Charlie continued speaking in a calm manner, “The reason I’m calling today is to let you know that I’m very satisfied with the villa.”
“Mr. Wade, please do not hesitate to let me know if there’s anything else you need. I’ll definitely try my best to get things done for you. I’ll make sure that you’re satisfied!”

They did not expect to hear that Zeke had given this villa to Charlie voluntarily. Why did he do that?

Therefore, I’m giving him this villa as a gift and token of my gratitude. I hope that you clowns will stop doubting Mr. Wade because if you continue to doubt him, I won’t let you off!”
