?

"Damn it!" Altair swung her fists at the thin air surrounding her as she floated. She could see the far walls but never could approach them, swinging her arms in the air was utterly useless.

She reached into her pocket and pulled out a metallic black cube, "Yog is fair and neutral, anyone that has the money could buy it and she won't even change her prices no matter what. That damned Gamond must've bought one."

She madly scratched her head, "I'll get out of this!!!!"

Arad fired the rifle at Gamond, sending a bullet enchanted with the piercing art Kayden taught him. Gamond managed to dodge it, but Arad had already fired a second shot, aiming at her head.

The bullet flew like a flash, breaking the sound barrier several times.

Gamond bites the bullet, catching it with her jagged, shark-like serrated teeth, "You see, piercing attacks focus a lot of power in a single point, meaning you can stop them by grabbing the piercing object from the sides and applying enough force." She crushed the bullet a piece of hard candy, and a large smile covered her face, "You'll need to do better than this."

She is a problem.

The bullets are Arad's best piercing weapon now but even they are too slow to threaten Gamond. With each passing second her speed and acceleration seem to increase, which means she had never fought to this extent in her humanoid body and is just now adjusting to it.

Her attitude only confirmed Arad's fear, all of her opponents before either died too quickly to require effort or she just shifted to her draconic body and crushed them.

^Say, Undine. Why can he use our powers better than us?^ Seeing Arad's explosions, boiling rain, water blades, and fire cutters the two fairies couldn't believe their eyes. It wasn't just his mastery of magic, but the way he fought, his extremely violent style, it was just unnatural. No matter how powerful and fast a supercars is, most of those who drive them never surpass half their max speed, and even when they reach the maximum speed they do it on well-paved race tracks. Arad on the other had already broken the speed limiter and was abusing the dual engines called Undine and Salamander, all while driving on two wheels in traffic chasing a rocket called Gamond.

^I know it's humiliating to be treated like this by someone else...^ Undine said with a sad and tired face, ^But I like it, I never felt like this before. Like my blood is finally flowing again.^

?You're really disappointing, Undine...but I have to admit that I didn't expect this, I thought he'd just be a genius at best, but he's a monster.^ Salamander was just as shocked as Undine. ^So...you hate it? Want to stop?^ Undine looked at her with a grin.

^You little rascal, you must be jesting. I'm staying here even if it kills me, I'll never find someone else like him. A

^I was just thinking the same...We probably shouldn't dwell on the past and work together through this.^

After about an hour of constant fighting, both Arad and Gamond reached their limits. The damage Arad inflicted on Gamond quickly surpassed the limit of her regeneration granted by evolving past the twilight stage and Arad himself started finally running out of blood to heal. Arad could attempt one last attack using Undine and Salamander powers, but the poor two spirits were already tattered to pieces and exhausted, they might actually die if he pushed them any further. The same could be said about him, whose body has finally started to slow down from exhaustion.

Gamond's body couldn't endure any more abuse, and neither could her magic. Isbert had taught her the art of suddenly absorbing all the heat from the surrounding area and releasing it as a powerful breath, but doing that might actually kill her with how exhausted she was now. Using Isbert's teaching in a suicide attack was nothing more than disrespectful and she would rather lose than spit on Isbert's face.

"Oh, my! Oh, my!" Yog appeared between them clapping her hands, "It ended in a draw? Are you two serious?"

Gamond growled at her, "Fuck off...I told you to stay away from us while we fight."

"But the fight ended. Or can you still fight?" Yog stared at her with a grin and Arad giggled. "Gamond, don't try...She's the one who locked you in a humanoid body, I bet she also limited your power to ensure this fight ends in a draw."

A large evil grin covered Yog's face, "You can tell?" He was spot on.

"It's the kind of sick thing only you would pull off." Arad sat down, "You never intended to let any of us win, did you?"

"I don't know what you're talking about..." She looked away, ^We'll, I can't push this further as the angels might actually swarm down.^ Outside, the world was in a panic as massive white wings covered the whole sky, surrounding the globe.

One angel, a young boy wearing a single white robe with a thousand wings on his back, glared at Yog's tower with a raging face, ready to blast it and this whole world into ash. He is one of the twin angels who showed up in the church when Mary tried to heal Arad. He is but one of many, billions of angels kneeling over the heavens, glaring at the mortal world seeking violence.

"I know I can't trust you." Gamond sighed, "But this is enough for me. I doubt I'll find anyone better than him in a thousand years." She looked at Arad with a smile, "So, shall we retreat to a nice room? I don't mind being the submissive one."

"I'd rather get back to my world. It's been almost a year with me stuck here." He glared at Yog, "Send me back, and give my powers."

