Chapter 373: Jayden Smith

Chapter 373: Jayden Smith

Chapter 373: Jayden Smith

Tianlong Yun was thinking of entering the Old Pouch and doing his experiment, but first, he would have to find a safe place for himself to be.

While the members of his Shadow Clan would be the best place to be, he had some other stuff on his mind so he had decided on another person to carry the Old Pouch for some time.

The grand-grand-grandson of Old Man Jenk was the one he was thinking about. This kid was weak, but he had the right arrogance, and also the right background for Tianlong Yun to effectively use him.

With these thoughts in mind, Tianlong Yun just spotted him from afar as he was under the tender care of his servant.

The best way for a fake macho man to recollect himself after a lost fight was taking his anger on the weak people and being a bully, or bullying a woman.

Both worked like magic, as the fake macho arrogance would restore, and the guy would feel himself raring to go and face his opponent one more time.

The same thing was happening with this Young Master as he was maltreating his servant, just to let go the steam he had collected earlier.

This kind of scum was one of the worst, as Tianlong Yun was getting more and more assured of killing this guy with food on his mouth, but now he had a few plans for him.

Waiting for him to stop what he was doing and get out of the place, Tianlong Yun just dodged his guards, and approached him slowly, as he threw the Old Pouch in front of him.

In the meantime Jayden Smith had just released all the steam and bad energy of that situation earlier on his little servant, she wasn't bad, but she couldn't be compared to those two he had in mind.

As for the fact that she was suffering under him a few moments ago, in his opinion, she should be happy about it.

At the end of the day, she was just a servant in his household, and he had given her the opportunity to become his personal maidservant.

In his opinion she was no better than a slave, the only difference was that at the end of the day he would give her a few coins to make her feel better.

She had no hopes of leaving his side if he didn't allow her until he thought that he wouldn't get enough satisfaction from her.

She wasn't the first, and would neither be his last, as the count would just grow bigger and bigger. He could remember one of his maid-servants.

She was his favorite for some time, and he kept her always by his side until she thought she had enough money, or couldn't support what she went through anymore and asked permission to leave.

This left a bad taste on his mouth, as this shouldn't happen under any circumstance. He should always be the one to let the servants go and not the other way around.

As a matter of fact, he had a premonition that there was more to this than he could see, and he asked for his people to investigate the issue.

It turned out that the maid-servant had fallen in love with one of the new workers around the mansion, and they were planning to leave this place, and live somewhere else.

Learning about this, Jayden Smith allowed the maid-servant and the other guy to leave the place and live their lives.

But that was just on the outside, as he was far from accepting something or someone to hurt his cheap pride.

He didn't go after them directly, no he waited for the day of their marriage, as he barged in there with his men, and made that day one of the worst in the couple's life.

He started by taking the maid-servants little sister in front of her, then he continued with the groom's sister, his mother, and finally the bride to be in front of the groom, and in their bridal chamber.

When he finished all this, he also left them a quarter each, to show how pleased he was with their service.

Unable to support all this, the groom seemed to be enraged and wanted to attack and kill him using a kitchen knife.

Before he could take his next step though, his hand was cut at the wrist, a pin entered his throat damaging his vocal cords, and a kick destroyed his manhood.

He laughed so hard at the way they looked after all that as he left the place without bothering to turn his head back. There were people who would take care of this situation.

Smoking a cigarette and reminiscing about the old times, he felt like he was being once again refilled with new energies.

Yet he couldn't wait for those two fairies to be under him like that, and better yet would be if their supposed husband would be there to watch him pound them.

Why should he care about some nameless Shadow Clan, his grand-grand-grandfather was one of the heads of the Westernos organization that was recognized worldwide.

Not to mention that his grand-grand-grandfather was also trying really hard to set him up a marriage with one of the elders of the EITS.

If that marriage went through, then nobody would dare to question or come out in front of him ever again.

In his eyes, this Shadow Clan was nothing more than a worthless dust particle, that he could mock, and bully as he liked.

It was at this time, that two or three steps away from him he saw a small golden-colored pouch. Normally he would treat it as litter and let it rote in its place, or ask one of his guards to clean the place.

But this time was different, right now he was not just anywhere, he was inside the Ruins where everything was said to hold an enormous value.

Not to mention that he felt like this particular pouch was special, he didn't understand why, or how, he just knew that this wasn't a normal pouch.

Picking it up from the ground, he started to inspect the little pouch, as he still kept the cigarette on his other hand.

There didn't seem to be any normal way of opening the pouch, as he started looking into it with his spirit sense.

The moment his spirit sense got close to the pouch on his hands, it got absorbed inside it, or it would be better to say it was sucked inside it, and it looked like the pouch on his hand was some kind of artifact.

This conclusion clearly astounded him as he had never expected to find something like that waiting for him in front of his tent.

The possibility of this being a trap was also almost zero because the guards that his grandfather had left behind for him were truly capable, and even a powerful expert would be sensed by them.

He didn't understand how this thing got in front of his tent, but he knew that this was his luck and chance.

Looking around the tent one more time in case he was able to catch on something or someone else, as he entered inside the tent with a happy smile.

The maid-servant waiting for him inside the tent seemed to be like a scared cat when she sensed him enter the tent once again, as she thought that she would suffer even more tonight.

Jayden didn't pay any attention to her though, as he entered his private cultivation room inside the tent, and started having a deeper look at the pouch on his hands.

All the observation he had done until now showed that this little pouch was some kind of space artifact, so he was hoping that it had something really good inside it.

He didn't want to force his way through in fear that this thing was too old and it might destroy its own space and the things inside if he did.

So he took the old way approach, and try to refine it first. Then he would take a look at the things inside it, and decide what to do with it later.

But the moment he placed a drop of his blood on the top of it, and sent his spirit sense towards it, he felt something pull him inside the pouch.

He was unable to resist with his 6th level of the Golden Core Realm cultivation and was sucked inside it, with his real body.

He didn't quite understand what was going on, as everything happened in only one blink of the eye, he only remembered to close his eyes, and when he opened them he wasn't inside his tent anymore.

No, he was in a dark, candle-lit room, as in front of him were a series of statues of what seemed to be some kind of devils or demons.

He was standing over something that seemed like some kind of sacrificial altar, with a lot of dried blood on the top of it, and a few bloodied spears surrounding it.

The statues were pitch black, and had two small red lights in place of their eyes, that fortunately were looking straight, as he was getting terrified of everything around him.

Just as he was about to say something, or ask some questions, he felt his sea of conscience being attacked as some images appeared inside his mind.

In there were images of the ruins they were exploring right now, entrance, pillaging, fun. All seemed really good up to here.

When suddenly everything changed, a big fight happening, and then bodies and blood littering the ground, as people tried to escape but they were stopped by the barrier at the Gate.

Cultivators tried to make a stand against the mysterious enemy but they were unable to protect themselves, as all that was left were dried blood, bones, and regret.

When all this finished he was once again awakened inside his cultivation room at his tent, with a jade bottle holding a pill inside of it
