Chapter 578: Ten-tails Vs the Allied Force Part-1

The ten-tails in the distance shake his head and slowly stand up. An intelligent gleam flashes across its eyes.

"It's done!"

Obito stands up from the spot.

"Now, the ten-tails is under our control!"

"Very well!" Madara also completes regenerating his body. He cracks his neck and confronts the group of shinobis in front of him.

"That's Madara and Obito!"

The group recognizes the two figures standing on top of the ten-tails.

"What are they doing on top of the ten-tails?" Rasa asks in surprise.

"They can control the movements of the ten-tails using a secret technique!" Jiraiya informs them.

"What?! Then how can we even fight such a thing?" Gaara gasps in shock.

"They are planning something. We have to stop them before they succeed." Naruto glances at the ten-tail through his Avatar.

"Let's test ten-tail's power!"

Madara issues mental commands to the ten-tails.

The ten-tail opens its mouth and gathers a large amount of red and blue chakra.

"It's charging a Biju bomb. Everyone, take cover." Naruto warns the group.

The ten-tails charge up a massive Biju bomb. It opens its mouth and swallows the Biju orb.

Slup… Slup…

The ten-tail's mouth bloats from the excessive energy. It suddenly opens its mouth and fires a massive beam of chakra towards the group.

Ten-tail's aim is slightly off the mark due to the lack of perfect control.

The crimson beam of chakra strikes a distant island in the sea. The entire island vaporizes in an instant. Massive Tsunami waves rise in the sea from the explosion.

"What an immense power?" The group gasps in shock.

"So, this is the legendary ten-tails?" Sweat trickles down from Onoki's head.

The ten-tails slowly adjust the path of the beam and point it towards the group.

Swish… swish…

Naruto makes a series of hand signs and infuses a large amount of chakra into his technique. He erects a powerful barrier using Kurama's chakra to block the attack.

The beam of chakra strikes the barrier and splits into several mini beams. These mini-beams strike the ground and create several ravines around the group.

Multiple cracks appear on Naruto's barrier. It's almost on the verge of shattering from the powerful force of Ten-tail's attack.

Crack… Crack…

The barrier shatters into countless fragments and disperses into chakra. Fortunately, the ten-tail's attack also runs out of power.

The Kurama chakra cloak around Naruto disperses and he returns to his original form.

"Ahh… Kurama, what's going on? How can you fall apart at such a time?" Naruto asks Kurama in shock.

"Naruto, I am already at my limit." Kurama shakes his head.

"Naruto, we have been fighting for a while. Madara's wood style drained a lot of my chakra. And I spent the remaining chakra into that Biju bomb earlier. Now, my reserves are empty. I'm going to have to infuse and build up chakra." Kurama enters into a meditative state.

"Damn at such a time like that! Naruto grits his teeth.

"Looks like the Nine-tails has run out of chakra." Obito notices Naruto's fading chakra cloak.

"Don't worry Naruto! We are still with you." The five Kages and the elite commanders step forward.

"Hmm… so the whole group of losers is here." Madara glances at them with a condescending gaze.

"Without that yellow-haired shinobi, none of you stand a chance!"

"It wasn't us but you who ran away from the battle previously. You underestimate the strength of our resolve, Madara?"

Onoki makes a series of hand signs and slams his palm on the ground.

A massive earth golem slowly rises from the earth. Onoki hops on top of the golem.

Mei and Tsunade make some hand signs and slam their palm on the ground.

Mei summons a smaller version of the previous lava golem while Tsunade summons a giant wooden golem.

"Huh, wood release!"

For a second, even Madara is shocked by Tsunade's wood release, much less her allies.

"As far I remember, you were not capable of using the wood release; so how did you?" Madara narrows his eyes.

"Since even a fake like you can use the wood release through infusing my Grandfather's cells; I who possess his bloodline can also do the same." Tsunade stands atop the wooden golem and confronts the massive ten-tails.

"A bloodline awakening, huh? Hashirama awakened in his late teens. But you, his granddaughter took such a long time!" Madara shakes his head. Other than the initial surprise, he isn't that impressed by Tsunade's power.

Rasa and Gaara also infuse their sand together to construct a massive sand construct.

The five behemoths look tiny in front of the Titanic ten-tails.

"Even with your impressive power, you are just a bunch of motley crew."

