System: Replicating The Heavens

Chapter 383: Ch 383: A Reason To Reborn

Chapter 383: Ch 383: A Reason To Reborn

Who is this person?

This was the last thought that appeared in the figure in Black's mind before the last trace of his vitality dissipated.

"Oh, it's also a Blood Demon, but it's somewhat different from the rest. It seems this demon was in the process of mutation or some kind of strange evolution. No wonder he has hidden his appearance behind black clothes."

The person holding the severed head was Alex. The sword in his hand was the Life & Death Sword.

While these two demons were still talking, Alex replicated the Ancient Demon's Blood Essence and felt like he was wasting time here. In the end, he directly killed these two demons without giving them a chance to beg for their lives.

These demons were planning to kill every being that entered the Blood Fiend Secret Realm.

Although these people had nothing to do with him and he didn't care about their life and death, he still didn't feel like leaving them under the mercy of Blood Demons, who'll obviously show no mercy to their enemies.

Blood Demons reminded Alex of his time in the past world where he was sent by Articus for his second trial. That world was dominated by demons and humans had to live in hiding behind nine layers of barriers.

He had faced a Blood Demon in that world as well and obtained the Abyssal Pearl.

In that world, he experienced the human's grief, helplessness, and emotions. Somehow, he developed a strong dislike for all the demons, mainly those who came from the Abyss.

Since he encountered them here, he wouldn't let them go. Not to mention, these were all Blood Demons who could contribute a lot to his cultivation, bloodline, and physique strength.

'How fast!'

Aurelius was shocked. He didn't even see how Alex moved. He only saw a flash of light, and by the time he could understand what had happened, both demons were already killed.

As a member of the Zephyros Clan, he had seen many Divine Emperors and their true strength. He can say for sure that Alex's strength definitely far surpassed the strength any Divine Emperor could erupt with.

"Let's go!"

Alex kept the Life & Death Sword and started walking in the direction of the Slaughter City. He had one simple goal now, that is to use the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl to absorb every single Blood Demon.

"On another thought, you just keep walking and meet me here!"

Alex suddenly stopped and gave Aurelius a map and pointed it somewhere on the map. The location he indicated was none other than where Slaughter City stood. It was still a few miles away.

Alex had initially planned to take things slowly, but the thoughts of his parents spurred him into action. He decided to resolve the current situation as quickly as possible and leave the Blood Fiend Secret Realm. There was nothing he could gain in the Clear Sky World anymore. If he wants to become stronger, he has to leave this world.

Before that, he did plan to visit the Zephyros Clan with Aurelius. He wanted to replicate as many treasures from them as possible.'

His Lightning God's Profound Body and Bloodline were only 50% awakened. He believed they'll reach 100% as long as he visits the Zephyros Clan.

In order to deal with trivial things as soon as possible, he disappeared as soon as his voice fell, making Aurelius stunned for a moment. He didn't even sense when Alex disappeared.

On the other hand, Alex teleported directly to Slaughter City using his Space Talent. This City was as far more chaotic than what was described by Fritz. Fritz's understanding of this place can be said to be really shallow.

Ignoring everything else, Alex directly released the Chaos Energy from his body, sealing the entire city. Then he built an array in the sky of this city filled with Blood Demons before putting the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl at the center of the array.

This array was something he came up with. The instant the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl was placed at the center of the array, as if its core was completed, the array instantly expanded and shortly covered the entire sky above the Slaughter City. The array started to operate on its own and a powerful devouring face erupted, targeting everything that had 'blood'.

Alex had already scanned the entire city with his spiritual sense and confirmed that, aside from the Blood Demons, there were also some powerful beasts present. Their life and death don't matter and their fate was irrelevant to him. The Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl targeted every living being within the array's reach and mercilessly devoured them all. No one could escape.

The devouring force was so overwhelming that none of them even had the chance to scream before their flesh and bones dissolved into blood, which was absorbed by the array. The array then filtered the blood energy and channeled it into the core, which is the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl. As the pearl absorbed every last bit of pure blood energy, it shone brightly, radiating a menacing red glow.

The array was simply too powerful. The Blood Demons couldn't resist even a little. In a very short time, Alex had completely emptied Slaughter City. Not a single Blood Demon or a beast was left.

Alex silently took back the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl. He had a feeling that as long as he absorbs all the blood energy present inside this pearl, he can advance to the Origin Martial God Stage, and maybe even to the Life Creation Stage. An ocean of blood energy was stored inside the pearl in his hand.

Taking a deep breath, Alex kept the Abyssal Pearl. It was also at this time that Aurelius finally arrived.

Aurelius was a Divine Lord, and his speed was not low. With no obstruction, he arrived in the Slaughter City within a few minutes. Unfortunately, he did not see that magnificent scene when a huge array was forcefully devouring all the lives present in the city.

Aurelius looked around but didn't find any sign of life which puzzled him greatly. He looked at Alex with some doubts in his heart.

Instead of giving him an answer, Alex only smiled at him, placed his hand on Aurelius's shoulder, and disappeared.

Aurelius didn't know what happened after Alex placed his hand on his shoulder, all he felt was his eyes blurring. The next moment, when everything cleared up before his eyes, he found himself standing in another city.

This was not the Slaughter City. In fact, this was no longer the Blood Fiend Secret Realm. It was the Bloody Sky City.

"How...?"

Aurelius was confused. He didn't even know how he left the secret realm. It is very obvious Alex made him leave, but he could not help but question how. How did Alex do it? Just what kind of strength does one need to teleport out of a secret realm while ignoring the rules there?

In fact, Alex was simply too powerful. Although he had suppressed his own cultivation base, he could still feel the rejection from the secret realm. As long as he wished, he would be teleported out by the secret realm itself.

Alex did not do anything. He just let go of his own control and let the secret realm teleport him out. Of course, he brought Aurelius with him.

Alex still didn't answer Aurelius. He looked in a certain direction and said, "Let's go home first!"

Aurelius: "Home?"

Alex smiled, nodding silently, saying, "Yes, home. My home!"

Aurelius wanted to say or maybe ask something, but he chose to keep silent in the end. Since he had already decided to follow Alex, he would go wherever Alex wanted to go.

"Let's go then!"

Alex and Aurelius flew in the sky, shooting like two rays of light in the distance. Both of them disappeared very soon.

.....

At the same time, somewhere in the silent space, a light suddenly appeared that cut through the darkness like a sharp knife.

Space rippled with ferocious energy and a figure appeared the next moment.

"Phuu. I was lucky this time as well," Fritz let out a deep breath and sat down on the spot.

If anyone saw him at this moment, they would see a figure completely drenched in blood.

Yes, Fritz's entire body was soaked in blood, and this was his own blood.

It has to be known that Fritz was at least a True Divinity, or maybe even stronger. Most importantly, there was no being who could threaten him in this universe.

Just what could have he encountered to suffer such heavy injuries?

A few hours later, Fritz opened his eyes and exhaled deeply. Gazing in a specific direction, he murmured, "Alex, how much longer must I wait? Time is running out. You need to act quickly, or you risk losing the serendipity you sought. You'll lose everything you fought for. You'll lose the very reason you chose to be reborn in this universe and obtain a new identity."
