Arad rested on his bed, looking at the ceiling, it was already late at night, but he couldn't get a whiff of sleep. Tomorrow he'll be able to head back home, it's been a year. He can't even believe he has spent more time in this world than he had spent in his original one. In a sense, he had lived with those women here more than he had with his wives.
He should be able to make it back to this place using Vorvadoss's space manipulation, but he doubts he could return in a human lifespan. Probably spending two days outside is enough for a century to pass here, he'll only return to find everyone's graves.
Yog had informed him that he'd be able to meet everyone again after a day in his original world, but Arad couldn't understand how. By that time they all should be dead, unless they can otherwise survive. But as Yog mentioned, there is nothing that can be done about it, they'll age rapidly and die if he took them with him.
He stood, spending time here asleep seems like a waste and he has some people he'd rather spend time with now. Approaching the window, "It's far away, but I should be able to cover the distance." He smiled.
With a single cast of Vorvadoss's spacial magic, Arad found himself standing upon a ruined coastal city, looking behind him was a massive castle in the far distance from which he could sense someone he knew.
ZON! Arad landed inside the castle and looked around, he's sure he felt him nearby. As Arad expected, he was right around the corner, arguing with a blond woman. "Prince Jack!"
The moment Jack heard Arad's voice he gasped, looking back, "Sir Arad!"
Arad approached him, "Did I come at a bad time?" He could see that Jack was talking with the princess, the one he was supposed to marry.
"No! You're a lifesaver!" Jack rushed toward Arad, "Let's go somewhere else...Sorry princess, this seems to be an urgent matter if Sir Arad came all the way here at this hour."
Arad grabbed Jack by the head and looked at the princess. "I can hear thoughts. She isn't angry, but disappointed. What did this rascal do? Not like you're any better, are you?" His eyes quickly shifted toward the princess.
"I caught him with another woman just now." She looked at Arad, "This man seems to never learn."
"Must be Lacy...am I right?" He glared at Jack but he looked away. "No! She's wrong, I swear."
The princess looked at Arad, "That wasn't Lacy, I already know about her. The one I found him with was my maid." She sighed, "Just...take him away and throw him in some forgotten ditch, would you?"
Arad looked at Jack, "She isn't angry, she's disappointed. That means she isn't against it, talk with her about it later and reach an agreement. I see you two aren't enemies anymore, so things should be easier." Arad extended his wings and started floating away with Jack, "Princess, take this time to cool your head down, talk with Lacy and that maid, I'm sure you'll reach an understanding. In the meantime, I'll keep this fool company for the night."
Arad flew away with Jack, "Sir Arad! It's been a while...where are we going?"
"I regained my powers and I'll be leaving to my world tomorrow. I'm going to check on some people before I leave." As Arad replied Jack looked a bit sad.
"You're already leaving?"
"I can't stay here forever. Would it make you feel better if I told you that I can blow this whole world in seconds now?" Arad shifted into his draconic form and threw Jack on his back. "It makes me even sadder, and I just got a powerful ally that no one dare offend."
"This world should be better with me gone, I'm sure you can manage on your own. But I also have some things to leave for you and everyone else here." Arad flew even faster and crossed the sea in minutes. Soon he flew past the mountains and vast forests only to stop above a large city.
"Where are we now?" Jack asked, "Are you going to blow this place up?"
"No, we're visiting Arthur Cumalot. The lord of this city, Domiros." The moment Arad spoke Jack giggled, "What's kind of name that is? Are you joking?"
"Sadly not, the old man has more wives than you can ever dream of, and enough children to deserve such a name." Arad shifted back into his humanoid form and landed in the city lord's garden. The guards immediately spotted him and rushed with their spears.
"An intruder! Stop him!" They surrounded Arad and Jack.
Arad looked at them, "Should I give you all another beating?" He looked at them with a smile and one of them gasped, taking his helmet off with a shocked face, "It's sir Arad!" All the guards sheathed their weapons, "What brought you here."
