Chapter 90: Chapter 90 Disqualification
Chapter 90: Chapter 90 Disqualification
Hearing this, Mark felt a pang of bitterness in his heart. In the central region of the empire, he had lost to Mat Kun more than once. Was he going to stumble here again?
If Mat Kun won this time, Mark feared his days as the owner of Atlas Shop would be numbered.
Only he knew how abundant the resources for the winning side would be. With those resources, the Batas Shop would become unprecedentedly powerful, perhaps even crushing the Atlas Shop.
"Hiss!"
However, when that figure appeared, everyone gasped in shock, and even Sky Diana almost screamed.
Snow Amar was covered in congealed blood, looking extremely horrifying. His face was like that of a tattered rag doll, filled with ghastly scars.
"What happened?" Blaze Regret was stunned. He had indeed destroyed Snow Amar's spiritual gate, but he hadn't been this ruthless.
"Blaze Regret, I will kill you!"
Snow Amar raised his head, revealing his terrifying face, and with full hatred, he rushed towards Blaze Regret, roaring furiously, his voice echoing through the sky.
Seeing this scene, everyone's shock deepened. Was it really Blaze Regret who had brought Snow Amar to such a state?
Especially Mat Kun, whose expression was particularly complex. A trace of unease rose in his heart.
The direction in which things were developing seemed to be completely out of his control.
Snow Amar roared as he approached, while Blaze Regret's expression remained calm, seemingly unaffected. The fiery creature on his shoulder leaped down, and with a light swipe of its little paw, Snow Amar staggered back as if struck by a boulder.
"Do you want to die?"
In a flash, Blaze Regret moved in front of Snow Amar, his fingers glowing with flames, stopping at Snow Amar's throat. The sharpness of his move was enough to easily pierce through Snow Amar's neck.
Feeling the terrifying energy, the anger in Snow Amar's heart dissipated, replaced by deep fear. His body, which had been ready to lunge forward again, stiffened slightly.
He had no doubt that if he dared to move again, Blaze Regret would kill him on the spot!
"Blaze Regret, what do you think you're doing?"
At this moment, Mat Kun finally snapped back to his senses. He glared coldly at Blaze Regret and spoke in a chilling tone.
"Sister Alif Azlin, you saw what happened. Can you announce the results now?"
Ignoring Mat Kun, Blaze Regret lowered his fingers and calmly walked back to his original position, under Snow Amar's gloomy and fearful gaze.
Alif Azlin was momentarily stunned but then nodded slightly and was about to announce the results when Mat Kun suddenly interrupted.
"So, the nine Azure Dust Fruits are all with you. What about the remaining eight?" Mat Kun's tone was filled with interrogation.
Seeing this, Sky Diana's delicate face showed a hint of worry. It was clear that Mat Kun, having lost, was now trying to make an issue out of the Azure Dust Fruits.
"I distributed them," Blaze Regret replied calmly.
"Distributed them?"
Mat Kun sneered, "Blaze Regret, you have a lot of nerve. Don't you know that the most important thing in the Angsana Pavillion Festival is to obtain the Azure Dust Fruits? How dare you distribute them privately. Are you blatantly disregarding our Angsana Pavilion? Miss Alif Azlin, I propose we disqualify Blaze Regret and his team. The rewards for the winner should go to Snow Amar."
"On what grounds are you disqualifying us?" Sky Nasrul angrily glared at Mat Kun. Over the past few days, they had nearly lost their lives multiple times just for this reward, and now Mat Kun was casually suggesting handing over their rightful reward to Snow Amar?
"Sister Alif Azlin, if I remember correctly, we didn't beg Angsana Pavilion to participate in this Angsana Pavilion Festival, did we?" Blaze Regret turned his head to look at Alif Azlin.
"Yes, that's correct," Alif Azlin responded with a faint smile.
"In other words, this is merely a fair transaction. Only spirit novice can enter the Black Forest, and obtaining the Azure Dust Fruit guarded by a mid tier third grade warrior level Extreme Ice Eagle isn't something just anyone can do, right?" Blaze Regret continued.
Hearing this, Alif Azlin's face remained cheerful, showing no anger despite Blaze Regret directly pointing out the essence of the matter.
In the past, Angsana Pavilion had sent numerous spirit novice into the Black Forest to obtain the Azure Dust Fruit. Most of those who entered were completely wiped out, and the few who managed to escape were gravely injured.
In three days, even if they started breaking through upon entering, their spirit beasts wouldn't reach the level needed to contend with the Extreme Ice Eagle, unless...
Someone used a Suppression Pill.
But the price of a Suppression Pill was exorbitant, one pill was as valuable as a Azure Dust Fruit. Even with its use, there was no guarantee of success. Over the years, only one team had ever brought out three Azure Dust Fruits, and that was due to sheer luck when the Extreme Ice Eagle was breaking through and less mobile.
"So, even without Angsana Pavilion's organization, we could have entered on our own, killed the Extreme Ice Eagle, and obtained the Azure Dust Fruit. This event is merely an opportunity," Blaze Regret stated calmly.
"Indeed," Alif Azlin smiled but then suddenly seemed to remember something, exclaiming in surprise, "Wait, did you just say you killed the Extreme Ice Eagle?"
Mat Kun, Mark, and the others were slightly taken aback. The Extreme Ice Eagle was a mid tier third grade warrior level spirit beast. With Blaze Regret and his team's strength, how could they possibly kill it?
It was evident that Blaze Regret was currently a second grade spirit warrior, while Sky Diana and Sky Nasrul were merely ninth grade spirit novice. The idea that they could kill the Extreme Ice Eagle was simply impossible!
"A second grade spirit warrior?"
Snow Amar's heart surged with hatred. Blaze Regret must have refined the Azure Dust Fruit to break through so quickly!
