Chapter 1866 – The Chance is Here
Final could not understand how the Ruler could give up on the thing that he wanted so desperately without much hesitation. His sudden madness and violence did not stem from the blow to his heart. Instead, it was because Origin’s sudden ‘completeness’ had spoilt his plans. There was even a possibility that she would kill him.
This was the source of Final’s ‘greatest fear’.
When Rourou said ‘kill Final’, Final had already made his move for the first mover advantage. Origin was complete and he could no longer hold back, no matter what price he had to pay.
Kill Qin Yu!
Kaboom –
A violent wave of forces swept forward and it quickly dispersed like the onslaught of a tsunami.
Qin Yu’s eyes narrowed and his heart seemed to have stopped in his chest. This was the first time he witnessed what Final was capable of.
Powerful, violent…indestructible!
At this moment, Qin Yu’s mind seemed to be at a standstill and his body froze. He did not dare to make a move at all. Even though he was a Blazing Sun Owner, he felt powerless in front of Final’s all out attack.
Rourou had attacked as well.
She did something and the terrifying aura that had locked onto Qin Yu was separated from him. She stepped forward and said coldly, “Final, our grievances will be settled here once and for all today!”
The moment she said this, an overwhelming curtain of power descended. It shrouded Qin Yu and pushed him away.
Final’s voice boomed like thunder, “He is not going anywhere. Stay here!”
The shield around Qin Yu instantly crumbled apart and his blurry figure suddenly turned clear.
Because of the opposing forces around him, Qin Yu’s blood was surging wildly and his expression paled. He gritted his teeth in determination and said, “Rourou, I don’t want to leave either. I have a grudge to settle with Final both from my last lifetime and this one. I cannot beat him, so I have to borrow your hands and see if there is a chance for me to kill him.”
There was a brief pause before Rourou said, “Alright.” Her reply was direct and certain. In fact, she knew that since she could not send Qin Yu away, he was very unlikely to leave.
Since he was not going to leave, then they would have to do their best. Rourou did not know whether he would survive this because Final was not an easy opponent.
Qin Yu had seemed very resolute and cold just now. He even seemed quite open-minded about his life. However, Final only needed to look at him once for him to shrink back. There was nothing useful about words in this world and he had to focus on Rourou.
“Origin, perhaps we can have a serious talk.” Final sighed deeply as he spoke. His jaw was clenched and his face stiff, “Both of us come from the same source and we are the most powerful beings in this vast universe…you can even say that we are siblings.
“Between us, there should not be this life and death situation. If we work together, we can live for eternity and become the rulers of the beings of this world. As long as you are willing to, we can comprehend Great Dao together. We might break through the natural boundaries laid upon us in this world and see the world as it truly is.”
Rourou’s eyebrows raised, “Are you done speaking?”
Final sighed, “Why?”
“It is disgusting.” Rourou said simply, “Siblings? Don’t you feel shameful using this word to describe us? You wanted to merge with me in the past.”
Final stated plainly, “Our birth cannot be viewed through natural laws. If we merge, we can possibly break through the limits of our bodies.”
“I refuse!” Rourou scoffed.
Another sigh from Final, “It seems that I really do not have any other choice.” A darkness simmered in the depths of his ice cold eyes, “However, you should know that between us, neither is weaker or stronger. If we are going to have an all out battle, it is highly likely that we will end up with similar outcomes.”
“The same outcomes? You wish.” Rourou lifted a finger and pointed to Qin Yu, “Look carefully, there are two of us. Two against one!”
Final’s face remained straight.
A Blazing Sun Owner?
That’s right, they were strong and their rays lit up the world for a billion beings. However, to him, they were just slightly stronger chess pieces that he could manipulate as he wished. Blazing Sun Owners were insignificant to him and there was no need for him to feel fearful.
Qin Yu too!
Boom –
Final stomped and the earth seemed to sink. Devastating forces sunk down like a massive mountain and weighed heavily on his chest.
“Origin, I will ask you one last time. Are you willing to unify this world with me?”
“Unify my ass!”
Rourou’s face flushed red from anger and she threw a punch forward.
There was no easy way to describe the powers Origin and Final possessed. They were both very strong and the earth itself had no way to sustain the damage; it would easily be turned to ashes.
Therefore, this seemingly simple punch and kick carried absolute destruction.
The power of heaven and earth!
Kaboom –
Destructive forces spread out and Qin Yu was isolated outside. He was not affected by the forces at all but because he was in such close proximity, he could feel the mighty powers from these two.