"I came to see Arthur." Arad lifted his hand and a stone flew to his palm. He quickly threw it at one of the windows, hitting it hard enough to rattle it but not deal any damage. "Arthur! I know you're there."
The shirtless Arthur opened the window and looked outside, "Who...Arad! I'm coming at once."
"Please don't..." Jack giggled and so did the guards.
As they waited for Arthur to come down, a large griffin looked at Arad from above the mansion. "Hoooo?"
"You're awake?" Arad smiled, "Come here, I've got something for you." With a flick of his fingers, he pulled two dead horses from his stomach. Those two poor steeds died in battle. If he remembers correctly, they were owned by bandits. They were sitting preserved inside Arad's stomach for a while, but they are still fresh. To not waste them, he'll give them to the griffin since he knows how much griffins love horses.
Minutes later, Arthur came out weaning his pajamas, "Sorry for meeting you like this, Sir Arad. It's been a while."
Jack looked at Arthur with a smirk, "Did we interrupt something?"
"Some things..." Arthur lifted a finger.
Arad sighed, "I could sense six more people inside your room. You weren't creating more trouble for yourself?"
"Tis but a little fun. Will deal with it later." Arthur looked at his griffin eating the two horses, "Those aren't from our stable...did you bring them?"
"Yeah, I had them at hand so I gave them to her." Arad looked at the griffin for a moment and then at the horizon. "We should hurry, he seems in trouble."
"Who?" Jack and Arthur looked at Arad, confused.
"The last person I'm picking tonight. We have a bit of time, so go change into something else. But hurry a bit." Arad sat on the garden's bench and started talking with the guards and Jack as Arthur rushed inside to get changed. As it seems, in those past few days Arthur had gotten
three new maids, which already gotten pregnant.
But, it seems that Arthur's relationship with his countless children had started to rapidly get better as he tried to help them as much as he could.
Arthur quickly wore his armor, picked up his sword, and rushed down.
When everyone was ready, Arad stood. "Time to go." His eyes flashed purple as his body grew large, towering over the mansion. The griffin gasped, taking a few steps back as the night sky danced above its head, no, those were Arad's massive wings. This obsidian dragon blends into the night sky like a piece of clear glass, no one had ever seen such a thing.
"Let's go, we're saving someone." Arad lowered his wings for them to jump on his back and
so they did.
Flying into the horizon, Arad headed deeper and deeper into the wilderness.

"Remain in formation! Don't scatter!" Balon shouted as his hunter group faced a large army of undead monsters. Skeletons, zombies, wraiths, and ghouls, there was even a large death knight slaughtering his men like they were nothing.
Balon had tried to send a call for help, but every messenger he tried to send got slaughtered before getting a hundred meters away. At this rate, all they could do was defend until all of them were killed. The necromancer leading this army remained hiding in the back, the smart coward, he knew that as long as he didn't get killed this battle wouldn't end.
And then, all of them stopped, the undead and the living alike, all could feel a strange thing at the back of their heads. The first to shout was Balon, "Something is coming!"
"It's big!" Yelled the necromancer like a terrified little girl.
As claws emerged from the clouds, the night sky descended down, but this time it had a massive maw that roared like thunder.
"Shit! A dragon!" Balon cried and the necromancer growled, yelling on his own. "Glonious, a dragon is here, isn't this your land?"
Glonious refused to reply, even though the necromancer could sense him on the other side of the magic, he was ignoring him on purpose. "I'll fucking show you what it means to betray
me! Dragon!"
Suddenly, the dragon in the sky disappeared and three people appeared on the ground. Jack, the armored Arthur, and the large Arad. Balon immediately recognized Arad and Arthur and
sighed in relief.
The necromancer laughed, "Was that some kind of illusion to scare me away? Too bad, I don't give a fuck! Kill them!"
