Chapter 722

Judging from Jensen’s attitude, it seemed as though Leon was the superior one between the two, and Aval simply could not comprehend how that came to be, so she assumed that perhaps Jensen was sim ply a respectful person to begin with. She had no other explanation for this matter otherwise.

“Leon, let’s go home now that we’ve signed the contract,” said Janice.

“There’s no rush. You were too occupied with work and haven’t eaten at all. We can leave after finishing the food,” said Leon. He was used to being thrifty and did not want to let the food go to waste.

“Forget about that! Mister Lynch is a narrow– minded, resentful man. You’ve just injured him, and I don’t think he will let that pass! We’ll leave this pla ce as soon as possible, or he might come back with others!” Ava explained.

“If you cross them, even Mister Wick won’t be able to help you!” huffed Ava.

She could tell Leon was capable of dealing with the likes of Mister Lynch. However, Mister Lynch worked for the Wests, and if he decided to turn the Wests against Leon, Leon would not stand a chance.

In her perspective, Leon was just an ordinary man and would not be able to face the Wests on his own, no

matter who his friends were.

“Leon, Miss Addice is right. There’s no point in causing trouble. Let’s just go!” insisted Janice.

She believed in Leon but also knew that Leon was merely an orphan with no family to back him, so he w

Leon had become a powerful figure himself, and cowering before the Wests would make him look like a fool.
