Chapter 382: Detaily Planned
With his words everyone could clearly understand the situation they had gotten in, while Jayden might come out of it due to his family and background, they had neither of those.
The kid and his guards had to die, otherwise, they were finished. Not to mention, that if they killed the kid and his guards, they would not only be safe from complications but also rich.
In their mind, this outcome became a win-win situation, and all of them were in the same line of thought.
Seeing this situation the kid was clearly stupefied and flabbergasted, he didn't expect this whole situation to turn against him.
What shocked him the most though was the way how it had turned like this, wasn't Jayden supposed to be just a lousy idiot that no one respected anymore!?
Just how was he able to do something like that? not to mention that he had used his own words against him, he couldn't believe this situation.
No, this was clearly not happening, this might be some kind of nightmare he was watching after having his fun with his ladies and servants.
With these thoughts in mind, he tried to wake up from the supposed nightmare but couldn't! This was real, everything was really happening, and his life was on the line.
Trying to make one last call towards the free cultivators, he said in a disbelieving tone,
"Y-you gu-guys are rea-really sure about th-this?"
How could Jayden let this moment slip as he immediately answered in their place,
"Even in this situation you decide to threaten, tell me, kid, aren't you the definition of stupidity?"
The kid's guards seeing that the situation was beyond saving knew that it was time to leave, they could only take their revenge some other time.
Thinking like this one of them grabbed the kid without his permission and leave this place in a hurry, while the other one stayed back to give them the needed escaping time.
Seeing the quick action of the two guards, the whole group of the free cultivators jumped in the fray as they started battling the guard that stayed behind.
Now that their lives were on the line they were fighting like wild beasts, each of them had only one thought in mind, kill him and follow the kid before this situation progressing further.
What they didn't notice was the fact that one of the guards, 4 lady maidservants that Jayden had, had disappeared from the scene.
Even though the group of free cultivators had the numbers advantage, in front of the guard staying behind these numbers seemed useless.
After all, he had the cultivation of the 6th level of the Nascent Soul Realm, while these guys were all in the Golden Core Realm.
None of them could truly be an opponent to him, as they were a group of ants trying to kill a cat by biting it.
On the other hand, the guard seemed to clearly hate these guys. He had known from the beginning that these guys were treacherous scum, yet his Young Master had kept these guys by his side.
Now that his words had been proved, he was truly angered, and he had himself decided to stay behind, so he could send all these idiots to the gates of hell.
Indeed he was sending these guys one after the other to go for a dip in the 'Yellow River' and never turn back, but he was secretly surprised by the fact that neither Jayden nor his guard was joining the fray.
He was killing left and right like a lunatic death God, but he was sane enough to have a comprehension of the situation, and he couldn't understand why Jayden was letting him go on a killing spree.
And these wild animals, these idiots hadn't realized yet that they were being played for fools, as their numbers continued to fall as his body count increased.
Really soon they were only 6 or 7 free cultivators left from the big group that they were a few moments ago, as the guard was breathing heavily.
Even though he had killed more than 2/3 of the group, that had still taken a massive toll on him, and he was slowly getting tired, but he had done his duty, now he could retreat and leave this place alive.
With that thought on his mind, he prepared one last powerful attack, to kill and push these ants the more that he could, and then turn around and run the fastest he could.
It didn't take long for him to collect every bit of his strength, and power, and unleashed towards the left 6 or 7 free cultivators in front of him.
No matter how much strength the free cultivators used to protect themselves, he was still able to kill 2 of them and push the rest far away.
It had worked perfectly, and he was truly satisfied with the result, as he turned heels and started to run as fast as he could, only to run himself through Jayden guard's blade.
Earlier he had been too concentrated on his attack, to notice that Jaden's guard had disappeared from his side, and was behind him waiting for him to unleash that attack, and kill him in one blow.
He had thought that Jayden and his guard didn't dare to attack, or might fear Jayden's security, when in fact they were just waiting for this opportunity to kill him with one shot.
His fate was sealed, the sword had gone right through his heart, and his attacker was sending Qi continuously through to disrupt his system, rend him unable to make a counterattack, and die quicker.
He was angry, angry at himself for not noticing this, angry at these scum that turned coats, angry at his Young Master for keeping these guys by his side, angry at the world for being unfair to him.
But there was nothing he could, his life came to an end, as the only thing he could think at that moment was the fact that at least his master had left the place, and maybe it would take his revenge one day.
At that moment though, Jayden appeared close to them, as he said in a calm, and indifferent voice,
"Before you die, let me tell you that you won't be alone in your trip to hell, your friend, and your Young Master will soon follow you there."
The guard was clearly surprised, as in his last moments he remembered about the other guard that Jayden had, and the 4 maidservants, they had been missing this whole time.
Jayden had expected this to happen from the beginning and had truly thought this through, as his preparations were impeccable.
But there was nothing he could do but take his last breath, as his soul left his body, and he died. On the other hand, Jayden took a look at the situation and the happy faces of the free cultivators that had escaped death.
The poor things didn't want to accept that they had been played for fools and still thought that they would be able to take the money and split it between them.
All this while they had been furious with the fact that Jayden didn't partake in the fight with the guard that stayed behind.
They were even more furious understanding that Jayden had used them as pieces to worn out the guard and kill him on one hit.
But with the current situation, they couldn't do or say anything. If at first, they had thought the fewer people, more money for each of them.
Right now they regretted those thoughts, as they needed to be more people to protect themselves, and not actually die.
Right now they were in Jayden's hands, he was their God at that moment. For that reason, they tried all they could to show themselves as friendly and happy as they could, even though they were burning inside.
On the other hand, Jayden was looking at them with a satisfied and happy look, like he had been relieved of some heavy burden on his soul.
Stretching a bit his body, as if to better feel the loss of that burden, he released a satisfied sigh, and then started walking towards the remaining free cultivators with a happy face and voice, as he said,
"Well done brave warriors, you truly showed that no matter the strength, unity makes everything possible!
You truly deserve every penny of the 10 Million $, and now with only the three of you left you will have to enjoy these things even for yourself.
But please don't forget their families and try to help them, after all these people were your comrades, even though for a short time."
Saying that he even took a checkbook where he wrote the sum of 10 Million $ on his name, as he handed it over to the trio.
The three cultivators were clearly a bit surprised by this, as they expected Jayden to get rid of them right away, but he seemed to be really giving them the money.
This was clearly out of their expectations, as slowly they were losing all the feelings of negativity towards him.
They didn't really care much about the people who died, they were just a bunch of known strangers and they didn't really give a damn about any of them.
What was more important was the fact that they had managed to complete their job, and had taken the money.
If one looked at it objectively then they were the winners in all this, as they could finally divide the money only in three, and the amount was clearly more than enough for each of them.
Giving them the cheque Jayden, bid them farewell, and left the place, waiting for the rest at a different location.
While they were walking towards the new place, the guard couldn't help his curiosity and ask