HAAH…

A removes the vambraces armlets from his wrists and enters into his 'Black lightning chakra mode'.

"Let's go!"

The group charges towards the ten-tails for the ultimate showdown.

"How much time before it can fire another Biju bomb?" Madara ignores the group of shinobis charging towards him and asks Obito.

"The ten-tails still need some time to charge that attack. So, approximately two more minutes." Obito gives a rough estimation.

"That's enough to entertain these hopeless fools."

Both Madara and Obito make a Ram hand seal. The massive conch-like wooden hump on ten-tails back squirm.

Back at the distant hideout of Kabuto,josei

Itachi and Sasuke recover their chakra after their battle. Kabuto is sitting with closed eyes in front of them.

"What should we do with him, Nii-san?" Sasuke asks.

He takes out his katana, ready to behead Kabuto at any moment.

"Wait, Sasuke! He still has his use." Itachi stops him.

He takes out a special sealing scroll with the Uzumaki spiral symbol from his storage.

"What's this?" Sasuke sheathes his blade in confusion.

"You will know soon!"

Itachi signals to the members of his Anbu team. The members of the Anbu team drag out a bunch of White Zetsu from their hideout.

"Oye, what are you planning to do with us?" One of the white Zetsu scowls at him.

Bang… bang… bang…

The anbu members knock them out and lay them in front of Kabuto.

Kabuto, under Itachi's control, makes a series of hand signs. Itachi passes the Uzumaki sealing scroll to Kabuto. He also takes out another scroll with some blood samples.

Kabuto wipes the blood samples on the Uzumaki sealing scroll. A fuinjutsu formation appears on the ground. Several dust particles rise from the earth and engulf the Zetsu soldiers in front of them.

The appearance of the Zetsu soldiers alters.

"That's…" Sasuke glances at the process in shock.

"Edo Tensei!" Itachi confirms his doubt.

"It was Lady Kushina's plan," Itachi adds.

"Lady Kushina expected that something unprecedent might happen during the battle. So, she prepared this scroll as one of the contingency plans." Itachi explains to him.

"What happened?" Sasuke frowns.

"I just received the news from the HQ that Obito and Madara resurrected the ten-tails!" Itachi turns towards the Edo figures of the former Hokages.

"After the previous battle, Izuna Nii-san placed a special restriction on the First, Second, and Third Hokage's souls to prevent others from summoning them as Edo-Tensei. This scroll was the key to removing that seal." He glances at the Uzumaki sealing scroll.

"Not just that, Lady Kushina even provided a blood sample of Lady Mito to summon her for help."

Four Edo-Tensei figures slowly manifest in front of them. Itachi takes out four kunais with special seals on them.

He inserts the kunais in the head of the four lifeless Edo Tensei.

After a few seconds, the eyes of the four Edo Tensei flickers and they return to life.

"Hmm… Edo Tensei, again?"

Hashirama and Tobirama are the first to open their eyes. Their gaze turns towards Kabuto and Itachi. Hiruzen and Mito also open their eyes and glance at their surroundings in confusion.

Mito notices Hashirama in an instant.

"Dear, it looks like we've been recalled into the world of the living!"

"Hashirama Sensei, Tobirama Sensei, Mito-sama!" Hiruzen has a respectful expression on his face.

"Looks like it's that brat Kabuto again?" Tobirama sighs after noticing Kabuto.

"I can't believe a jutsu I devised to be used so casually against me. Not just once but twice!"

Hmm…

Mito turns towards Kabuto.

"Something is wrong with him. This fellow is under a genjutsu." She remarks.

"Lord First, Lord Second, Lord Third, Lady Mito, it was us!" Itachi respectfully bows to the four figures.

"Hmm… you are…" Tobirama notices their Sharingan.

"An Uchiha?! What's your relationship with that brat Izuna?" Tobirama opens his mouth.

"We are his younger brothers?!" Itachi replies.

"Hmm… where is he? Why can't I sense his chakra?" Tobirama closes his eyes.

"This is… what's with this extremely powerful chakra?" Tobirama frowns.

"I have never sensed something like that before!"

Hmm…

Mito also opens her eyes.

"I can sense the chakra of several tailed beasts within that thing. What is it?" Mito's senses are more accurate than Tobirama's.

"Actually, it's like this…"
