Reborn: Rise of the Greatest Summoner

Chapter 321 Exploring The Gray World

Chapter 321 Exploring The Gray World

>Dear Earthling, if you're reading this then it means that my theory was successful and I am not the last reincarnator from earth that will be sent here<

>Nice to meet you buddy, being an only reincarnator is terrifying<

>My name is Maximus, I am a professional game developer<

>I died when an inexplicable explosion ravaged me, my fellow game developers, and our employers on a meeting<

>Let's put the introduction aside, let's get to business. According to my calculations, there's a high chance that only those in the explosion had the chance of reincarnation which means you're either a colleague or my superior<

>According to my estimates, you'll likely inherit my developer package, I created the gray world<

>Lol, as a game developer and an avid fan of the Lord of the Mysteries book, I wanted to create a similar advantage for myself in the game<

>F*ck that explosion though, I could not enjoy it before I died<

>Since reincarnating, my main obsession was discovering the mystery behind reincarnation. I never thought reincarnation was real before I was reincarnated<

>Reincarnation brought more questions about the nature of our universe. Was the Big Bang Theory just nonsense? Was there really a superior being, a God that created us all and is he the one who made us capable of reincarnation?<

>Or, is reincarnation simply a natural phenomenon?<

>If there is a God, why did he make us reincarnate? What is his motive?<

>I put all my time into finding clues before I left my beginner planet. I couldn't find much, but I discovered clues about something else<

>If I'm not wrong, there was a reincarnator who came before me<

>My question is are there more reincarnators before me and are there more after me? If you're reading this, it at least means that there's more after me<

>I couldn't find more clues before I left my beginner planet<

>If you're reading this, I'll like us to meet one day<

>When you enter space, look for me. To distinguish myself from others, I gave myself some iconic monikers to use. I go by either Maximus, or Klein Moriarty, or Donald Trump, I doubt others would be connected with all 3 names<

>Goodluck brother, I really hope we get to meet someday<

On returning to the grey world, the first thing that Legolas did was to go through the letter that was left behind by the reincarnator that came before him.

After reading the letter, he arrived at one conclusion.

'Me and Maximus have more in common than I thought'.

'Our first instincts were to know the mystery behind our reincarnation'.

Legolas chuckled. 'Perhaps, this is the normal reaction of any reincarnator'.

After reading Maximus' letter thoroughly, there was one predominant feeling that Legolas felt, satisfaction.

It was that satisfaction of discovering that you were not a lone wolf Afterall.

Since his reincarnation, he thought that he was alone as the only reincarnator in this world but discovering Maximus and seeing his encouraging words warmed his heart.

'I will get stronger'.

'I will find you one day!' Legolas vowed.

After reading the letter, Legolas finally relaxed and could now give time to explore the changes in the grey world.

The first thing that attracted his attention was the grey mist balls through which he summoned all the members of his gathering.

Apart from the familiar grey balls that kept pulsing, most especially Sophia's, Legolas was surprised to detect 2 entirely different grey balls.

These 2 grey balls looked the same like the others, but they gave him a different vibe, Legolas was shocked as he felt this. "This…?!"

"I can now summon members from other Planets?!" He was flabbergasted!

"Hehe…, I was also shocked". Aaron chuckled in a good-natured manner.

"Seeing the capabilities of this world, I begin to wonder more, how powerful is it exactly at its full potential and who created it?" This Elementalist showed his wonder, even a Grade A Super like him was amazed.

Legolas did not pay attention to Aaron, discovering this new capability literally set off bombs in his head as his brain geared into overdrive.

He could already think of a thousand ways that he could exploit this.

"Hehe…" Legolas chuckled in an eerie manner.

"Good!"

"Good…, I love this!"

He turned to face Aaron. "Show me Aaron! What else?"

With Aaron taking the lead, Legolas walked deeper into the world of grey mist. He soon walked past the table where Maximus' letter was kept.

Bzzz!

Legolas was taken aback.

As soon as he left where the table was kept, it was like he broke a barrier as his body seemed to pass through an ethereal portal. The mist instantly cleared up extensively before him, he had a clearer view of his surroundings.

With wide opened eyes, Legolas looked around him.

The table occupied just a small part of a whole.

"This is a room!" Legolas declared the obvious.

This was a luxuriously designed room. With bright lights illuminating everywhere, for a second, Legolas thought that he already left the grey world.

It was the familiar feeling of the mist obstructing his senses that made him confirm that he was still in the grey world, he looked around in amazement.

This room was massive. At one corner of the room, there was a compart computerized bed, Legolas recognized it instantly due to the many space expeditions that he took part on in his previous life as a player.

Apart from the bed, the chairs, and nutrient pack box that was in the corner, the room was fairly plain except something else that attracted his attention.

Legolas walked forward with amazement in his eyes.

At the very front of this room, there was a comfort chair that looked extremely close to a pilot chair. Before the chair hovered 5 virtual screens, computers with humungous processors that were simply waiting to be activated.

By now, Legolas' eyes already widened to it's very limits like lanterns.

"Is this…?!" He was shocked.

"Is this… a Spaceship Cabin?!"
