Chapter 249: The First Adventurer Organization!
After Maria ate the evolution pill, she reached the peak of the ordinary lifeform. She was only one level away from becoming the second adventurer to evolve to the rare lifeform in Panagea after Aakesh.
It took a while for her to calm down since her sudden growth was nothing less than dreamlike. She then focused her gaze on the first blue screen since it was time for the reward for which she had worked hard. Seeing that her reward for the quest was placed in her hut, she decided to return and check it out.
Since the Dwarven leader had already submitted to her, she called for him, and a few minutes later, he slowly and cautiously entered the room. Maria could only helplessly smile, seeing the cautious expression on his face.
"I'm leaving," She told. The next moment, a vein popped out in her head, seeing the Dwarven leader heaving a sigh of relief after hearing her comment.
She took a deep breath since she couldn't get angry with the Dwarves for now since she couldn't alienate them right after they submitted to her.
"Wait for my order! I'll call upon you when I unlock the resources," She added and left the room before waiting for the leader's response.
She could kill herself and directly spawn into her hut, but It has only been around an hour since she had entered Panagea, so she had enough time to return and see the reward.
Time flew by.
Since she had reached Level 25, her speed had grown several folds, and it only took several minutes to reach her destination. Her hut was the same as usual, rundown. She grabbed the handle of the door and pushed it.
The hut was empty since Maria only stayed in Panagea for six hours, and she wouldn't sleep or relax at that time.
Maria noticed a silver card shrouded in blue hue floating in the center of the hut. It took her less than a complete step to reach it. She grabbed the card, and the blue hue disappeared.
Maria didn't find the card anything special since it only had the thickness of paper and was entirely blank. It had nothing written on it, not even the name. She would've thought the system had joked with her if new information related to the card hadn't appeared inside her head.
The silver card had only a single function. Maria could use it to create a building out of nowhere wherever she wanted inside her territory. That building would be the headquarter of her organization inside Panagea.
After knowing the information about the silver card, Maria thought of the map of her territory. The next moment, a blue screen containing the map of Atunbi appeared in front of her.
She couldn't establish her organization headquarter anywhere randomly. She began searching for well-placed locations and finally found one.
After finding the location, she didn't wait, left the hut, and proceeded in that direction.
The location she had chosen was around sixty miles away from the hut. Moreover, it was only around twenty miles from the border with the Scourge Ghouls.
(A/N: It's a circular territory. The hut is in the center of the town, and the radius is around 83 miles in all directions.)
Despite being so close to the border, Maria still chose that area. She did this because there were several high-level resource areas surrounding that location, and her worry wasn't the Scourge Ghouls but the beasts of the dangerous areas.
Since high-level areas had their own colonies of powerful beings, the leaders of the dangerous locations wouldn't dare to approach anywhere near her building. As for the creatures belonging to the resource areas, Maria didn't need to worry since they didn't have any intentions, nor are allowed by the system to expand or migrate.
It took around three hours for Maria to reach the designated location since she had to travel more than a hundred miles to reach that area. She didn't want to step foot in any territory belonging to the creatures of high-level areas, so she had to take several detours, which in turn made her distance increase by more than a hundred miles.
She heaved a sigh of relief when she finally reached the designated location. As she crushed the card, she pointed at the area where she wanted the organization building.
Within seconds, several thousand of square meters got enveloped in blue light. Maria couldn't see what was going on beyond the blue light, so she had no choice but to wait for it to disappear.
Time flew by. Seconds turned into a minute, and then several minutes. Every second Maria waited was like torture for her since she couldn't see what was going on beyond the light.
Finally, the blue light began dispersing after twenty minutes had passed. Soon, it disappeared, and a new tall and wide building appeared in front of Maria.
The building was nothing like Maria had seen before. She even didn't know the material used in the structure.
It had a tower-like structure and had seven floors. It covered an area of 5000 sq. meters on the ground and got wider with its height like a spinning top.
While Maria was looking at the marvelous structure in front of her, a sudden mechanical alert broke her out of the reverie. A new silver window with black fonts appeared in front of her.
The mechanical alert had asked her to select a name for the organization, while the window in front of her contained the details of the building. Even though everything was written in the window, she couldn't understand anything. For knowing the details, she needed to choose the name of her organization first.
She already had a name in her head for the organization, so she selected it right away. The next moment, the contents on the screen became clear.
[Organization name: SkyLord,
Headquarter: Atunbi,
Founder: Maria,
Building attributes:
First floor: Quest….]
Maria nodded after reading the details of the building. Having an organization clearly had several benefits. The system would generate random quests with random rewards every day.
There was a trade hall, smithy hall, alchemy hall, etc. The building had everything an organization needed.. On the topmost floor was the battle arena, where the adventurers could battle with each other after paying a fixed amount of soul stones, depending on the levels and lifeform.
