The Extra's Survival
Ring... Ring...
The sound of the alarm on the phone woke me up from my slumber
"Hmmm."It's already 8 AM. Feeling the absence of pain in my head, I woke up from the bed and stretched my neck.
Rubbing my eyes a few times before opening them, I found a large virtual screen in front of me.

It seems there are things that I can buy based on the experience points.
The grade of your bloodline can change people's standpoints. To enrol the horizon you must have at least a bronze bloodline.
The bloodline seemed to determine your potential.
There are five types of bloodline bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond.
A person with diamond and platinum bloodline will find it easier to reach 8 star rank than the other while gold bloodline can help to reach 7-star rank easily but to reach 8 stars or above rank, it seems nearly impossible and will only depend on your handwork and foundation which will be very much helpful in the higher rank.
But the real reason why higher bloodlines are sought after was that higher bloodlines will have a strong bloodline ability or attribute corresponding to their family. For example in a family with fire attributes, a person having golden blood will have higher efficiency in controlling the fire and his firepower will deal much damage than that of a person having silver bloodline.
Having good bloodlines doesn't always guarantee an ability but still, it gives you a lot of potential to become stronger quickly than lower bloodlines.
There is a way to upgrade your bloodline. But it is introduced in the latter part of the novel where the protagonist having a golden bloodline will upgrade to platinum and then to diamond, Still with the platinum bloodline, there will be no obstacle for him to reach an 8-star rank.
While I am 1-star, I don't think I can visit dungeons, as now with my abilities I am gonna just welcome my death.
I looked at my watch. Today was Tuesday, the year 2109 month of May. The academy will be opening on Monday. With the time I have got, I should familiarise myself with this world.
I remember myself unable to talk out of nervousness when talking to my teacher's in my previous life, so how can it be easy for me to interact with the frightening people in this world where they can crush mountains with a punch and where strength determines whether you have the right to speak or not.
I took out my phone and checked my account balance. I roughly had 7200R.
"Hmm. I think I should go to the Mist forest in the north and fight some G rank beast to hone my skills."
I stood up and opened my luggage to see if there is anything useful. Along with daily necessities,
there was one low tier healing potion that his parents gave him before his journey.
'At least there is something useful.' Packing my bags I stepped outside.
Due to modern technology, there is less pollution here, unlike in my previous life. Every breath of air feels fresh gives a refreshing feel.
I walked out on the streets trying to make familiarize myself with the street.
My first goal was to buy a sword to protect myself in the Mist forest.
The average looks of the people here was way better than in my world. Even if you pick a random lady on the street, she will give a score of 70 out of 100 which is too much for my heart to handle.
"Che.No..No. I shouldn't distract myself with these dirty thoughts. I even don't know when a death flag may find me. I must keep myself prepared for any possible worst situation. "
Walking aimlessly I finally found a weapon store. Although the store looked shabby I can't complain after all I am poor myself.
Hesitating for a second, I opened the door.
p??da n?vel Cling...
A bulky middle-aged man whose age seems to be in his 40's looked at me cleaning a sword at the counter. His gaze was as sharp as a knife, just meeting his eyes sent me shivers down my spine.
'Are all men frightening like this? A weak lamb like myself gonna be slaughtered if I offend someone unknowingly.'I muttered inwardly.
Mustering my courage I spoke"Uncle can you show me a low-grade sword under 3000R".
"Just give me a minute."
Glancing around the men picked three swords from the display and showed them.
"I have only three swords according to your budget".
I took the first sword which was slightly curved, it was a short sword with a beautiful Damascus pattern. The second sword was slightly heavy. I thought this will hinder me due to its weight as my strength stat was already low.
The third sword was blade black in colour. It was long and the grip was comfortable. As I looked closely.
I found its name on the scabbard.
Name : Orion
Rank : G
Description: Made by an unknown blacksmith
Weapons can be made by blacksmiths or can be found in the dungeon.
Weapons found or dropped by monsters are types of artefacts.
"How much is this "
"2899R".
" I will take this".
I brought the sword along with a dagger for emergency and decided to spend my money on health kits and other things.
3100R was the amount of money left, after my shopping. Once you enrol in the academy except for the enrollment fee you don't have to spend other money and everything inside the academy is free.
Sigh.
At least I don't have to worry about money once I enter the academy.
Checking everything I went to the station to get into train to go to the mist city.
The station looked packed and people were moving with the small pad that get on entering the station.
You can use it to move fast with comfort if you are a lazy person. The shape of the train doesn't look much different than the bullet train's I have seen except it has thrusters instead of wheels which helped the train to stabilize in the air.
The interior was nice and cosy and the seat was much softer and spacious with some soda and energy bars at the side.
Stretching my back comfortably I sat down staring at rows of trains passing by through the window.
A beautiful voice woke me up from my thoughts warning me the train is going to start and please fasten my seat belts.
Tang! ~
The door closed and the train started moving. Although it was keeping a speed of almost 150-200km/hr the seat I sat on felt steady with no shaking movement.
The three human kingdoms were much bigger even if put together the 7 continents on earth. The mist city was approximately 450 km away from the capital at the Northern border of Knight Kingdom.
I took out the bar from the corner of the seat, admiring the green and beautiful scenery out of the window deciding to take a short nap as the train reaches the mist city.