From afar, the Blazing Sun Owners spectating the battle wore grim faces and they could not help feeling worried. The battle between Final and Origin could drag the entire world into an abyss of destruction.
This was not an unnecessary fear. As the battle ensued, the Blazing Sun Owners who illuminated many worlds could feel the worlds shaking. A deep sense of unease started to take root.
This was the scent of devastation!
“Everyone, we cannot watch blankly as the disaster occurs.” One of the Blazing Sun Owners spoke. His eyes swept across the group, “The battle between the two honorables is not one that we can interfere in, but we can at least stabilize the worlds and delay for time.”
“That’s right, if we don’t make a move, we will all be affected and no one will be spared.”
“Let’s go.”
The rest of the Blazing Sun Owners nodded.
Right at this moment, Red Sea spoke, “Everyone, you might have missed out on something. The powers that the two honorables possess are boundless. Their battle has begun and it will not end soon. Even if we try our best to buy time, it will only delay the catastrophe.”
The faces of the rest of the Blazing Sun Owners fell. They did not speak because Red Sea was right.
“Red Sea, what are you trying to say?”
Red Sea looked up. There seemed to be a reservoir of lava circling in her eyes, where flames were burning brilliantly, “It is very simple. Find the reason why the two honorables fought today and exterminate it, and the catastrophe will then be avoided.” She scanned the crowd with a straight face, “That’s right, it is what you guys think…kill Qin Yu!”
The pupils of the rest of the Blazing Sun Owners shrank sharply and they hesitated.
“I know why you are hesitating. You are afraid of what Origin will do and if she might take revenge against us after things end. However, we don’t have a choice. If we don’t want to slip into hell, we can only make this move.
“Furthermore, I believe that Final will protect us once he senses what we are doing. If we accept the protection of Final, our future might be difficult, but it is better to endure it than to be gone forever.”
The manner in which she spoke was very direct, but this was how she was going to move their hearts. Those who could become Blazing Sun Owners may not be geniuses but they were at least intelligent. They knew that Red Sea was right and she was also describing their best bet.
From the start, the Blazing Sun Owners had all thought about this, but it had been a mere thought. No one dared to mention it because it was obvious that the one who raised it first would suffer the greatest wrath from Origin.
That’s right, their suggestion of working together to delay the catastrophe was just nonsense and they were actually testing each other. The Blazing Sun Owners had showcased their attitudes.
They were waiting for someone else to step forward.
Red Sea was that person and she was also who the rest of the Blazing Sun Owners expected to step forward.
After all, the relationship between Red Sea and Final was no secret.
After a brief moment of silence, one Blazing Sun Owner spoke slowly, “I believe that Red Sea makes sense.”
This was the nail on the chalkboard.
With that, the rest of the Blazing Sun Owners nodded in agreement.
“In this vast world, there are more than a billion living creatures. What did they do wrong? They should not have to suffer this calamity and be thrown into an abyss.”
“That’s right, we are Blazing Sun Owners and we illuminate the world. We naturally will feel for them and will want to save these living creatures.”
“I believe Origin will understand what we have done…after all, we don’t have a choice.”
Red Sea was expressionless but her eyes were ice cold. They were all extremely hypocritical bastards. She could see through their every move. Unfortunately, she had no other choice but to remain silent.
With Final’s promise, she was not worried that she would lose her life if she were to kill Qin Yu. On the contrary, if Qin Yu did not die…Galaxy Blazing Sun flashed through her mind. She was willing to take this bet!
Red Sea sighed deeply, “Very well, it seems like we have reached an agreement.”
“Red Sea, the current issue is: so what if we have an agreement?” One of the Blazing Sun Owners lifted a hand and pointed towards the battle, “None of us can get close to the battle between the two honorables or we would be dragged in and killed.
“Qin Yu is being protected by Origin. We cannot get close to him, so how are we going to work together and kill him?”
Everyone looked over.
That’s right, they had all decided on killing Qin Yu.
For their own sakes, they were not afraid of killing a friend. If he lived, the Blazing Sun Owners were all going to be ruined…all in all, everyone would only be happy if Qin Yu was killed.
But how were they going to kill him?
Red Sea replied, “Wait a while, we don’t have to worry. Since I gave this suggestion, it means that we simply need to wait for a chance.”
Right at this moment, her eyes flickered and a light smile played by her lips. She pointed forward, “Look, isn’t our chance here?”
