As a result, the two girls meant much more to him than Duanmu Gongyu. Upon hearing from the two girls that Duanmu Gongyu bullied them, he came to avenge for them with an intention to teach Duanmu Gongyu a lesson.
Huangfu Yuqing never changed her affection for Duanmu Gongyu, in fact. “They bullied my friend first. How could I stand by and watch it happen?” answered Duanmu Gongyu in a cold tone.
Hearing that, Duanmu Gongcheng moved his gaze from Duanmu Gongyu to Yun Muxi beside. Just at a glance, his eyes narrowed and he was shocked. “How stunning this girl is! She looks much like my mother in appearance. No wonder the aloof Duanmu Gongyu would fall in love with her. Her big black eyes are so clear, lovely, and especially attractive.