"Not so fast. You've already spent a whole year here, what would change if you spent another day or two?" Yog flicked her fingers. ^The angels are upset since I limited his power, they think this is an unfair fight since I'm interfering, so they should calm down now.?

In the blink of an eye, the two found themselves sitting in a large open grass field with Yog looking at them, "Arad, want to hear some advice from me?"

"Considering how much you know, I'll at least listen." He looked around, this wasn't his old world, and he still didn't get his powers back.

"Take Gamond with you, introduce her to your family, and give her a chance. Even if you don't want her as a mate, keep her at your side." Yog looked at Gamond with a grin, "But...her daughter is another matter, you must take her as a mate, and the sooner the better." "Kory?" Gamond glared at Yog, "I do want her to find a strong husband, but Arad is mine."

"I know..." Yog quickly looked at Arad, "Ignore them both and you'll regret it. Take Kory as your mate and you'll be fine, but if you want the best result... take her and her daughter as mates. You'll need them."

"Why both?" He knew that Yog knows a lot of things, but she's also known for tricking

people.

"Forbidden knowledge, but you'll soon find it on your own." Yog clapped her hands and both Arad and Gamond regained their powers. In that fraction of a second Arad could hear Doma and Mom shouting inside his head, every single vampire that was inside his blood roared at

him.

"Arad..." Yog looked at him, "Now, there is one thing I want you to do before I send you to your world." She pointed at Gamond, "Give her a beating."

"I regained my power. Do you really think he can defeat me now?" Gamond smiled, "I wish he

would be able to."

A mouth opened on Arad's neck, "{So you're Gamond that midget spoke about.}"

"Hello..." Yog waved her hand, she was still there.

"Yeah, and I guess you're Doma, the queen of curses." Gamond smiled, "Nice to meet you."

"{I've heard that you and your daughter served Isbert as her maids, your whole job was to do her nails, nothing more and nothing less. Would you mind doing my nails too? Both you and

your daughter.}"

"I don't mind and I doubt Kory would mind, it's our job. Even more, if you could give me an incentive." Gamond smiled.

Doma used [Gemini] and [Virgo] to take form and walked toward Gamond. "{An incentive you say? Shouldn't you be the one giving me an incentive?}"

Gamond giggled, "I understand, you're telling me to know my place. So what if I said that I'll do your nails, you're a witch right, I bet they need the attention of a master to keep your

powers at their peak."

"{Arad.}" Doma looked back at Arad, "{I like her, she can come with us. I want to say you can take her as a mate, but we'll need the others to speak first.}"

"So..." Gamond looked at Doma with a large smile, "You're accepting me in?"

"{It's just one voice, you've still got many more to convince. They won't be as easy as me.}" Doma faded into mist, mixing back into Arad's body.

Arad sighed, "Fine, I'll see what I can do." He looked at his fist, all of his muscles flexing, now that his powers had returned he could sense them mixing with everything he learned in this

world.

Gamond smiled, "Come at me, show me how good of a dragon you are." But at that moment,

a fist landed on her face, sending one of her teeth flying away with a splash of blood. Gamond rolled on the ground with a large grin, "Like..." But she soon went silent, Arad didn't move an inch, he wasn't the one who hit her.

A woman stood between her and Arad, it was Altair, glaring at her with burning eyes.

"I knew you'd be a problem." Gamond growled.

Altair silently lifted her hand and the rifle Arad had flew to her palm. "Wait...this feeling?!" Arad gasped and Altair pointed the rifle at Gamond, firing a bullet. Gamond jumped aside trying to dodge, but the bullet kept chasing her until she took her eye out. Before Gamond could recoil back from the wound, Altair was already behind her back swinging her arm.

Gamond jumped back with five wounds on her chest, but those healed in seconds as did her

eye.

Altair's eyes burned purple as her body shifted into an obsidian black drakaina, Arad couldn't mistake it, she was a young void drakaina.

"Your attacks tickle a bit." Gamond suddenly disappeared from Altair's vision and appeared

behind her, still in her humanoid form but the power she could pull now was ungodly. Altair had underestimated her opponent and overestimated herself, she thought Gamond was nothing more than a powerful white drakaina that she could fight, but now she had realised that she was far outclassed.

BAM! Arad caught Gamond's fist an inch before she could send Altair to the grave. The ground behind him and Altair shattered and one mountain got blasted into pieces from the shockwave. "Altair...no, should I call you Ann?" He looked back at her and she she shifted back

into Ann's body. "Sorry..."

"Explain later. For now, this is my fight." Arad patted her head and Yog who was in the back

smiled, "Take care of her as well."

Ann jumped back and Arad sighed, his body burning with purple magic as scales slowly covered his muscular body. A grin covered his face, "Time to put an end to this."

"Let me see that majestic draconic body I've heard about." Gamond giggled as scales covered

her body.
