Chapter 134
Chapter 134
134 Chapter 13Aryan on the other hand wasn’t so pleased and neither did she want to stay there all alone with Rush while Olivia was outside entertaining guests. Hence she said to Rush “Whatever you called me for must be important, I have things to do” and raised her head up high.
“It’s still noon, there are hundreds of guests in the palace believe me no one will notice you are gone” replied Rush seductively, then she walked towards Aryan. Rush placed her hands around Aryan’s shoulders and laid her head in Aryan’s chest. “How I yearn to hear your heart beat, would you deny me even this?”
Suddenly Aryan shrugged off and wanted to walk outside, Rush stopped her and closed the door. There was a slightly struggle for power between the two, but it was like a game to Rush who started laughing when she took the key after she barred the door. She raced towards her bed and sat on it “Come and get it soldier” she laughed.
Aryan sighed, she placed her hands inside her trouser pocket looking at Rush. The frown look slowly disappeared and she smirked. Rush was delighted to see her smile which was very unusual to see Aryan smiling. She motioned for her to sit on the bed even if it’s just for a moment, and Aryan agreed.
From there they spoke about sports, weather, lions, politics and the feast. Rush said she had never seen such grand name day feast ever since she’s been in Prophis. Then she claimed she bought a gift for Aryan, for her twenty third name day.
“What is it?” asked Aryan in her deep husky voice while looking at a small box covered with a brown wool piece of cloth.
Rush blushed “Open it” she said softly placing her head on Aryan’s shoulder, they were sitting so close to one another at the edge of the bed.
Aryan slowly pulled out the wool cloth and then she opened the box. There was a small red book and a golden brooch on top of the book, Aryan seemed confused as to the origin of the book and the meaning behind such gifts.
It seemed Rush was delighted to explain “The book of ten voyages made by the great sailor the world has ever known, Lord Thomas Gengy and his -” suddenly Aryan cut her off “Two dwarfs famously known as half sailors” she finished with a smile.
.....
“I’ve been looking for it...” said Aryan excited to even touch the book, she started to flip the pages and look inside.
“I know”
“You do?”
“Yes, I overheard you when you said this to your brother. I went above and beyond for this book – for you” Rush sounded too soft at the end. When Aryan turned back to look at her, suddenly their lips met unexpectedly and that’s because they were too close to one another. Rush went for a kiss without asking, she didn’t need any permission to do so and Aryan reluctantly kissed her back.
Aryan pulled off from the kiss and attempted to stand up, but she found herself being dragged back to bed and this time Rush was on top of her perfectly ironed black trouser. The golden cloak was already down on the floor, her honor with it and she tried to move but Rush was mayhaps too strong for her or she liked how persistent she was.
That day during her twenty third name day Aryan offered herself to Rush while Olivia carried out royal tasks of entertaining guests and making sure they are comfortable. It was noon but cold, the sun wasn’t warm at all and some guests who came from far places were not used to the cold and they complained. Yet the celebrations were far from over.
The sounds of pleasure could be heard all over inside Rush’s chamber, thankful for the ceiling cover the sounds couldn’t make it to the outside. Aryan was on top of Rush naked and grinding her, she was fearsome and ruthless like a true warrior she was and Rush didn’t expect anything less. Their genitals made a contact and this wasn’t something strange to Rush, she has slept with women before but because she was attracted to Aryan this felt different.
The sexual intimacy was different, the way Aryan kissed her was different, Aryan being in control and dominating aroused her sexually and she gladly submitted and allowed whatever she wanted. Rush arched her back when she felt she was nearing her climax, then she held on tight to Aryan and wept softly. The moaning sounds intensified and the tears rolled down between her cheeks, Aryan released with haste and exhaling softly.
In the next seconds both of them were done and it was Aryan who rolled down from Rush’s body and turned to the other side of the bed. She exhaled again and looked at her golden yellow cloak on the floor, and right there she knew she made a mistake.
With haste Aryan stood up and went after her clothes, Rush complained and she wanted her to keep staying there. However, her words fell on deaf ears and Aryan neither replied nor looked at her. After putting on her cloths, Aryan threw her cloak on top and busted out of the room. When she was outside she released a deep long breath and then she looked sideways, the corridors were empty. All the servants were outside in the gardens where the feast was held, and where they were needed.
The cake which was supposed to be for Gandalf and Aryan had arrived ten minutes earlier. Servants were sent to look for Aryan with no avail, and hence Haniwa decided to eat the cake in Aryan’s place. Cregan Lawsend knew where Aryan was and he wanted to tell it to the servants who wasted their time looking at the stables but he knew that will look suspicious.
Even when the cake was left in the open for any guest who wanted it, he didn’t dare touch it and he also forbade his wife Laisa from eating it. He claimed “Too much sugar makes you old my love” and Laisa who loved being young had no trouble of being convinced.
The celebrations went on that whole afternoon and were set to continue till the hour of the wolf. Aryan finally joined in and Olivia was worried as to where she was “I sent servants to the stable to look for you. You missed the cake” she said.
Aryan knew she had to lie or otherwise Olivia will never be able to understand her and she will grow suspicious. “I received a note... from Katarina Tully” she whispered at the end. Then both of them looked at Gandalf playing with his son amongst few invited Lords, he looked so happy.
“What did she say? We can’t tell him, he must never find out”
“I agree, and that’s why I had to leave”
Olivia sighed softly “Where’s the note?” and right there Aryan’s eyes started to act weird, without even thinking she replied “I couldn’t bring it here, too many spies. She says her son Amabel was asking about his father and...”
Somehow their small talk was cut off when Lord Howsley of House Blackgard dropped his glass and suddenly fell down like a heavy sack of grains. His son Rodrick Blackgard went after him and he started asking “Father, Father... what is it?” but the Lord’s eyes started to bleed, his ears, his nose and then finally blood came out from his mouth and he coughed.
Women screamed as they watched the Lord struggling to take his final breath, no one really knew as to what happened to him. The guards then surrounded him but suddenly then it was Rodrick Blackgard who fell down too and started to bleed. Aryan’s eyes widened with amazement and she raced towards where the chaos was happening “Everybody calm down! Let’s all calm down” she raised her voice.
By the time Aryan was shaking and looking at Rodrick, he didn’t take long before he died right in front of her. There was confusion amongst the guests and it was so obvious something was poisoned, yet no one what it was. One by one the guests dropped down, bled out in their holes and died a quick death.
The screams were intense to the point Aryan ordered the gates of the main palace to be opened, she was panicking and unrest. This whole time Gandalf froze, he didn’t know what was happening, while his sister was helping and trying to save lives, he just stood there looking around as people dropped down and died.
Gandalf suddenly felt dizzy, he told Haniwa “I feel dizzy” but little he knew his nose was already bleeding – Haniwa screamed “The King is poisoned!” and Gandalf saw a huge drop of blood falling down from his nose, his eyes dizzy and unrest he fell down heavy. Aryan raced to him and she quickly picked him up, then she screamed at the Kingsguards “Get your King some help. Call in the maesters, now” and the guards raced inside the palace.
