of my sword." Soli really hated the other elder's disciples. She thought all their special arts were nothing compared to her sword. The sword was her life.
"Haha…." The young man scratched his head and cursed the damn girl. She was always like this but still, the allure of conquering such a girl was too much for him to give away. "I won't get in your way."
"Then follow. Just remember my words," She would not let him follow if not for the fact that he was an elder's disciple. Whether he lived or died on the mundane world would be up to him.
Soli ignored the young man as she walked over to the portal master and handed him a set of coordinates that she got from her master. Once the coordinates were entered the portal was started up, and she passed through it, followed by the young man.
Bi Ling was currently sitting in the air above a portal in the ground, yawning. Her Mama had tasked her with watching this portal, and it was not the most fun job in the world. Many times she wished to destroy the portal and kill all the skeletons inside, but instead, she was forced to sit here and wait. And so wait, she did. As she was teetering on the brink of passing out, Kana's head suddenly appeared out of a space tear. "Little Bi, there is a disturbance not far from here. GO check it out."
"Ah! Mama!" Bi Ling, who was startled out of her half sleep state, cried out. She stood up and adjusted her clothes with red cheeks. She was so embarrassed her Mama caught her sleeping on the job!
"Hurry and go. Your big sister Yana is also on her way after she deals with a few things. So just hold on until then." Kana couldn't leave her current position due to the continuous attacks on her barrier. So she had no choice but to send her daughters out. She felt the disturbance was different from the current portals that were spitting out skeletons. She just hoped it wouldn't be more trouble.
"Okay, I will go deal with it." Bi Ling nodded before heading in the direction her Mama pointed.
After almost a twenty minute flight, she came to a spot where a strange tear in space was forming with lightning spitting out of it. Bi Ling could feel a strong power coming from within the portal, making her eyes light up. "Hehe…. Seems like we have found something very interesting. What do you think, Mei? Do you think we will finally have fun?"
"Mmm…. Maybe but Sister Bi, be careful whoever is coming through is powerful. I can feel a strong sword aura that is almost on par with Big Sister Yana's." Mei Ling replied.
"Don't worry. I won't do anything too rash." Bi Ling replied. She would not put her and Mei's lives in danger.
