Chapter 347 Con
Chapter 347 Con
Do you want to write a bad story?
Hitori jumped. The leaves and branches of the trees brushed his face and a few left some scratches on his face and his arms. He rolled over some crushed leaves, then got up using the momentum.
He had sensed Tengoku's next step. He raised his wand and moved it in circles, creating a shield. He reached for the wand hanging on the side. He clenched the wand made from T-Rex's core.
"Do not mess it up," he said to himself. The wand came forth like an arrow, then stopped in front of him. He fired a killing curse in Tengoku's direction.
Akira landed on his back, almost breaking it if it was not for the leaves and sticks lying on the ground. He felt the air go past his air. The katana cut deep into the door behind him, shaking like a rigid ruler fixed in the gap between a table.
Then he heard gunfire. He pushed his hands against the ground to get up when the katana came out and swung back to where it came from.
He raised his hand but realized it was empty. He turned around and started searching for his wand in the pile of dirt and dry waste.
"Shit, shit, shit. No, god damn, where is it?" he groaned as he continued his search for the wand.
Reon was standing with her back tightly pressed against the wall. She took deep breaths, she could neither calm herself nor turn and fire at Tengoku. But when she heard the bullet shot, she was forced to check on that matter.
She aimed her gun at Tengoku as she turned and looked at the scene. A katana came flying back to him, he grabbed it, then brought it in front of him to clock a brown color beam.
It would not work out. Of course, he would do something. Hitori rose with the shield still in front of him, blocking the bullets.
He swung his wand again, but this time he fired fire, something Tengoku could not block– or he thought so.
When Tengoku saw the fire, he stopped caring about Reon with her gun pointed at him. He brought his katana in front of him, then closed his eyes.
Hitori imagined the glow of his eyes when he would suddenly open eyes, and he wanted to avoid it, but he could not move his eyes from Tengoku.
Something rustled in the woods on his left, he turned to check. Akira emerged from the dark with his wand pointed at Tengoku. A few leaves fell from his arm as he raised it. His knees pushed the bushes away on the way.
Hitori turned back to Tengoku at the worst time ever, when he opened his eyes. The orange eyes glowed as he swung his katana. The cut split the fir into two, sending them in two different directions.
Hitori shuddered, then stepped back. He clenched the wand Kamiya had given him, then said as he raised it, "Petrify!"
Tengoku held his katana and blocked the gray beam of the petrifying spell. Now it was his chance. He raised the gun and pulled the trigger twice, then lowered his gun again.
The shield blocked Hitori from the bullets but did not provide him with a good chance for countering Tengoku. Then he heard: "Ketsueki no Noroi!"
He raised his head. Akira was standing out of bounds without a care in the world. He followed the blood-brown color beam, but Tengoku just diverted it in another direction and fired two shots at him.
Akira formed a shield and blocked the two bullets. The katana went in the air, then Tengoku jerked his arm and launched it at Akira.
He spun, raised his gun, and fired the remaining bullets in Reon's direction. Then he rolled on the ground, rose up, and fired some more.
The empty magazine landed on the grass. Hitori could not even keep up with the speed at which Tengoku reloaded his gun. He froze to even fire a spell.
Then he heard the air. The katana rebounded on the tree behind Akira and was coming back to Tengoku.
Reon had dodged the bullets, some had damaged the wall she was using as a cover. She pointed her gun and fired at Tengoku, but the bullets missed him by inches.
Tengoku raised his hand, then jumped and grabbed his katana. He twisted his torso, using the momentum to throw the katana at Reon. He pulled his gun from under his arm when he landed.
Hitori stood there admiring Tengoku's speed. This mand did need no one, he was enough on his own. But then he snapped from it when he saw the gun was pointed at him.
He ducked and raised the shield. He got down to his knees and turned his upper body to fire a water spell.
Tengoku fired a bullet. Then he sent two more. Hitori's beam of water took the bullets head-on, looking like it would swallow them without any hesitation.
But the water just washed over the bullets, taking down the front one, and slowing down the rest two. It could not slow the last bullet enough.
Hitori took the bullets then Tengoku fired at Akira. The katana had pierced the wall and thrown Reon off the wall, out of her cover.
She rolled on the ground, rose, and went past the kitchen door. Tengoku took a step when Akira fired a fire spell at the ground in front of Tengoku, setting it on fire and stopping him from taking another step.
'He can go around without using a shield, then why can I not?' Hitori clenched the legendary wand. 'What if I use two wands? Will spells be powerful enough to knock his katana and him?' Hitori thought to himself.
The answer was not clear, but he had an idea of what to do. He to take this matter to the Guardian– and shut up.
He clenched his teeth in anger. "The answer is right in front of me. To help with the risks," he muttered.
With Tengoku's katana pointed at him, and now the gun, Hitori walked out of the woods without caring.
Tengoku would have just fired or stabbed Hitori, but he did not. Neither did Reon, nor Akira. They stepped forward to watch the unfolding scene.
"Now you are acting like a man," Tengoku said with a grin spreading over his face.
"I must have acted like a kid back then when we first met."
"You did silly mistakes. Like this one.' Tengoku chuckled, then pulled out a grenade.
