Reborn: Rise of the Greatest Summoner

Chapter 441 Mission Accomplished

Chapter 441 Mission Accomplished

?

"INSOLENCE!" A deep voice roared as the shadow wreaked more havoc.

"Filthy Rogue Hunter!"

"How dare you make your way here?!"

Feeling the energy of the 2 warriors was Heimdall's cue to leave.

What pushed him to escape immediately even faster was the fact that both Grade C Skyrim Supers were of 2 classes that he was still yet to be familiar with, the Mage and Psychic main class.

"Special Psychic Ability: Telekinesis Barrier!"

"Special Magic Ability: Magic Barrier!"

As soon as they emerged, both Skyrim warriors locked the space in an attempt to tighten a cage around the rogue warrior that dared to arrive here.

Against both of them alone, Heimdall could fight and survive, but he knew that these were just the first. There were more than 3 Grade C Skyrim Supers in the Skyrim King Town, he was not taking any chances.

"Heimdall Specialty: Drilling Shadow Rod!"

Boom!

Heimdall transformed in the air into a gigantic shadow rod.

This shadow rod with a spiky end accelerated rapidly before colliding against the twin barriers. The twin barriers wobbled but they held, Heimdall did not stop though, he kept on charging at the barriers with a strange confidence.

His confidence was soon proved to not be baseless the next moment.

Bzzz!

From another direction, powerful Psychic energy briefly erupted.

"An enemy Psychic!" Both Skyrim Grade C Supers were stunned.

Powerful telekinesis energy slammed against the twin barrier the next moment. Adding this force to Heimdall's gigantic shadow rod, the barrier could no longer hold as with a cracking sound, it shattered the next moment.

As soon as it shattered, the loud cry of a Raven reverberated in the air.

Heimdall leaped into the hair like he was already expecting this as he effortlessly landed on the back of the Void Raven, Bran accelerated.

"Good boy". Heimdall patted the Raven as it escaped.

"An enemy Summoner!" Both Grade C Skyrim Supers were even more stunned. 'Did multiple rogue hunters team up?'

Not sure of what was going on, the 2 Skyrim Supers refused to leave the town in pursuit of the Shadow Elementalist. Instead, they decided to stay behind, scouring the whole town to confirm that there were no infiltrators.

Hidden among the numerous warriors, the Ultimate Man Potion proved its superiority again, they easily avoided detection and left the town.

As the commotion died down, the Commander of the elite army finally ordered them as all the players made their way back to their barracks.

A certain player rejoined the entourage as they returned.

He rejoined after receiving a new mission.

[You have received Nightmare Army Faction Mission: Recruitment!]

[Mission Details: As the first envoy of the Almighty Hermit in Planet Austere, spread the goodnews of his quest to others of your kind in the planet. For every player that enters the Nightmare Army, you will receive a reward.]

[Mission Reward: 50,000 Experience Points for each player.]

Considering that there were hundreds of players in the elite army of the Skyrim King, Steamed Bun Extinction was excited, he felt like he finally had a purpose, his gait became steadier as he walked alongside the others.

With a confident smile on his face, Legolas left the town.

'The seed has been planted, now is the time to watch it grow'.

"Huh?" A player named Aristotle Pochettino looked at Steamed Bun Extinction like he was going nuts. "You joined a new faction? How?"

"Ok, fish bro, you've got to listen to me".

"Yesterday, while a rogue hunter infiltrated the town and wreaked havoc, I was approached by this NPC that came from a different planet".

"A different planet?" Fish Pochettino scoffed. "You've been scammed, hahaha…, you were f*cking scammed by an NPC!"

"It's not a scam!" Steamed Bun Extinction raised his voice.

"…" Aristotle Pochettino was stunned. "Are you for real?"

"Yeah, see". He finally let up and revealed the interface notifications.

Seeing everything, Aristotle Pochettino rubbed his chin in thought. "I don't know about the authenticity of his claim, but if he really is an NPC from another planet, it's clear that he has an agenda against the ruling circle of Planet Austere".

"He clearly wants to take advantage of the division in this planet, and through using us, he intends to trigger a war".

"The only thing I don't understand is how he knows so much about us, and another baffling fact is…, what will he gain?" His eyes narrowed. "You can't tell me that a random NPC will go to such lengths for this for no damn reason".

Steamed Bun Extinction scratched his head. "I don't know man, you're the brain guy, that's why I came to meet you Afterall".

Aristotle Pochettino narrowed his eyes. "Unless his gain is the war".

"My analysis tells me that a stranger will only do this if a war in Planet Austere aligns with his benefits".

"So, should I do it?" Steamed Bun Extinction asked excitedly.

"No".

He deflated.

Aristotle Pochettino continued. "You'll only do this if the NPC also agrees to give me some rewards, I'll be aiding you in this recruitment process".

"Oh, that means you don't oppose the war?"

"Why should I?" Aristotle Pochettino chuckled. "Even as I love the storylines and the more intricate parts of the game, I still also agree that the most exciting parts is always the battles and wars".

"The Skyrim King clearly takes us only as his disposable lackies".

"He doesn't value us so why should we care for him?"

"We don't die, this means that we thrive in war. If you actually look at it objectively, we stand to benefit the most if a war breaks out".

"We will get the chance to get more missions and experience points".

"Good". Steamed Bun Extinction was excited.

That same day, both friends started operation recruiting more players into the Nightmare Army after Aristotle met with Legolas and came to a consensus.

eaglesnov?1,?o? Despite Legolas' estimates, the efficiency of both players exceeded his expectations. In just 2 days, all the players in the Skyrim King's army became members of the Nightmare Army faction.

In an inn with Edgar, he grinned. "Mission accomplished".

This was when his interface lit up.

Legolas stood up. "It's time to continue our mission.

"…" He got no reply.

Turning back, he saw Edgar still seated.

This Grade C Psychic raised his head to look at him the next moment. "For the past few days, I've been thinking. This plan of yours, I feel that if it is successful, it will lead to a civil war in Planet Austere".

His eyes narrowed. "Tell me…, what really is your plan?"
