The security at the hospital was locked up tight. All of Isaac’s men were standing guard at the entrance and around the building. She was watched like a hawk, not even a trip to the restroom granted her any privacy.
Hannah, upon hearing Brittany had been taken away, was livid. She wanted to confront Isaac but was stopped by Brittany, “Hannah, keep your nose out of
this.”
Hannah was at her wits’ end, “Bri…”

“I need you to keep an eye on Bri-jeweled Studio. As for the Dustin Group, I’ll pass it onto someone I trust,” Brittany’s voice was hoarse, “And don’t spill the beans to Randell, don’t drag your family into this.”
Hannah knew Brittany was trying to spare them from getting dragged into the mess. It made her even more remorseful, “I’m so sorry. I screwed up.”
Brittany wanted to reply, but the door to her room swung open.

Brittany complied with all the tests. Finally, the medical team left.
She hadn’t eaten anything since morning, and with all the blood they took, she was feeling light- headed; her vision even began to blur.
