Reincarnated as an Energy with a System

Chapter 1610: Moonhaven

Chapter 1610: Moonhaven

Chapter 1610: Moonhaven

?

The leaders of the various countries of the world sat around a table with the Major General among them to talk about what they were going to do moving forward.

The Major General had already mentioned what it was that he wanted from the government. It was a place where they could establish their own place and land. They wanted said land in exchange for workers that would go to the other countries to help with the Spark they were going to get very soon.

After much discussion, it was determined that the newly arrived humans were going to be given an island off the coast of the mainland to the west, coming at around 30 thousand square kilometers of land.

This island was now going to be exclusively belong to these people.

Once that decision was made, everyone began traveling to said island. They flew in a bunch of plane-like flying vehicles, then took a large ship over to the island.

Using Spark, Carvers were able to quickly create huts for people to live in while proper houses were made for everyone to stay at. At the same time, people from all around the world began arriving on the island to meet these new people.

A small group of people were also taken away from the place, to go to other countries where they taught people how to use Spark. It had been so very long since Spark existed in Mexol, that there was no reliable information on how one used Spark.

Ning was in one such group, and he went over to the country of Kabsal where he taught a select group of scientists that had managed to awaken their own powers.

Ning's job was to teach the Converters, and he believed he did a pretty good job.

He had been a little surprised at first to see that the people could actually even use Spark, but upon thinking further, it made sense that they could.

The humans that had left this planet had been able to immediately use Spark as well. They were simply born with the organ despite not being born in one of the moons.

Just the fact that they were born within this solar system allowed them to be able to use Spark.

After a month or two of teaching, Ning returned back to the island that had now been more or less ready to stay. A lot of infrastructure had yet to be made still, but what had been made would work for the time being.

Since the island was its own nation as well, it now had a name for itself as well.

Moonhaven.

After becoming its own nation, Moonhaven was invited to join an international body that was a collection of many other nations where they could talk about simple issues or serious problems.

It was only when they joined that everyone seriously started believing that Moonhaven was a real nation.

Many counties provided aid to Moonhaven while they found their footing on the island. Resources such as books, movies, instruments, and whatnot were sent to these people so they could begin learning more about the world.

Constant visits from the other countries also helped them understand their cultures more.

Most of the people of Moonhaven couldn't believe that there could be countries that were ruled by a single person or family, whose position was passed down from parent to child. Or that the head of the country was someone who was chosen by the entire country.

They were even surprised to find that the Military of a country was not the governing body, but just a body that supported the actual governing body.

Such instances were too foreign for them to not be shocked by it when they learned of it. It took some time for them to get used to it all.

They also had to get used to the newer technology. While DODS was still used, it was an older form of technology. The newer ones were more compact, more versatile, and did different things depending on what needed to be done.

They had a lot to learn about everything.

It took about a year for everything to calm down. Most of the residential houses had been built and passed along to everyone who needed it. The Military was still the great power here, but they were starting to be influenced by outside culture, so that seemed to maybe change as well.

And then, they began making talks of returning to the moons once again.

This time around, they weren't returning to the moon to stay, but to gather more Spark to bring it back. Since the people of Moonhaven had been the ones that did it, they were the only ones that could do it again.

They were going to take a lot of people from other countries, though, so those people could learn as well.

The preparations were made in just a couple of months, and once again, people left for the moon. This time, the ships they took were much smaller and easier to navigate.

Since they would be teleporting Spark back to Mexol anyway, they had no need to take a large ship. Spark began appearing back on Mexol in a large bunker that had been created solely for

it.

Once the people returned from the mission, it was understood that what they had done could be done again. Soon, the world was going to see a lot of Spark.

A space race would begin soon enough where everyone would want to be the first to go to space and bring back Spark for their own country. It would be a sight to see.

It was only the people of Moonhaven who weren't as excited by the prospect. To them, Spark had been a means of survival out on the moon. It had been the source of air to breathe, water to drink, and fire to cook. It was what grew their plants and healed their wounded. It was what built their homes and let them establish a family in a world that was bound to kill them at the slightest mistake.

Now that they were in a world where Spark was not necessary for any of it, they were more than happy to not be part of the race.

Many people were scared that their life would change a lot after returning, but there weren't that many changes. That was especially true for people in the military who still kept the authority that they had.

Redaime was still a General and Katie was still a Chief Officer. Derria was a Captain and Parima was a Lieutenant. Their work had changed slightly so they had to get used to their new work.

But that was true for everyone else as well. Everyone's work had changed. Everyone needed to get used to their new life.

Many had indeed lost their jobs, but many jobs were opened up as well. And people could pursue things now that weren't possible in the moons.

They could become drivers, farmers, artists, authors, actors. There were so many things that

were available for them to do that simply never existed before.

As for Ning, the only thing left for him to do was leave.

<The System changes are Completed!>

<The AI is back online>

Exactly six years after he had arrived in this world, the system was finally back and the changes that were made to it required him to move to another world.

Ning quit being a Lieutenant and began telling everyone what he was going to do. He went around to meet everyone that he personally knew and told them that he was going to leave. When asked where he was going, he simply told them that there was a lot to see out there and that he would go see everything. He also told them that this was the last time they were going

to see him.

Parima and Derria had been his friends, but they weren't so close. But Katie was a different case. Ning had saved her when she was at her lowest and even pulled her out of the terrible

situation she had been in.

In her eyes, Ning was not only her friend but also her savior. So she was very sentimental when

it was time to let him go.

Ning could feel tears of his own forming.

Redaime on the other hand was way too callous to show any emotion. When he told her what he wanted to do, the only reply she gave was that she supported his decisions. "Before you go," Redaime had asked him. "Tell me the truth. What is going on with you? Many times you have done things that should have been impossible. Is there something you

were hiding?"

Ning gave a small smile. "I was," he said. "But learning what I was hiding will only make it more confusing. Just... think of me as someone special and forget about it."

"And I won't see you again, you say?" she asked.

"Never," Ning answered.

"Very well," she said. "I will forget about you then. Good luck wherever you are going. I will

pray for your future endeavors to be successful."

"Thanks!" Ning said. "I might actually need them."

Considering what was potentially going to happen next, it was best that he pray himself.

"Alright then, goodbye."

Ning left Moonhaven on a ship to go to the other shore, but he arrived there. He had disappeared from the ship itself, and no one knew where he had gone.

The man that had healed the Sparkless was gone from their world, never to be found ever

again.
